Behind its apparent simplicity, one can “see” the depth of its effect, combined with breathing.
I did two 10-minute sessions: on the first, my accuracy was 11%; on the second, 19%. During the first session, “Matched” appeared on the first click, which surprised me. I noticed that I make the first clicks intuitively, and then, for the subsequent ones, logic seems to switch on “automatically” (as if driven by a desire for control). I consciously switch the logic “off.” On the inhale—concentration; on the exhale—letting go and relaxation. In other words, it is also very interesting to observe myself. I’ll try to do it regularly and twice a day, in the morning after waking up and in the evening before bed—it will also be interesting to observe the accuracy percentage.
Yes, it’s a “magical process.”

I did it right before falling asleep and increased the duration to 15 minutes.
The accuracy percentage rose to 29%.
It was also interesting that I got three hits in a row in the middle of the session.
I also like observing what happens “inside” me while breathing during the training.

You may catch yourself noticing what state you were in when “everything happens easily and smoothly.” When you hit the target many times. Effortlessly and playfully.

In my book and course on Dreams, I say that there are different levels of dreaming. That is what people have called these states.

I simply use their words.

But it is all about states.

We are programmed by the Universe itself to enter some of them.

In everyday language, this is called sleep.

You close your eyes—and you fall asleep on your own.

It is like reverting to factory settings.

But there are Mystic Yogis who can control this.

That is why ordinary people call them wizards, miracle workers, and so on.

Yesterday, with 31 rounds, the accuracy was 30%. Today, with 30 rounds, it was 37%. I feel a state of heart–mind coherence. Clear intention with elevated feelings.

So interesting! You play and train at the same time! There is a special state that you catch somewhere on the edge of consciousness just before a match. I know it well. It appears when I know exactly what someone is about to say, or when I think about an event that later happens. It is spontaneous. Now I am training to enter it consciously.
Sometimes logic switches on and tries to take control. It starts calculating which figures have already appeared and which have not appeared for a long time. That means I have started tensing up; I need to relax and concentrate on my breathing.
