Thank you for the practice, Teacher. The sky is overcast. But I closed my eyes and imagined energy flowing to me through the clouds. The sky is gloomy, but there is light behind my closed eyelids. Wonderful!

From time to time, intensives with a Certificate are held at the Mahapurna School. For example: Intensive - Self-Healing [Интенсив]

The intensive will last 7 days. Every day, I will give you assignments. I highly recommend doing them right away. Not tomorrow. Not later. Read the new assignment—and do it that same day. No “later.”

The “Connection with the Universe” intensive will begin on Friday, 17 June.

At the end of the intensive, anyone who wishes will be able to receive a Certificate of completion of the intensive.

All intensives are conducted by their author and creator: Sergey Veretennikov.

What will you gain?

I will give you only what you can actually feel. These will not be meditations on some kind of spiritual light or “feel love in your heart”… Everything will be very practical. By the end of the intensive, you will know for certain that you have become closer to the Universe and the Cosmos than before—physically and on the level of consciousness.

Connection with the Cosmos is what modern people, literally immersed in an ocean of bustle, are so lacking. The intensive will expand your consciousness, making it more cosmic. We will begin to remember that we are cosmic beings.
As a consequence, unusual states of consciousness, dreams, and even abilities may arise.

What is needed to participate in the intensive?

Put a plus sign in this thread; this is how you sign up for our group and our stream, becoming a participant. If you do not add a plus sign, you can still participate in the intensive, but some additional materials will be available only to participants.

I should also point out that this is neither the first nor the last intensive, so it makes sense to join our Club, so that nothing interferes with learning and practice. The subscription price is minimal and exists only so that Club members can be surrounded by people who genuinely strive for growth, rather than idle conversations that disrupt the general enlightening atmosphere and energy flow. A quieter place for growth is always better than a noisy bazaar.

What will happen?

1. An intensive involves more active work than usual, as a result of which you quickly achieve results. So prepare yourself to work. You will be given short and clear instructions on what you can do. And if you do it, you will achieve results.
2. Moreover, the knowledge I will share here and that you will put into practice will remain useful to you after the intensive as well.
3. Every day, I will provide new materials that anyone can complete without difficulty.
4. Of course, the format of an intensive is not the format of a course. There will only be material that does not overload you with information; you simply need to read it and do it.

You can join on any day of the intensive. You can start on any day, but of course it is better to start on the first day.

Questions and answers about the intensive, and discussion—HERE.

Materials for all 7 days of the intensive:

A strange thing—when I sit or lie down, I remember the exercise from the first assignment and try to do it again, but I can't. Instead of feeling heaviness, I seem to feel weightlessness. I try to feel the pressure pushing me downward, but I feel the opposite—as if something is pushing me upward..
Interesting...

[Веретенников Сергей]

In yesterday’s assignment, already the second, we became aware of the scientific process with plants.

And many noticed that they had NEVER thought that way at all in their lives. This is precisely what restoring our connection with the Universe means: everything is literally under our feet, but many people do not see it. They have grown accustomed to it. But now we are REMEMBERING this Knowledge once again.
And once again becoming cosmic beings, beings of the universe, or universal beings (UBs).

Today is already the third day of our intensive. I see that many of you practiced very well using my materials for the first days of the intensive.

So today I am giving you the material for the third day.

But I would also like to say a little more about how these materials come to me. For example, the material for the third day came to me literally an hour ago. Yes, today. The materials for the first two days of the intensive arrived the day before.

These are literally fresh materials. It is not as though I took them somewhere and gave them to you
They come to me. And I give them to you. This is living Knowledge. I keep telling you this. For example, I have no idea what I will give you tomorrow as the material for the fourth day of the intensive.

That’s how it is.

And one more thing. Today is June 19. And June 21 will be the summer solstice. You didn’t think I had chosen an ordinary day for our very important intensive, did you? No? That’s right. It is one of the most powerful cosmic days of the year.

So now you have A powerful, living seven-day practice is underway. It is also strengthened by this summer solstice period.

Now the material and practice for the third day.
