We have a similar topic: How to Feel Your Subtle Energy Bodies?

The point of such topics at Mahapurna School is that a topic is written as genuine interest in it arises.

That is, I write many different articles, both on the Your Yoga website and in my social media blogs, as well as here and in the Ashram..., but I do not know for certain whether they are of interest to you.

However, it is precisely topics like these that let me know for sure that you really need this.

What is this topic about?

It does not matter what it is called; the essence is that we can independently establish contact with what are called the Higher Mind, Higher Beings, Angels and Archangels, Gods, Mahatmas, Ascended Masters, highly developed, high-vibration extraterrestrials, and so on.

One way or another, we can see that some representatives of humanity are already communicating with them (although there are many nuances here: from outright lies to communication not with Higher Beings, but with various kinds of primitive energetic entities).

But, one way or another, there is also genuine communication with true and authentic Higher Forces.

That is precisely what this topic is about.

The advantage of such communication is that you do not need to pay anyone to learn. They teach you, so to speak, for free.

You do not need to travel somewhere in the Himalayas to look for your Guru...

All of that is hardship, and more hardship.

You simply communicate with the Higher Forces from your own home. Literally without difficulties or expenses.

It is convenient. Moreover, it is similar to situations from the so-called Holy Scriptures, where Prophets received Knowledge from messengers of God.

You need to understand that all of you can do this.

Many Scriptures are already hopelessly outdated. And you can receive Knowledge literally fresh, in exactly the same way: from the Higher Forces.

So, that is the topic.

I cannot guarantee that any Higher Being will want to communicate with you specifically.

But in this topic, I can bring this moment as close as possible for any of you.

You simply need to take simple steps to make it happen.

Amazing, I only created this topic yesterday—and already 51 people have said YES. That is a great deal of interest.

Well then, let’s begin.

The first step is readiness

If you are the kind of person who startles in the bedroom at some “unexplained” knocking in the kitchen, then none of the Higher Powers will communicate with you. No one needs another person suffering a heart attack

Right now, you need to clearly imagine what you would feel if, suddenly, right now, somewhere in front of you, beside you, or somewhere else, a radiant, smiling, benevolent Being suddenly appeared—possibly with a strange build and form.

Just imagine it and assess the strength of your fear from 1 to 10.

This is very important!

I know—we are all heroes when watching some horror movie with friends, during the day, in the light…, ready to laugh at fear… But when you are alone, are you just as relaxed?

So start preparing yourself psychologically right now.

If you already understand that this is definitely not for you, that you are filled with fear of such an interaction, then simply do not waste your time!

However, do not say “no” forever. You can develop openness to the Higher.

And stop being afraid of such contacts.

I am not saying that the contact must be exactly like this—that you will see someone directly in front of you and speak with them.

I simply gave this example so that you could assess the degree of your fear of all THIS.

I can even say that the Higher Powers themselves gradually make contact. In other words, they also prepare the person themselves, understanding their weak points well, in order to minimize the fear of communication.

I can say with certainty that they will not come to you if you are an ordinary person who requires a great deal of tedious effort to convince and educate. For example, convincing you of the existence of Higher Intelligence, life after life, the Soul, God, extraterrestrials, contacts, and so on.

Here is a simple example. Why do you often see the same faces, heroes, and actors in films of worldwide scale?

Because these actors are professionals. They are not much trouble to work with. On set, they understand everything after only a few words.

That is why the director goes to them, rather than to some unknown people off the street.

You need to become someone similar, so that the Higher Powers can see that you are the kind of person with whom they will not have to go through all this preliminary effort.

Yes, if you listen to the first contactees on Earth, you will see a long journey: how the Higher Beings spent a long time preparing the contactee.

But now everything has changed. It is easier for the Higher Powers simply to choose someone who is already prepared—someone who raises their vibrations, is already vegetarian, and thinks not about gossip, TV series, money, and problems… but about God, Space, flights to other planets, and so on.

In other words, the competition is enormous

You need to be ready for a Higher Being to initiate contact specifically with you.

