This collection fits wonderfully into the "Opening the Third Eye" course. By the fourth week of taking the course, I had tried practically all the programs in this collection. I especially liked the program with yantras in stereo images and the program for seeing the aura. The "Seeing any objects, people, and places..." program is very beautiful in its second part . The animated program involving pressure on the Third Eye point also proved effective—this was when I really felt something shifting in my brain, and for some reason the crown chakra reacted
The only thing is that I couldn't figure out how to use the program called "move." It shows black dots flickering against a white background. It is somewhat similar to the "Grid" and "Stripes" exercises, but constantly moving. I couldn't find anything resembling this animation in the description on the Your Yoga website. The Your Yoga website is so impressively large! If you don't know where to look, it is quite easy to get confused.
In any case, this collection is an excellent aid for practitioners. Thank you very much, Teacher!

It is a dynamic stereo image. If you can look at it with a relaxed focus, you may see a sphere moving closer and farther away. The whole point is to see this stereo effect in motion.
8030 , if you can't see it yet, don't worry; it will come with experience. Try from time to time.
