This method is used in my courses at the Mahapurna School, as well as in my Shantaram Ashram.
At one point, I gave you an entire free course on my own method for learning foreign languages—HERE. It helped many people learn languages faster.
So, immersion in the process is the best principle for learning not only languages, but anything at all.
I’ll speak from personal experience. At some point after school, when I was free to do whatever I wanted
, I explored everything firsthand. Here’s a small example from my life: I saw an advertisement saying that Sant Mat (the Path of the Masters) was inviting people to an opening of the third eye. I went. I listened to the lecture. There were many people. At the end of the lecture, a woman offered to lead a meditation for opening it... And then everyone left. All those people. But not me. I asked, “Where should I come for the continuation?” They told me, and I kept coming. I stayed there for a while. Complete immersion.
And it was always like that.
If it was Christianity, I immersed myself in the Christian environment. If it was Tibetan Buddhism, I went there... And so on.
If you want to learn Chinese, you go to China... It’s very simple.
That’s how you shorten the journey. And at the same time, the quality is maximized.
Why is the article I have just written for you important to you?
Because if, for example, you are working on developing clairvoyance, immerse yourself completely in the subject. This will strengthen your practice.
Thank God, there is plenty of material available now. There are even feature films about it. Anything you want. As much material as you like, with beautiful graphics.
For example, download the film Blind Fury. Or watch programs about Vanga or anything else. Immerse yourself in this subject every day.
Believe me, your brain is very clever. It will give you what you want. But you can’t fool it with exercises for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening...
It needs complete immersion.
You get what you think about.
And that applies to everything. I have only given examples. But you can and should work this way with anything esoteric or non-esoteric. And you will achieve results quickly.
