Very interesting. I want to understand this better: what if a person has a lot of issues in their head—for example, they are extremely sensitive, or they deliberately keep creating situations in which everyone hurts them? “I was hurt; I'm such a victim,” and they use this law. Yet anyone reasonable looking from the outside would say that there is absolutely no reason to take offense here, nothing to be offended by. Will the law still work? Will there be a new cycle of debt-based relationships?
My question was partly about this; I didn't know how best to formulate it. If you caused harm to another person only in their mind, without intending to hurt them deliberately—you simply lived your life and, by doing so, caused someone else harm, merely through the fact of your existence and ordinary actions—does the assignment of the roles of “debt and payment” still take effect? Is it an inevitable consequence of being in this world at this time?!
There was something about this in the SB, perhaps.
