Fear Guilt
Resentment
Disappointment
Pain and hatred are companions of low vibrations. And everyone has gone through this quest at least once.
Love, joy, pleasure, constant prayer like breathing, and great gratitude for every moment and every breath—this is the goal!
To achieve this state ourselves!
To teach the children! To pass this on to them!
I can’t speak for the whole world, but these are the emotions and feelings currently predominant among the people I happen to encounter for the most part while living in our country:
1. Joy in simple things (all ages) — a positive feeling associated with satisfaction from life’s simple pleasures (eating, sleeping, taking a shit, getting your nails done, pumping up your butt “like a walnut,” etc.).
2. Demonstrating one’s superiority (ages 30–50) — this is more of a social behavior that may be associated with feelings of pride or arrogance. It may also reflect insecurity.
3. Envy (ages 20–60) — a negative feeling that arises when comparing oneself with others and wanting what others have. This can lead to stress and inner conflict.
4. Anger (ages 30–70) — a strong emotion that often arises in response to a perceived threat or injustice. It can be either constructive or destructive, depending on how it is expressed.
5. Despair (ages 60 and over) — a deep feeling of hopelessness and loss of hope. It is often connected with difficult life circumstances and may require support to overcome.
6. Calmness (all ages) — a state of inner peace and tranquility that may arise from the absence of stress, anxiety, or worry. Calmness is often associated with a sense of satisfaction and harmony. Strangely enough, it belongs on the list along with everything mentioned above.