And you need to begin with your fear.

I’ll say right away: 70% of those who want to COMMUNICATE will immediately give up on all this as soon as they hear a real voice in their head!

Another 20% will give up afterward, when they see that their life has suddenly begun to change dramatically… while they had other plans.

And you will not deceive the Higher Beings.

They see ahead and deep inside you. If you are not ready, they will not come to you.

Although I have told you more than once that we all hear a voice in our heads every night and see all kinds of things. People have agreed to call this PHENOMENON dreams.

Yes, a mere “trifle”—a dream.

Just a dream.

The fact that in dreams we hear voices in our heads and see all kinds of things does not frighten them. But in their usual state of consciousness, it does frighten them.

So work on this.

And this is only the first step.

This is one of my favorite stories.

I published it for you a long time ago in various places on the internet.
For example, in 2013 in my LiveJournal here: A Miraculous Healing
It has already become something customary and traditional for me to repeat something after a decade. Precisely a decade, in fact. It is now 2023, and this is a publication from my LiveJournal dating back to 2013.
At the same time, I posted Rosalind's book itself (from which this excerpt is taken) for you five years earlier. In other words, you could have known this information as long as 15 years ago if you had read what I gave you to read.

But here I am once again drawing your attention to it:

A very interesting story of the instantaneous healing of a father and daughter from a severe illness, from Max Freedom Long's book The Secret Science Behind Miracles:

"...This is the story of his life: At the beginning of his career, he worked as an installation engineer for an industrial company. He was extremely unlucky: despite all his concern for the workers, his subordinates were constantly getting injured. Eventually, the management of the elevator-manufacturing company removed him from his position. By that time, he had a disabled daughter in his care. She was just over twenty and would spend months unable to get out of bed. His wife had died several years earlier, and his daughter ran the household. When he was fired, things became so difficult that he could not find another job. To make matters worse, his health had been seriously undermined; illnesses made him a constant patient of doctors until they forced him to remain in bed, hardly getting up at all.
Desperate, he turned to Christian Science, obediently reading the books of its founder and trying to follow his instructions in everything. When he saw no results, he turned to New Thought, and then to other religious movements as well: he had many books on healing.
Finally, when his money ran out and he had almost stopped getting out of bed, the man decided that all religious teachings were imperfect, but that some kind of Higher Intelligence must exist, one to which a person could appeal if only they could convey their pleas to it. Having reached this conclusion, he devoted his time and energy day after day to trying to find the Higher Intelligence and establish contact with it.
One day, he suddenly felt that he had finally made contact with something. He sensed an electric ringing, sharp and brief, completely unlike anything he had ever felt before. He immediately shouted that he needed help at all costs and that he was getting out of bed to demonstrate his faith through this effort.
Gradually, with continuous prayer, he managed to get to his feet. He took one uncertain step forward, then another.
To his delight, he felt himself miraculously growing stronger. The prayers became praises, and within a matter of minutes he seemed to have been completely healed, with his strength restored.
Triumphant and excited by his discovery, he went to his daughter and told her what had happened to him. He persuaded her to try to establish contact with this new “Something.” He tried to renew the contact himself, but could not.
Several days passed. He returned to what he had once left behind and began living again. At the same time, he tried to immerse himself almost every hour in the mental processes that had enabled him to establish contact with the “Something.” Soon contact was established again—unexpectedly once more and accompanied by the same electrical noise. He immediately began passionately praying for his daughter’s healing. Without stopping his prayers, he rushed into her room, scooped his daughter up in his arms, and tried to help her stand. “Use your faith! Get up and show that you can do it!” His daughter responded with fervent prayer, straining with all her might to rise from the bed.
As had happened to him several days earlier, strength somehow came to her from somewhere. The girl stood up, took one step, then another. Just as with her father, a miracle of instantaneous healing had occurred. Offering thanks, she got dressed and entered a new, healthy life.
Several days later, he established electrical contact again. He had been waiting for it and had memorized his prayer. He recited it immediately. He asked to have his position at the elevator company restored. Completely certain that his prayer had been heard, he went straight to the office of the man who had fired him several months earlier. Without offering any explanation, he quietly said, “I’m ready to work again. Where do you need me most?” The man sitting behind the desk looked at him attentively for a while, then picked up a stack of documents from the desk, handed them to the foreman, and told him in which city an elevator was to be installed.
This marked the beginning of a remarkable career. He became practiced at establishing contact with the “Something” almost solely through an effort of will, and did not miss a single day without making contact in the morning and evening. He asked to be warned of every dangerous situation that might occur at work—and whenever there was a possibility of an accident, he would develop a powerful sense of danger. Having received such a warning, he would establish contact with the “Something” right there at work and ask for advice. Not a single word was ever spoken, yet he would feel an impulse to act in a particular way—and only in that way, not otherwise. The sense of danger grew increasingly intense until it became almost continuous. He moved from one site to another, and at one of the sites the feeling of danger grew noticeably stronger. He would stay there, call a reliable technician or someone else over, and together they would observe and be ready to prevent any mishap..."

