We found out a couple of days ago that our house is going to be demolished because, according to the district developer’s plan, a road is scheduled to be built on this site. The neighboring houses will also be demolished. We live here permanently with our children and are registered at this address. You probably need to appeal to the Brahma of the apartment belonging to the person who made and is responsible for the decision to demolish the house. You do not have to know who that is. Simply appeal to the Brahma of his house, in accordance with the recommendations in the description of the law.

The question here is about something else: about Magic and redirecting it onto other people who suffer because of this ill-wisher. Don’t nitpick over the word *reach*; I mean that they may deserve it, perhaps, but they should not be the shield of this offender.
