The practice is quite impressive.
It allows you to see flames in the colors corresponding to the chakras.
Yes, sets with colored flames are already available for sale. You can use them.
However, as far as I know, they contain up to five colors, while there are seven chakras.
What is needed to create all 7 flame colors:
You will need methanol CH3OH as the fuel itself.
I repeat once again: be careful with liquid fuel.
Do this in some kind of basin, for example, a large bowl, which is placed securely.
You will also need a small metal cup in which the fuel will burn.
The video below lists all the necessary ingredients, which are added in small quantities to the cup and covered with methanol.
The ingredient is shown below each color in the video.
Simply add a small amount, pour in the methanol and, taking proper precautions, ignite the mixture.
As a result, you will get a flame of the desired color.
You can work with just one chakra.
For example, with muladhara. Ignite a red flame.
The next day, work with svadhisthana and ignite an orange flame.
And so on.
It is better if the room is dark. The effect will be stronger.
The room should be ventilated.
HERE - as an example.
You can also make it yourself.
There is something magical about this. A fiery structure is easily perceived by the consciousness. It is more natural and, most importantly, finely structured. Fire lies between matter and energy.
I would say it is visible energy.
So it will also be useful for developing clairvoyance. You are not simply looking at the fire—you are seeing the color of the flame, as if they were colored energies.
