We often express words of Gratitude here in this space. We give thanks for help, for the feelings or emotions experienced after meditations or practices, for discoveries within ourselves or something we have gone through. But sometimes a feeling of Gratitude arises without any reason: you simply want to say these words, write them down, and share this state with the world.
These are thoughts that have been coming to me more and more often. I reflect on them and arrive at the same conclusion: how my life began to change from the moment I came to this site—the Veretennikov Mahapurna School! I do not regret a single second of registering here! So many changes have taken place and entered my life!
First and foremost, a feeling of joy appeared in my life. Yes, indeed. I experienced these surges in childhood, in my youth, and later, already in adulthood. But they were only surges. Yet during this short time that I have been in this space—the Mahapurna School, the Your Yoga website, the Ashram, the Academy—the feeling of joy has lived with me. It is no longer simply a feeling; it is a state of being. Thank you, Teacher. Thank you, Sergey Vasilyevich. Thank you, Om Shanti! For the opportunity to feel joy and live with it! And believe me, that is no small thing!
