In this thread, we can jointly uncover deception in various purchases.

In our time (the Kali Yuga), this deception is simply off the charts.

For example, I have been saying for a long time that many “vegetarians” are not vegetarians at all. Because they do not even know that ordinary dairy cheese contains rennet—the stomach of a cow.
Even COTTAGE CHEESE!

And if you do not dig deeper, you can “be a vegetarian” like this for decades. And be a meat-eater. And wonder, “Why isn’t vegetarianism producing the expected effect?…”

That is why I wrote about this on the Your Yoga website a long time ago.

I also wrote that there are practically NO truthful labels.

They all LIE. But they lie cleverly. So you cannot get to the bottom of it.

For example, a person buys juice: “Natural pomegranate juice.” And thinks—oh, how much benefit I will bring myself and my children!

But in fact, it is just some kind of sludge in a packet called “Natural pomegranate juice.” They simply gave it that name. And wrote it in large letters. But in reality, the ingredients are some kind of nasty substance diluted with water.
Aha.
And they may even add a drop of actual juice from a pomegranate fruit to this sludge. And write under this name: 100% juice from genuine ripe pomegranates!!!

Well, that is technically true! In that drop, there really is 100% juice from genuine ripe pomegranates. In the drop!!! And everything else is chemical sludge.

I am amazed that this is still not prohibited!

Why is it only getting worse?

I often buy wax candles. Do you think I told you in 2018 that it is better to make candles yourself because I have nothing better to do? :)
Your Yoga. Practice. Cedar resin

I was simply stunned when I learned that by buying “Real wax honey candles made from beeswax,” you could end up buying some kind of chemical junk!

It simply boggles the mind! Where are we heading?

For example, you go to Ozon and read the comments or answers to questions under a product called something like “Real wax honey candles made from beeswax.” The product description also says: “Real wax honey candles made from beeswax.” So where is the catch, you may ask?

And what does the manufacturer write in response?

That is, people ask: Are these definitely candles made of beeswax?
Manufacturer’s answer: Yes, definitely.

!!!!!

Another dozen questions:
Are the candles definitely wax?
Manufacturer’s answer: Yes, definitely.

And pay attention! Here is the question from an experienced and advanced person:
Question: Are these candles definitely made entirely, 100%, only of beeswax?
Manufacturer’s answer: These candles consist of 30% beeswax and 70% technical wax.

Wow!

These are not candles made of beeswax at all!

But let us read the questions about this product further.
Because people continue asking the same questions, being too lazy to read the previous ones.

And once again we read:
Are the candles definitely wax?
Manufacturer’s answer: Yes, definitely.

Well, beeswax plus technical wax is still wax. So the manufacturer is not technically lying under the law.

But the product’s name, and the omission of the fact that these are not 100% beeswax candles—all of this makes the buyer think that they are purchasing “Real wax honey candles made from beeswax.”

Even the manufacturer’s answer that these candles really use genuine beeswax at 100% is, in a way, not deception either. Genuine beeswax really IS PRESENT there at 100%.
It is there. Only its quantity in this chemical sludge is left unstated.

But that is not all!!!

It turns out they become “honey” candles not at all because the wax is beeswax :)

But because there is fragrance added!

That is why they have such a honey-like scent—not because, as you thought, they are actually made from real honey.

Do you understand?

This is just one tiny drop of the garbage that is going on around us.

Therefore, in this thread I suggest that you do exactly what I do: dig down to the actual contents of what you buy.

I gave you the algorithm for doing this a long time ago. I have given it now as well, and it has been on the Your Yoga website for many years.

Without this algorithm, you can end up eating meat where it should not be, and breathing in chemicals from candles that are supposedly made from natural beeswax with honey........

Also: Welcome to a place free from ignorance: Announcement - The Benefits of the Shantaram Ashram - let us save ourselves from the lies of this godless age.

Many times I’ve noticed that, for example, there are two packages of gingerbread on a store shelf. Even the packages look similar and are from the same company. But one costs 50 rubles, while the other costs 90.
You look at the ingredients—in the gingerbread that costs 50 rubles, everything is the same as in the one that costs 90, only with 8 additional unnecessary dyes.

They even look the same, and the taste is identical. But the cheaper ones contain twice as much chemical poison and dye. As if to say: if you want it cheaper, poison yourself and die.