Or, for example, if something makes contact with a person and they do not understand whether it is benevolent or dark, how can they tell?

Yes, I will talk about that too.
And of course, this is an important topic.

If we read some ancient Scriptures as a kind of “reference literature,” we will see that if a person calls upon God, then God comes to them—not some devil.
And the Vedas are literally overflowing with contacts of various levels.

Someone called upon the Sun God—and the Sun God appeared. Someone called upon Shiva—and Shiva appeared.

I heard Devdasa tell Devraha Baba how to summon Vishnu. He did it that way—and Vishnu appeared. These are events of our time, so to speak, not from the Scriptures anymore.

Christ said, “A Father cannot give his child a stone if the child is calling for bread”...

Believe me, when all sorts of devils enter a person, that is an entirely different story.

Entirely different.

There, the person did not call anyone at all; they (all sorts of demons) come on their own.

Therefore, raise your vibrations and turn away from evil.

And Higher Beings will come.

For me, your detailed comment about fear, Teacher, was simply an “eureka” moment!!! So many times I forcibly interrupted the electrical state out of fear that I would lose control and someone unknown would slip through. But now it is a completely different matter... There is much to work on.
Teacher, somewhere on the Internet, electrical pre-sleep states are called “astral projection.” Is that what you are talking about, or something else?
Those who astrally project technically enjoy the experience and, of course, do not call upon any higher benevolent forces. Perhaps because they do not know that this is possible.
Sometimes, immediately after falling asleep, I feel as though a high-voltage wire is connected to the crown of my head and an incredibly powerful continuous discharge passes through my entire body. My body stretches taut and seems to boil through with golden energy. The state is very blissful, and the body heals... Or is it simply attunement to the north–south meridians that pass through the earth?

When he was asked whether extraterrestrial civilizations exist, he replied: “Yes, there are civilizations just like those on Earth.” The next question was: “How do you determine this?” Answer: “I send a beam from my brain and receive a response.”

Of course, we are interested. But it is unlikely that we are interesting to Higher Beings. Therefore, we need to improve ourselves and strive toward the Higher. Then perhaps the Higher Beings will agree to contact us.

What do you mean, we aren’t interesting to them? People are interested in cats and dogs. We gain a certain kind of experience—mostly positive—from interacting with our four-legged, tailed friends. I think Higher Beings see us as just as cute as we see cats and dogs, and many of them themselves want to contact humans, just as many people want to get a pet. Yes, they have not reached our level of consciousness, but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t find interacting with them interesting.

Animals are intelligent and communicate with us telepathically; they evolve together with the Earth. If there were no animals and ancient trees, we would hardly live so wonderfully while seeing the beauty of the planet. All living things are valuable. Animals and plants are in Harmony with the Creator and Nature, unlike humans.

