Thank you for the Attunement, Teacher! I will describe what I was able to notice.... The sensations arose in the body and in the head almost simultaneously. In the lower part of the body, they manifested more strongly as diffuse warmth from Manipura to the feet. Above it, a less warm and gentler flow rose, and, as it were, more intricate, like filigree.... At first, my attention slid and divided, but then it was present simultaneously at both entry and exit points of the Flows |UP and DOWN|. In my head, the movement of energy was felt very clearly from the frontal area |somewhere near the hairline|, through the center of the head to the back of the head. And, in waves, so to speak, the sensations repeated from the forehead to the center, and so on. The states of concentration in the body and relaxation existed in parallel. A very beautiful Attunement. Thank you!