Even simple logic shows that dyes are also a “cost” of production. If the manufacturer can avoid putting unnecessary harmful substances in the product and save money, but still adds them, then it is pursuing some goal of its own. And that goal is not simply to make money.

In a normal human society, this is called deliberate genocide.

I’ll add something about cheeses.

In a provincial town not far from Moscow, there is a cheese dairy. Recently, circumstances brought me into contact with a woman who had worked there until recently.
When I asked whether rennet was added during the production of the cheeses, and which ones, she confidently replied: “It is present in all the cheeses produced by this dairy.”

In some stores—those where cheese is sold by a clerk and weighed out—the ingredients are generally not listed on the price tags. There is only information about the price, name, fat percentage, producer, and БЗМЖ.

Statements by manufacturers such as “Honey with the taste of honey, raspberry with the taste of raspberry, cherry-flavored yogurt...” are also dangerous.

This literally means the following: there is some huge amount of chemicals in it that deceive the receptors on the tongue so thoroughly that a person starts to think it contains honey, raspberries, or cherries.

By the way, in the thread Essential Oils. The Healing Ether I also talked about one of the manufacturers’ tricks. They add a drop of genuine oil and write only about that drop, while saying nothing about the other 99%. And those 99% consist entirely of chemicals.

I also once fell for a manufacturer’s trick myself (this was a long time ago). I bought an item supposedly made of natural stone.

It turned out that this “stone” was literally glued together from fragments of that stone—in other words, from waste material.

This is for fans of stone therapy :)

And the manufacturer looks you straight in the eye and says: YES, IT IS REAL STONE! Natural, everything’s fine.

And you can’t even argue, because the stone really is there. It’s just glued together from dust made from that stone.

About honey.

As you know, honey must not be heated above 40 degrees.

Ayurveda says that it can even become harmful that way.

And what do you think? :)

Some hapless beginner health enthusiast will buy honey and make sure not to heat it above 40 degrees.

What a good boy!

Now everything is perfectly in line with Ayurveda and Feng Shui for him :)

But no.

It turns out that beekeepers, in order to speed up the extraction of honey from the combs, heat it above 40 degrees. And often much higher.

And they’re happy about it—the honey separates quickly.

And there’s no need to mention it. Nobody knows how the honey was processed, after all.

And there’s no ban against it, either.

Instead, they’ll spin the buyer a tale like: Honey from the most pristine places in Siberia, from the miraculous Siberian taiga, where the environment is absolutely pure....

But the honey has already been heated...

I’ll share some information about stones as well.
They may not only be “glued together” from crumbs (also called “pressed”), but may also be heated like honey, dyed, or irradiated. Even so, they remain natural stones, but their appearance often changes, so they are passed off as other, more expensive stones. And, of course, they either do not have the properties of those expensive stones at all or possess them to a lesser degree.
Examples.
There is practically no natural citrine on the market (a yellow quartz crystal). Most often, it is heated amethyst. Amethyst ranges in color from dark purple to pale lilac. Even in Ancient Rus, this method was used to obtain a yellow stone from a lilac one: the stones were baked in bread in a Russian oven. Amethyst was placed in the dough, and “citrine” came out at the end. It was believed that this infused the stone with the power of fire and the Sun. Indeed, heated amethyst carries the properties of citrine and can be used in practices and lithotherapy, but it is important to understand that it is actually former amethyst whose “frequency has been lowered” artificially, so to speak (where is our violet chakra, and where is the yellow one? ;)). In nature, the same process occurs, but it takes millions of years, and natural citrine is, of course, an incredibly powerful stone energetically—but quite rare and fantastically expensive. Yet nowadays many stones are sold to us specifically as natural citrine—that is fraud. You can distinguish the imitation only by seeing the real thing. Its yellow color is diffuse and not bright, and seems to have a slight greenish tint. Heated amethyst is most often a bright, sunny yellow, sometimes even with an orange cast.
Turquoise. One of the most commonly imitated stones. Genuine turquoise is very difficult to find and identify. This requires ordering a gemological examination. Most often, the natural stone howlite is used (white, with indistinct gray veins, structurally similar and fairly common) and dyed blue. The dye on howlite looks exactly like real turquoise! This stone also has many good properties, but unfortunately, they are nothing like the properties of turquoise. And it costs muuuch less than turquoise. Yet it is sold as...
These are just two examples. In reality, there are thousands of ways to pass one stone off as another—not to mention that people have learned to synthesize stones artificially, including rubies. Imitating stones has always been a profitable business. In this case, to avoid being deceived, you should buy only from trusted sellers (who will honestly say that the stone is heated or dyed and sell it at the appropriate price) or from artisans who make and sell their own products and purchase the raw material directly from the mine. Nowadays, you can find such craftspeople online, either at artisans’ fairs or through personal online channels where they sell their products. Anyone who has worked with stones for a long time immediately sees that the stones from such artisans are alive and energetically charged—not like what is sold in jewelry stores.