I do believe that, unfortunately, these are times when animals are more perfect than most people. But even animals are not interested in people. Domestic animals have simply become accustomed to humans because people feed them. If people did not feed them, all animals would live their own lives in the wild—as they are truly meant to—and would be indifferent to humans.

I would not confidently say which Gods talk to which animals, or whether they do so at all. I have not seen them myself and do not know what they do. I will not make claims about Gods based only on texts written by people. I understand only that Knowing people often write their texts in veiled language so that not everyone can understand them; this is probably done to protect them from base people.

I also know that the Egyptians performed special rituals for the Gods of various animals so that Souls that had been animals in past lives would not incarnate in human bodies in Egypt. That is why the Egyptians were then a highly developed civilization. This civilization was destroyed precisely because people from neighboring states later entered it—people who had been animals in past lives. In other words, low-vibration people.

Children are much less developed than adults, yet many adults actively interact with children and enjoy playing with them. It is the same with higher beings! We are like adorable children to them. At least, that is how I see it.

It is the parents of THEIR OWN children who enjoy interacting with THEIR OWN children. And even that is just a theory as far as I am concerned. I work as a schoolteacher, after all, and I have extensive experience interacting with parents and children. And it seems to me that parents want to raise their children as quickly as possible and get rid of them.

And if we are talking about Higher Beings, then they are more likely to be our Teachers. For example, as a schoolteacher, I want children and teenagers to LEARN something—that makes my work easier, and I gain satisfaction from it. But since children do not want to do anything and do not want to study, I, as a teacher, get no pleasure from interacting with children (and neither do the other teachers). Yes, children have very poor genetics (their parents drink, smoke, etc.); I do not blame the children.... So I think humanity is to Higher Beings what my student-children are to me: lazy, unwilling to do anything, and so on (and that is putting it mildly). And to begin correcting ourselves, we need to accept the harsh TRUTH.

P.S. I would have changed to another job long ago, but I really earn very good money, considering the amount of time I work.

Hello. Several years ago, I simply tried to honestly do the practices from the Your Yoga website every day. At the same time, I cannot transmit energy and do not possess any supernatural abilities. My consciousness did not expand in time. I will repeat myself: I simply did the practices from the website. My guardian angels came to me. There are three of them. They came one after another. Before they arrive, a scent appears in the apartment—a very pleasant fragrance. It somewhat resembles the scent of a flowering indoor lemon tree. I was not ready to communicate with them, and only now, after several years, have I understood why they came. A man who looked about 40 also came to me. He had a European appearance. He was about five times taller than the angels, dressed in white. Huge, but not threatening. God also came to me in a dream. This was when I was going through a dark period in my life. There was a time when I gave up yoga for several years. I understood that it was God who had come only a year later, when I was watching a film on the website. In it, a woman said, “How could I have forgotten you?” I understood that it was God. I understood that He loves me as I am, completely and entirely—every single one of my cells. I am writing this to say that if you honestly do the practices (at that time, I liked the fire karma cleansing and chakra cleansing), they will come. But if you do not know why you are doing this, you will not be able to make use of their visits. They come when a person makes an effort, at least intuitively. That is more or less how it was. But you need to develop your mind. Mine was rather underdeveloped then, as it is now. But I am trying. I hope I will become wiser. You can find pleasure in any work. Just look at how perfectly and precisely Sergei Vasilyevich does everything on schedule: posting on social media, at the school, and in the ashram. He tries to help everyone. He uses various teaching techniques. He will make you laugh, post a practice, and come up with a prayer. He does this for each of us, regardless of our level of development (some drink, some smoke, some eat meat), and have you noticed or not, he does not complain. Sometimes he cries out in helplessness, but he continues his mission. A person clearly defines his priorities and emphasizes what matters according to his principles. His principles are lofty. And he is not at all ashamed to help every person, anyone who strives to become better, because he does it for people and for God. When you do something for God, with God, and from the heart (service), any activity becomes a pleasure. That is what I think. But each person sees life based on their own lived experience. I hope I have given you something to think about. With respect to everyone who has read this.
