To participate in the contest, you need to:
Send a video testimonial to - youryoga@gmail.com or send a link to a video testimonial to this email address. For example, you can upload the testimonial video to VKontakte, YouTube, Google Drive, Yandex.Disk, etc., and send the link by email. Do not embed the video here; it must be sent to the specified email address.

What do you receive if you win?
You receive one to three esoteric products of your choice from the Mahapurna School Shop free of charge.
There are options:
- Instead of three products of your choice from the Shop, you can receive any one level of any School course (usually the courses are divided into levels. It is up to you.
- If you already have all the Store's products, you can enter the contest, win, and later receive three Store products free of charge when I release new products. Simply write to me by email, and I will unlock the product for you. In other words, you do not have to choose as your prize the products that are currently available. You can wait. When a product that interests you appears, you will receive it as your prize whenever you wish.
- In both the first and second cases, if you want to wait for a newer product or a new course (level), you can wait and use it in the future rather than immediately. Just write to me when you are ready, and I will unlock it.
To do this, you need to send three reviews of three products (you can send more to increase your chances of winning). One review of one product equals one product. If you send two reviews, you will receive two free products. If you send three, you will receive three. But three is the limit. One review per product allows you to win one Esoteric Store product.
How many winners can there be?
There can be an unlimited number of winners. If you send an excellent video review, you will be a winner. If there are 100 winners, all 100the person will receive the stated prize (which amounts to approximately 500000 rubles).
Who decides which video testimonial wins?
I do. Similar contests have already been held, and so far no one has doubted my impartiality.
What should the video testimonial contain?
You can decide for yourself what it should contain. It can be your own initiative or creative idea. However, every video testimonial must include a message about what benefit you gained from the particular product of my School’s Store. There is no time limit for the video, but it must be at least one minute long for each product. For an example, you can watch these videos. And these are more recent videos. The video must contain a meaningful testimonial: what the product gave you, what you liked, perhaps something that surprised you, how you used it, what you received, perhaps some kind of mystical or unusual experience, and so on.
You can record the video simply on your phone or with your laptop’s camera—whatever is convenient for you. High video quality is not required. You can talk about three Store products in a single video.
The winning video testimonials will be posted at Mahapurna School. If you do not agree to this, then do notTake part in the contest. Posting the winning video testimonials is a mandatory condition.
I will not divide the winners into first place, second place, and so on. Everyone who submits useful, high-quality video testimonials will win.
When sending me your videos, you may include your name if you would like me to mention it when posting them in the School. If you have several video files, send them all at once. If you know how to edit videos, you can combine them into a single video file and send everything as one file. But this is not required.
Important: Do not post the video testimonials in the School yourself.

The contest runs until December 20. I will post the winners on December 23–25.