One of the most frequently adulterated products is such an important one as milk.
Not everyone currently has the opportunity to buy it from trusted farmers or a private household. So they have to buy it in stores.
Of course, everyone knows that it is better to choose milk labeled “whole milk” and “variable fat content.” But that is far from a guarantee that it actually is what it claims to be.
I’ll tell you how I determine which milk is closest to a natural product.
542DA28C-0166-4032-9B62-F8524B74E146.jpeg

Look closely at this photo. If whole milk is already at least two days old (see the date), cream starts to form on it. In the photo above, we can see that a small layer has formed on top, and this is, conditionally speaking, proper milk.

48A341D0-D81B-489F-8ABC-B1E882B9481D.jpeg

But this exceptionally good farm-produced whole milk has none.
Let’s draw the right conclusions.

Naturally, I tried both kinds, including seeing how they curdled after souring. And the first one performed much better.

Many regions have their own local brands that are much better than the widely promoted national chains’ brands. I hope this helps you make the right choice and look in the right direction.

Stay healthy ❤

But in this example I will simply demonstrate what modern doctors do.

I myself was involved in this situation a long time ago. So there is no theory or philosophy here.

It is an absolute fact. This is how all doctors act. And with this one simple example, you will see all of their "work."

As a rule, everyone has, to some degree, an acquired shortening or lengthening of one leg. For example, half a centimeter.

Many factors can influence this. Incorrect sitting at a computer, an improper gait, tension, psychological trauma, and so on.

Something gets compressed somewhere, misalignment develops, and functionally one leg becomes shorter than the other.

It is almost invisible. But it affects your gait, for example. Or your knee may start to hurt... And then a herniated disc may appear somewhere in your spine...

And what do doctors do?

Well, if one leg has become shorter, let’s put a half-centimeter insole under it. And voilà! The legs are the same length again!

Wonderful!

Everyone is happy.

And, most importantly, it’s fast. They will sell you that insole right then and there.

Come back in a year.

And what will happen?

Wow!

That leg has become even shorter!!!!

But don’t worry. The doctor will now prescribe you a new, thicker insole.

And once again, everything is great!!!

Your legs are straight and even again :)

And they will fleece you like this for the rest of your life.

And at the same time, they will not cure anything.

They don’t care that you are only getting worse.

Thank God they don’t cut off the longer leg with a scalpel...

Otherwise, they would chop off half a centimeter in an instant.

But the problem is solved differently.

Personally, I would recommend placing the insole not under the shorter leg, but under the longer one. Then the shorter leg will STRIVE toward balance and return to its normal length.

Yes, it will be a little uncomfortable at first. But literally within a couple of weeks, the legs will become the same length.

Do you understand?

But doctors only care about attaching something somewhere and cutting something off somewhere else.

And charging money for it.

Essentially, this is not treatment but maiming people.

What Do the Labels Say?

Made from durum wheat.
This statement is constantly printed on pasta and noodles, while below it you can notice markings in smaller print: A, B, and V. Few people know that these letters indicate exactly what type of wheat or flour the product is made from. Thus, pasta made from durum wheat is marked “A.” If the package bears the letter “B,” this means that soft wheat varieties were used to produce the product. Pasta marked “V” is made entirely from bread flour. The harder the grain variety, the higher the price of the finished product; draw your own conclusions.

Contains no colorants, flavorings, etc.
The production of many food products cannot do without additives, which may pose a threat to the human body, especially in children. As a rule, most products simply cannot be made without these additives, and when a product is labeled “without thickeners and preservatives,” they are listed as codes beginning with the letter “E.” To protect yourself from harmful ingredients, it is best to choose products with a short shelf life and natural colors.

