It is best to use programs like this as a supplement to your main practice. For example, someone may be working on developing the right hemisphere. They set themselves a month of work and use this program as well—as a supplement.
It will be very helpful in the process.

If you mean the total duration overall, you can do it in cycles. Cycles are very effective in Ayurveda; any disease is "eliminated" through cycles there. For example, medication is taken for a month, followed by a three-month break, and then this is repeated several times.
Cycles are a very powerful thing. They work excellently everywhere.

Try tuning in to yourself. For example, I’ve already learned to sense the answer—when to continue and when a stage has been completed.

If I continue and defocus my vision even more, I see two smartphones, each containing two apples, with a small gap between the smartphones. But it becomes painful for my eyes to look this way.
I was simply checking with these apples how much I could defocus my vision. In the same way, by reducing the amount of defocusing, I can gradually see everything in reverse order: two smartphones with four apples, one smartphone with four apples, three apples, and the initial version—two apples.
