BONUS
I promised you a gift at the end of the intensive. Here it is.
What do you see when you look at this picture?
Most likely, everyone will give the scientific answer—it is the decomposition of sunlight into its component colors. And that is true.
And that is good, because everything here in the intensive is scientific and understandable.
But, as always, I will go further. Much further.
I even deliberately turned this picture upside down.
More advanced students of Mahapurna School will see something here connected with the chakras.
They are usually depicted something like this:
And these are two very similar pictures. That is exactly how it is.
When I go into a bookstore, there are many sections: psychology, painting, science, esotericism...
Nowadays, there is no one who has not heard the word “chakras.”
And, of course, there are already devices that prove their existence, and photographs of them have even been taken. I have written a lot about this on the Your Yoga website, and I also made a video for you in which the chakras are literally visible. And not just in a photograph, but dynamically. Yes, there are already devices that record videos of chakras—exactly as a clairvoyant sees them. I gave you this video.
This is scientific too. Anything that can be verified with instruments is scientific. So chakras are scientific—the instruments can see them.
So what exactly is my bonus?
Look at this picture again:
And now I will speak, while you simply imagine.
At the center of our Earth is molten lava—this is the red color (muladhara chakra).
Closer to the surface, the lava becomes lighter and turns pink (svadhisthana).
The Sun rises above the Earth—yellow light (manipura).
Trees and abundant greenery grow on Earth—green light (anahata).
Above the Earth is air—blue color (vishuddha).
Beyond Earth’s atmosphere is space—blue color (ajna).
And farther on, violet—the infinite Universe (Sahasrara).
Interesting, isn’t it?
And I have already said this on the website, but I will say it again: people only think that they walk on the ground. In reality, beneath our feet there is merely a tiny layer of soil (tiny, of course, compared with the whole Earth), which literally floats on an ocean of lava beneath us.
Don’t believe me?
Here are some scientific pictures for you:

Everything is scientific.
If you look at the third picture, someone might even get frightened, because what many people considered the earth beneath their feet is only 40 kilometers of the Earth’s crust. That’s all.
The place where we live is something intensely hot, liquid like volcanic lava, with only a small “skin” of the Earth’s crust on top.
There is no stability. Only outwardly does everything seem so familiar and benevolent to you (sweetly marveling at the phrase “the blue and green Planet”). In reality, Earth is essentially a ball of fire enclosed in a small, thin layer of crust.
And this ball of fire hurtles through space at enormous speed. And HERE people try to build relationships, supposedly for the long term, manage to suffer because someone does not understand them, divide property, sue one another, and even kill their own brother...
If only they knew how temporary their stay here is... And how unreliable.
Now, here is the meditation itself, from me:
You need to sit upright. You may close your eyes.
And you need to begin with the first chakra. As you think about it, think simultaneously about the center of the Earth.
Continue onward, relating the chakras in exactly the same way to what I described above.
For example, with anahata, think about all the plants on Earth.
And when thinking about space, think about the ajna chakra.
It is simple.
And notice your sensations and emotions at each chakra.
The meditation is wonderful.
It will be especially beneficial for you after this intensive.
But you can do it on any day after the intensive, whenever you wish.