Brand name instead of the product name.
All natural products have an original name and should not contain prohibited impurities. For example, milk and dairy products should not contain vegetable fats. If a product is labeled “curd product” rather than “cottage cheese,” study the ingredients immediately—there is probably vegetable fat in it. And remember: under attractive names, unscrupulous manufacturers hide low-quality products.

Sunflower oil with vitamin E and no cholesterol.

Cholesterol is discussed everywhere, and people also try to point out everywhere that a product contains none. In principle, this is the most innocent trick used by manufacturers: sunflower oil really contains no cholesterol and does contain vitamin E. The fact is, however, that this product is far from being a record-holder in terms of the amount of this vitamin. If the words “no cholesterol” appear on a dairy product, then most likely you are looking at a vegetable-oil-based substitute.

When buying products in supermarkets, consumers have increasingly begun to study labels. People naively believe that this allows them to purchase a genuinely healthy, high-quality product. But few people know that labels often contain inaccurate information as well, for example:

Fat-free or diet product.

In most cases, this label hides a completely useless or even hazardous product. For example, low-fat cottage-cheese products often contain stabilizers and flavor enhancers that help preserve the product and maintain its structure, but pose a threat to the body.

Sugar-free.

Products in this category are similar to low-fat cottage-cheese products. That is, if a carbonated drink contains no sugar, it is replaced with aspartame—a harmful ingredient that can cause headaches.

Contains fiber.
This label does not at all mean that there is something beneficial inside the package. And even if the product really contains fiber while the rest of its ingredients leave much to be desired, it will provide exactly zero benefit.

Enriched with vitamins.
Any enrichment with vitamins is carried out using artificially created substances, whose absorption can be very problematic. Where is the benefit here? Nowhere—it is simply another marketing ploy.

Tested by specialists/laboratory-tested.
Such statements make consumers believe that the product is completely safe for their health. It is like chewing gum recommended by dentists in advertisements. Recommendations from various research institutes, laboratories, and specialists work the same way. They are paid, so they recommend the product. That is all. Such recommendations also unjustifiably inflate the product’s price—the manufacturer has to recoup its expenses, after all.

Live bacteria in yogurts and kefir.
Who has never bought yogurts with lactobacilli and other “live” organisms? Everyone has, because they are healthy, fashionable, and heavily advertised. We even sort through the containers to choose precisely the bacteria we need. But the fact is that all these unique bacteria are found in practically all natural fermented dairy products, since they are responsible for the milk-fermentation process.

Labels featuring the names of bacteria or the word “unique” merely mean that you will have to pay more for the advertising. Of course, some manufacturers add bifidobacteria to the product after sterilization, but almost all of them die as they pass through the stomach. Do you have problems with your intestinal microflora? Go straight to a doctor instead of choosing which yogurt to buy.

GOST labeling.
Products labeled as manufactured according to a state standard are extremely appealing to buyers. There is one problem: if the GOST number is not stated on the label, it is pure deception. If you see a statement without a standard number, examine the product’s ingredients carefully! The “TU” marking can also guarantee quality to the buyer, provided that the number is stated.

GMO-free.
This marking can even be seen on rolls of toilet paper and packages of table salt. They really contain no genetically modified components, but they could not contain any. For example, salt consists of sodium chloride crystals—what could be modified in it? Exactly: nothing. Yet we will pay more for such salt simply because it bears the words “GMO-free.”

Many people often hear the deceitful claims of DOCTORS and even PROFESSOR DOCTORS: “We will cure your nearsightedness!”

They seat the patient and check their vision. They prescribe glasses. Or insert lenses.

And then the patient, already wearing glasses, asks: “Doctor, did you really cure my eyesight?”

“Well, you can see well now, can’t you?”

“Well, yes, I can see well.”

“There you go! I’ve cured your eyesight...”

Why people are not yet fired from medical institutions for this lie... It is unclear.

Myths and truth about flax

Flax is one of the first domesticated plants, used to make fabric and wood oil.

Today, flaxseed and flaxseed oil can be found on the shelves of trendy health-food stores. And many people firmly believe in the healing properties of this plant.

