Day 11. During the day.
3 cycles of 24 breaths, pause 1 min. 31 sec.
Today I tried to inhale even faster than last time. Now each inhalation takes 3–4 seconds, and the exhalations, although relaxed, have become much shorter.
I loved breathing this way!

Not only does the practice take about three times less time, but the pause has also become about three times longer! Approximately 27 seconds and 91 seconds—isn't that a difference?
Of course, it's not really about the pauses. It's because the breathing is completely different. And the sensations are different too. During the cycles, I feel not only my lungs filling and my abdomen and chest rising and falling, but also the chakras energetically becoming active, and vibrations beginning in my head, throat, abdomen, and legs. It also feels as though air bubbles are appearing in my blood and moving around chaotically... Perhaps it's somewhat like champagne, or like pouring water into a singing bowl and playing it—there too, the water seems to boil, and tiny bubbles appear that later form patterns

But there, it happens to the water because of sound vibrations, whereas here it happens to the blood because of the change in breathing rhythm.
And during the breath hold, because the pause has increased, a new feeling appeared somehow on its own, without any effort from me: as if I were hanging weightlessly, and a deep peace arose, with no thoughts or desires at all (not even the desire to inhale). This feeling, when there is absolutely nothing but peace, is probably what connecting with one's true essence feels like! And this feeling alone is worth breathing every day

Not to mention the accompanying bonuses (health, immunity, physical strength, and endurance...)
