As you know, an amazing Conference on the World of Dreams took place recently. There was an absolute flood of highly positive feedback on Telegram and during the Conference itself.
It lasted three days.
Each day, I conducted both a meditation and an energy session for you. In the morning, there was a morning meditation to activate Yang Energy, and in the evening, one for Yin Energy.
Many people enjoyed these meditations. There are six of them in total.
They are short—five minutes each—so it is very convenient to play them every morning and evening to quickly achieve the desired result.
They are also video meditations, since they include a visual component.
Although the online Conference went wonderfully, the fact that it was online meant that it could not provide the high sound quality so essential for meditation. This is especially true of the meditations I create, with binaural waves that, for example, bring the brain into alpha mode.
Therefore, I decided to give you the opportunity to have these meditations separately, in high quality.
Yes, of course, some people purchased or may purchase the Conference recordings; there is a wealth of useful material there. Still, when my meditations are available separately, they are convenient to use—you simply press play and recharge with Yin-Yang energies in five minutes. They are also available here in high quality.
But even when listening to the meditations at the Conference in reduced quality, many people enjoyed them, and many noted a feeling of peace and calm, especially with the Yin energies.
I could have reworked the meditations by removing the introduction for Conference participants, but I decided not to; let it create the feeling that the Conference is still continuing