Flaxseed oil is considered conditionally edible for two weeks after pressing. It also smells of flowers, by the way.

Previously, flax was not eaten and flaxseed oil was not consumed internally. It was produced for treating wood.

Flax flour and oil were used externally in combination with other ingredients, most often for burns.

Flaxseed oil dries quickly, i.e. it hardens quickly in the air. This makes it valuable for producing wood oil, varnishes, paints, and enamels. Linen fabric impregnated with flaxseed oil was the first linoleum. Originally, linoleum was made on a fabric (jute) base from vegetable oils (flaxseed and sunflower oil). At the beginning of the 20th century, the Russian Empire was one of the main producers of linoleum. Hence the rapid growth of sunflower-oil factories. And not because people used it as food. Sunflower oil could occasionally be added to food as a piquant dietary supplement. Flaxseed oil was not consumed as food!

Flaxseeds were chewed and ground into flour. But only very poor people did this. People ate goosefoot at that time, too. It has now also been classified as a superfood. Poor peasants would be amazed🤷‍♀️.

Meal, a by-product of producing flaxseed oil from flaxseeds, is used as animal feed. This is precisely because the seeds are heated when meal is prepared. Raw flaxseeds contain cyanogenic compounds and can be dangerous for animals with a single-chamber stomach, such as horses and rabbits.

Cyanogenic glycosides contain chemically bound cyanide and are found in almonds, flaxseed, and cassava.

When plant cells are damaged by grinding or chewing, these compounds and the enzymes that break them down come into contact, releasing cyanide. The acute lethal oral dose of cyanide for humans is 0.5 to 3.5 mg/kg of body weight. Signs of acute cyanide poisoning include headache, dizziness, agitation, respiratory depression, metabolic acidosis, confusion, coma, seizures, and death. The greatest acute and chronic exposure is observed in infants, toddlers, and other children, and the main sources of acute and chronic exposure to cyanide across all age groups were cookies, juice or fruit nectar, as well as pastries and cakes. Depending on a person's body weight, consuming 1.3–14.7 grams of ground flaxseed containing cyanide at the highest level found in the database reaches a critical value. For marzipan or persipan, consuming 420–480 grams can reach a critical value. Thermally processed raw materials are used in marzipan (almonds) or persipan (peach or apricot kernels).

Today we see a widespread enthusiasm for “healthy” urbechs made from various seeds and nuts.

Such products are very hard on the body and toxic.

More cyanide is released when flaxseed is ground into flour.

Consuming just one-third of a teaspoon of ground flaxseed can be dangerous for a small child. Adults can become ill after eating just three teaspoons in one meal—precisely for the purpose of “cleansing the rectum.” Repeated exposure to large doses of flaxseed can lead to long-term health damage, including neurological problems.

Whole flaxseed is used to heal the gastrointestinal mucosa. The jelly that forms when whole seeds are soaked does indeed soothe inflamed and ulcerated areas. This therapy is used in folk medicine and does not last long, only until results are achieved.

Flaxseed has been called one of the most powerful plant products on the market. “It is rich in calcium, which promotes the formation of strong teeth and healthy bones”🤷‍♀️.

The Swedish authorities have already advised people not to eat ground flaxseed. The Swedish agency explains: “When you eat whole flaxseeds, only a small portion breaks apart when chewed. The vast majority are swallowed whole, so the risk of consuming harmful amounts of cyanide is lower than when consuming ground flaxseed.” But it continues: “When flaxseeds are ground, the contents of the flaxseed become more accessible to the body. This increases the risk of receiving a harmful amount of cyanide.”

There is no safe amount of cyanide, just as there is no established concentration of cyanide in the body that would have a positive effect on normal, healthy people. There is concern that consuming flaxseed with food and supplements will lead to cyanide accumulating in the body and having a toxic effect. The toxicity threshold for cyanide in the human body is daily oral intake in the range of 0.5 to 3.5 μg/kg of body weight, so concentrations below 0.5 μg/kg of body weight should not produce any rapid toxic effect in more than 97% of the population. Some people (—3% of the population) may be more sensitive. But who knows whether they are among those 3%.

By the way, giving up chewing flaxseeds improves schoolchildren. This is precisely why nuts and sunflower seeds were not recommended for children.

