Day One. Good day, everyone. I spent three days preparing to receive initiation in working with the RA field, Level 1. I studied the course material on the RA field.
Today was the day of initiation. I went through the initiation twice in a row according to the instructions; it happened spontaneously. The energy was very strong. Several times I drifted into a short sleep—my eyes would close and I would doze off, then open again. The meditation proceeded easily and spontaneously, lasting 50 minutes in total, including the concluding meditation.
