A long time ago, I had to go through this hell, and it lasted quite a long time. I more or less went through the points you mentioned, fortunately without delving too deeply into them. And everything happened just as you described. I realized that I was losing strength and only fanning the flames, and that I had to look for another path. Somehow, intuitively and by touch, I moved toward a form of dignified detachment, realizing that the result was becoming stronger. My strength returned. This allowed me to maintain balance for many years—over 20 years—until my “vampire” passed away.
Naturally, I did not know the Law. Now, reading about it, I am amazed at how thoughtfully everything has been designed and conceived. How logical it all is! “This world was not created by us; this world was not created by me,” as the song goes. And how clearly and accessibly you have explained everything.
At first, after reading the description, I thought, “Well, I won’t need this,” completely forgetting my own past. But it seems to me that anyone would do well to know this theory, this Law. It is difficult to put into words how timely this practice is for me at this point in my life.
The traumatic situation is ongoing, and so far I have been unable to “detach” into neutrality. It is like a vicious circle: external provocation—an outburst of negative emotions—then, after some time, regret that I failed to control myself.
Is it possible to “remind” the person who hurt me of the payment retroactively? For all the suffering they caused? Or has everything already been fully settled in the past..?

I think that everyone who follows their own path encounters situations where they have to defend the boundaries of their individuality. And love should be hidden within wisdom. It is needed and important. I agree.
The practice is similar to the aikido of master Morihei Ueshiba.
Defense without violence. The attacker’s own energy is used. And if we are talking about an entire country, then yes, it can be used as well. But in that case, not just one person should practice it, but the majority or at least some portion of the population. Still, there will be an effect even if only one person practices it.

In one of the Om Shanti programs, the phrase "I know the laws of the universe..." is heard. Some time ago, I listened to this program for a long time, but about a year ago I stopped listening to it. Today, this phrase began sounding in my head, with exactly the same intonation as in the program. I didn’t immediately understand what it was or where it came from. At a certain point, a practitioner of the Law of the Universe will notice that they are constantly in the right state of consciousness, in which their energy not only does not go to negative people, but not to negative situations either.

Moreover, the second effect of the Law is that energy comes to you from those who hurt you in life, or have hurt you.

Yesterday I reread the practice of the Law of the Universe. Today I practiced at work. But how difficult it is not to react to an irritant! Several times I caught myself unable to contain my irritation, but by the end of the workday I finally managed to remain in a balanced state. What a joy! They try every which way to drag you out of your shell, but they won't get anywhere. I imagine the unshakable calm that awaits me if I succeed in this practice. That is what I am lacking right now. I used to be like that in my youth, but gradually my nervous system became exhausted.
Usually, I come home from work, collapse onto the bed, and cannot move. Today I collapsed too, but I don't feel like sleeping, and I still have some energy left.
I even had enough energy to do some housework today. That is how the Law of the Universe works!
I am thrilled with the practice and the results! Sometimes nothing happens, and then I understand that it is not that something is being taken away from me—I am harming myself. Understanding this also helps a lot, because you know exactly what you need to work on.
If someone practices real Magic, rather than the pop-culture nonsense that is widespread online under the same name, they know that a person who has done something bad to you is your debtor.

You get rid of the fear that someone will do something bad to you. You even look forward to it! Guys—do something bad to me. Steal something from me, for example. I’m waaaaaiting for it. Then I will have power over you....
You will give me back much more.
But few people possess this Knowledge.
Everyone chooses FEAR. To be afraid. “Oh, he wants to hurt me...” “Oh, what if she makes things even worse for me...”
Let them do it. What are you afraid of?
You are afraid because you do not know the Law of the Universe!
Undoubtedly, this has a reverse side as well. If someone has done evil, they will become a debtor. Therefore, the recommendation is simple on the one hand and very difficult on the other: do not do evil to people.
Good question. In any case, we must understand that if someone has done evil and consequently become a debtor, the debt will have to be repaid. It is better to do so voluntarily rather than wait for the Universe to force them. How? I think that since the Law of the Universe speaks of energy, that is what should be repaid as well. And since the debtor does not know what would be best for those to whom they owe, in this case it would be more correct to turn to God. Ask Him for forgiveness for having harmed His creation. And in a sincere prayer, ask God to redirect the debtor’s energy, which they voluntarily give, to those to whom they owe it, in the best and most beneficial way for them. In short, give the energy to God, asking Him to help those who have suffered, and rely on His Will with the clear inner knowledge that He will arrange everything in the best possible way.
For now, I do not see any other options.
But this medal has two sides.
And what should one do, Teacher, if you have harmed someone, done something wrong, and do not want to be indebted to that person?
I always ask that I be held accountable in this life, so that I do not drag any baggage along to my child or into future lives.
And I always ask for the active participation of the higher forces, with gratitude for whatever course events may take.

As I thought about it, I came to understand that no one wants to be indebted. That is why, as OM Shanti describes, the influence of other beings directed toward you ceases.
And furthermore, in my view, feeling a desire not to be indebted to anyone can become a good motivator, or even a driving force, for becoming more conscious (which is also mentioned at the very beginning of the material).