About flaxseed oil

Linum — flax

Oleum — oil

The polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid found in all vegetable oils is a component of fast-drying oils, which are useful in varnishes and paints.

Flaxseed oil was used to impregnate sails to protect them from salt and water. The first linoleum appeared thanks to flaxseed oil.

Flax was grown for technical purposes, not for food.

Linoleic acid plays a major role in inflammation and immunomodulation.

High levels of linoleic-acid metabolites are mitochondrial toxins. It is no coincidence that throughout the centuries, sick people were given more butter, but were never fed vegetable oils.

So which vegetable oils are allowed? None. Today, none🤷‍♀️.

Omega-6 has become the main dietary lipid among modern people. But in our evolutionary dietary history, linoleic acid was extremely rare. High levels of linoleic acid compete with other fatty acids, leading to a reduction in metabolites that decrease inflammation.

Linoleate, in fairly low amounts, is an essential fatty acid for maintaining the skin barrier function. Traditionally, vegetable oils are applied to the skin in the East, but are not consumed as food.

Complete avoidance or substantial minimization of omega-6 in the diet increases the bioavailability of its antagonist—omega-3. The main sources of anti-inflammatory omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are fatty fish and fatty duck. But today these products are not available to everyone.

The quality of omega-3 supplements leaves much to be desired.

Therefore, excluding vegetable oils from the diet while leaving only a small amount for the piquant flavor of a salad will reduce the inflammatory burden, which is now excessive in everyone.

The difference between polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids is that MUFAs are used as fuel and are less often stored in the body. They oxidize fairly quickly.

PUFAs oxidize many times more slowly and predominate in adipose tissue.

If a peasant did consume hemp oil, active physical work allowed the PUFAs to oxidize in time. But office workers who nibble nuts “for their health” will store them in reserves in various tissues.

One of the liver’s functions is to protect tissues from excessive exposure to lipids. Most excess PUFAs that cannot be oxidized and eliminated from the body eventually turn into triglycerides in the liver, leading to the very non-alcoholic fatty liver disease that is accidentally found on ultrasound in many people and even children.

If the liver is healthy enough to cope with the flow of PUFAs and this process continues for some time, the interaction of PUFAs with iron (a significant portion of which is stored in the liver) leads to the formation of lipofuscin, damaging the entire body.

Fibrotic changes appear (on ultrasound they are called diffusely heterogeneous), and deposits of lipofuscin (the pigment of aging) lead to all kinds of degenerative changes in the organs (including skin pigmentation), including renal failure, brain atrophy, gonadal suppression, adrenal hyperactivation, and so on. And the question arises: “What should one drink or eat to…?”

All these pathological changes are clearly visible in patients with type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and PCOS.

Blood samples from such people show a predominance of PUFAs.

Modern people should not lose weight during illness. On the contrary, this is the time to maintain weight so that PUFA metabolites do not enter the bloodstream.

Many diseases can be reclassified as pathologies caused by PUFA overload. These include all diseases associated with organ failure caused by lipolysis: destruction of beta cells in the pancreas, dementia, movement disorders (Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, etc.), cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis, hypogonadism, and so on.

Whenever a person with PUFA overload experiences stress, fasting, exhausting exercise, infection, or any other event that leads to increased lipolysis, their bloodstream will be flooded with free fatty acids consisting mainly of PUFAs.

The terrible fear of butter has become so deeply rooted in people’s minds that doctors now advise patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease to immediately give up animal fats and switch to vegetable oils. Where is the reason? Where is the logic?

Why is flaxseed oil being promoted so much today?

Flaxseed oil is the absolute record holder for the content of alpha-linolenic acid. Compared with other vegetable oils, it contains the most—about 55%.

And, purely theoretically, our bodies should convert one acid into another, namely alpha-linolenic acid into docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids, which in pure form are found specifically in animal fats. But this process occurs in people who have a special gene that enables it. The lucky ones are few, mostly Asians. And we, representatives of the Caucasian race, were not so fortunate.

We do not have this gene🤷‍♀️.

Many people often hear doctors’ and even medical professors’ lies: “We’ll cure your nearsightedness!”

They seat the patient and test their vision. They prescribe glasses. Or insert lenses.

And then the patient, already wearing glasses, asks: “Doctor, did you definitely cure my vision?”

