I admit that I did not participate very actively in the intensive, but during it, some of my dependencies disappeared, and I felt like putting my diet in order and cutting out excess sweets. I continue to practice intermittent fasting, but without fanaticism; during the fasting period, I drink milk tea (either with a little cream or with coconut milk added). Thank you, OM Shanti! Even work was done with the inactive participants! My gratitude to you!

I gained a deep awareness and understanding of the entire interconnectedness of dependencies.
The tenth step away from addiction is truly an epiphany—what and why. My life is not devalued; rather, it is strengthened by Faith and the Power of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for the audio prayers! They help me immerse myself more deeply in the state of this prayer, with its images and a profound experience of the connection with God within.
When I listen to the audio prayers, my heart opens, the heavens unfold, and light shines above my head. Energy enters this opened space in a dense stream and slowly descends all the way to the bottom.
I listen to the prayer many times in a row, in the morning and in the evening as well.

The very topic—freedom from addictions—already awakens you and makes you think about your own addictions, and there are quite a few of them! I completed the visible steps of the intensive and saw that they are interconnected like a spider’s web. My addictions—fears—are connected with feelings and impulses, resulting in so many mistaken actions and deeds!
Unfortunately, I found the intensive page after it had ended. I am still learning to navigate the site.
But I have a question: will the hidden steps of the intensive become available to those who joined the site later or who join in the future?
