Hello I have already listened to the program twice before going to sleep. I want to say right away that I felt the effect of the program immediately, that same night in a dream. It manifested as a stretching of time in the dream. In other words, I woke up thinking that I had slept for a long time, all night, judging by how it felt, but in reality only an hour and a half had passed. I would like to tell you about one very interesting moment now..! About six months ago, while meditating with my eyes closed, and sometimes while lying down and falling asleep or in the middle of the night—it happened in different ways—I saw a pulsating blue glow. At first it was just a dot, which then grew larger, alternately contracting and expanding. When it expanded, it grew larger and larger, as if approaching, and eventually the entire screen before my eyes became dark blue. This continued for several weeks and then stopped. Many interesting, mystical things happened to me during that period. And now, after listening to the program for the first time, the next day during meditation I saw that dark blue color filling the screen before my eyes again!) I would also like to add that during the second listening, just as during the first, I occasionally dozed off, but woke up at some point and continued listening. During the first listening, I dozed off once. During the second, I fell asleep several times. The dreams after the program seemed to reflect certain processes related to learning. Very interesting). For me, the key moment in this meditation was the phrase "Fear nothing, I am with you"—it became firmly etched in my mind! Whenever triggering moments arise, this phrase immediately comes to mind. It helps tremendously in difficult situations.
And the phrase "I will be waiting for you on the other side"—that expands my field enormously and fills me with the energy to overcome obstacles.
As I now understand it, moving from one color to another is not such a simple task. It is easier to jump from a lower phase to a higher one, but it seems that even after moving to a higher phase, you still remain in the color where you got stuck.
This will remain my number one task.

For a very long time, I couldn’t work through the Red Level either. I visualized, imagined, and tried to feel it, but nothing worked! Yet I clearly understood that it was as if, on this level, a lion had been locked in a cage and was struggling to get out...... But how? You can’t simply take it and open the cage. You have to think ....... about how to do it safely and harmlessly, first of all for yourself; you can’t just open all the doors and windows.....