“Well, you can see well now, can’t you?”

“Well, yes, I can see well.”

“There you go! I’ve cured your vision...”

Why people still aren’t fired from medical institutions for this kind of lying... I don’t understand.
Yesterday I had my workplace medical examination. I went to the dermatologist. She examined me, saw two small abscesses on my back, and suspected that I had diabetes because of them. She frightened me a little. I told her that I do a lot of physical work (mostly training), and that abscesses like these can appear because of that, and that it’s normal for them to appear from sweating. I also said that, at this same medical examination, I had been told that my blood was perfect, like in medical textbooks, and that it was almost impossible to find blood that clean and without abnormalities, so I was unlikely to have diabetes. She replied that this was temporary and that my blood would get worse with age (but we were talking about yesterday, not the distant future).
So, first they almost diagnosed me with “diabetes” for no reason, and then, for some reason, they said that my clean, perfect blood wouldn’t remain perfect, instead of being happy for me and believing that I don’t have diabetes -))))
And if I had told the doctor that I also practice physical immortality practices, she probably would have sent me to a psychiatric hospital.

Удалённый пользователь 177 Удалённый пользователь 177 , wouldn’t it be easier to buy a glucometer yourself and measure your blood sugar while fasting?
For a healthy person, the normal range is 3–4.
Above 5 is already outside the normal range.
And abscesses with diabetes 🤦—that’s complete nonsense! Most likely, you should pay attention to the condition of your blood
and lymph. I’m diabetic myself, and I have no skin problems. It could be a blockage of the skin; use a rough washcloth. Interesting coincidence: I also had my medical examination three days ago, and the dermatologist said that I had perfect skin! It’s nice to hear that at 52 😉

I remember that long ago, on one of the Your Yoga resources, it was said that the skin is the most functional organ, performing more different tasks than other organs. That's what should be understood... Abscesses and other inflammations are symptoms of the body's detoxification; in other words, poisons and toxins are expelled through the skin. Therefore, after these impurities are eliminated, the skin returns to normal. As for me, as soon as the hot weather began here, I immediately started training in the heat, because it is maximally effective. So it's no wonder that abscesses appeared in my situation. And there is a high probability that they will appear for everyone in this situation. Moreover, in those who train, abscesses appear only on the back (as happened to me this time, for example). I know someone who is a very healthy person and trains more than I do, yet he gets huge abscesses on his back.

I don't know anything about glucometers, and I don't need one. I simply go to the hospital at my employer's request, where they draw my blood, and the doctors analyze it themselves and write that I am fit for work. If I measure something myself, they are unlikely to accept it. The medical examination for teachers here is very strict.

It's interesting—you are diabetic with perfect skin. My skin wasn't perfect, and therefore I may have diabetes......

How did they find out that chocolate is good for you?

One of the main indicators is the test groups.

You all know how it's done—in one group, there are those who eat chocolate, and in the other, those who eat.

A standard scientific process, nothing special.

They measure for 30 days, then look at the results.

And wow!

Those who eat chocolate had an amazing result!

Wine was tested in exactly the same way.

Quite literally, those who drank good dry wine even looked younger, and some illnesses disappeared...

And the scientists concluded: eat chocolate and drink good wine.

After several decades, they decided to think about whether this was really the case.

It turned out

that those who ate chocolate and drank good wine belonged to the high-income category.

That means they often went to spas, went running in the mornings, ate proper food (rather than cheap food at eateries), cared about extending their lives, vacationed at resorts....

In other words, they were a particular category of people who could afford both chocolate and good wine.

I should note that the chocolate sold in stores is not actually chocolate. Those who have studied this subject know this well!

Real chocolate is expensive.

Nowadays, you can see articles, posts, and videos online along these lines:

"Drink wormwood...
Chew cloves...
Smell...
Eat a clove every day...
Apply oil..."

And where the ellipsis appears, there is usually something like this:

"You’ll live to be a hundred, get rid of all diseases, all parasites will run away, and everything will become as it was at 19...."

The most amazing thing is that all these videos have millions of views.

Which shows that the population’s stupidity is only increasing.

Stupidity

People are simply still looking for the easiest solutions to very complicated problems. Nobody wants to admit that it’s impossible and that major problems require major action.
