There is a garden and allotment supply pavilion in our city where they sell everything for gardening and growing vegetables. It is huge, with a high dome. There are a great many flowers and plants. I noticed that the air there is special; somehow, your head feels clearer. The scents and probably the high concentration of oxygen. Could one, for example, go there to breathe in the oxygen?

Forests, plants, and flowers are all healers. Even simply being near them is good.

Yesterday I received an oxygen concentrator. I have been testing it for a day.
The model I mentioned is HERE.
At the time that post was published, both the price was the same and the product was available.
So it turned out to be inexpensive. Similar models usually cost more.

The device is compact. Heavy.
1 liter per minute. There is no need for more. And there is certainly no point in paying extra for a higher flow rate either.

These are precise scientific facts. They were obtained through lengthy research and are facts recognized by scientists.

As mentioned earlier, there are three main gases in the air that are vital to us.
They are oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.

For example, the value of carbon dioxide is that it dilates blood vessels and promotes the delivery of oxygen to the body's cells. Without it, this process is impossible.

Moreover, it has already been proven that the amount of carbon dioxide currently present in our modern air is insufficient.
That is precisely why the Buteyko method and all methods based on it are so effective: they structure breathing in a way that conserves the carbon dioxide produced by our own body!

Here is an example. We inhale air containing 0.03% carbon dioxide, but exhale as much as 4%.

If we breathe too frequently and deeply, we "wash out" carbon dioxide from the body, which leads to an oxygen deficiency.

Keep in mind that the higher you set this parameter, the stronger the airflow will be, but there will be less oxygen in it!

If you need more oxygen, set it to the minimum.

Но похоже для классического коктейля, как его все знают, лучше специальную кружку (стакан).

Но что-то они неоправданно дорогие.

Диффузор отлично пенит молоко с мёдом, если использовать кислородный баллончик.

В концентраторе тоже хорошо пенит если поставить сильнее поток, но тогда в потоке будет мало кислорода, в пределах всего 30%. При условии что и в воздухе его 21%.
Проще уж тогда миксером по старинке.

Приехал только сегодня.Коктейли еще не делал, просто воду кислородил пару раз, вкус действительно более мягкий и приятный. По коктейлям чуть позже напишу, хочу натуральные ингридиенты использовать.

Кислородный коктейль выполняет две функции:

1. Кислород попадает внутрь.

Я говорил как-то, что Йоги глотают чистый воздух. Если потренироваться - у Вас тоже получится. Просто проглатываете утром натощак чистый воздух.​

Кислород убивает пагубную микрофлору и т.д.​

2. Кислород позволяет лучше разносить полезные вещества по организму.

Именно поэтому в коктейле важно чтобы были хорошие вещества, полезные. Мёд например.​

Кстати пенится коктейль тем лучше, чем гуще смесь. Для спортсменов будет удивительно узнать, что спортивная смесь с таким вот кислородом - лучше усвоится. И будет хорошо пениться.

Если Ваш концентратор допустим даёт 1 л. в минуту, то нужно делать гуще смесь. Тогда пузыриться будет лучше.
Но это только лишь для вкуса.
На самом деле и без пузырей кислород попадает в смесь.
Тот же эффект с аквариумными рыбками. Видели наверно такие приборчики - аэраторы называются. Это обязательная вещь в аквариуме. Они собственно и делают эти пузырьки. Это вовсе не для красоты. Без этого рыбки могут умереть!

Они насыщают аквариумную воду кислородом. И вода при этом не пенится как в коктейле.

Приехал только сегодня.Коктейли еще не делал, просто воду кислородил пару раз, вкус действительно более мягкий и приятный. По коктейлям чуть позже напишу, хочу натуральные ингридиенты использовать.

Попробовал сделать коктейль с натуральным молоком и сиропом топинамбура.Очень вкусно! на скорости 1л\м конечно очень долго придется ждать, я делал на 2-3 скорости, но там процент кислорода ниже. Впрочем Ом Шанти осветил этот момент, смесь надо делать гуще для скорости 1л/м. Так как у меня сироп топинамбура жидкий, скорость увеличил. Попробую как нибудь с медом. Кстати, может это не совсем в тему здесь, сейчас летом много солнца и энергии и у меня получилось прожить один день на трех дозах молочного коктейля с бананом и орехами, чувствовал себя прекрасно. А если сейчас в рацион добавлять еще и кислородных коктейлей, то потребность в твердой пище может быть снижена в разы. В общем, эксперементируем

Вся эта тема с кислородом,отправила меня в воспоминания давно минувших дней.
Помню кислородные коктейли, они были очень пушистые,когда ездили с родителями в дом отдыха,там каждое утро давали кислородный коктейль,это приятные воспоминания детских лет. Потом когда я уже стала постарше,появились так называемые сифоны
Кто постарше помнит такое чудо

И заправлять их нужно было вот такими баллончиками

И вот мне стало интересно,а чем заправляли эти баллончики? И оказывается- Углекислым газом!

Вот где было здоровое питание! И здоровые напитки! Ни грамма химии!
И вот интересно,в отсталом совке мы были более развиты,производили такие простые и доступные каждому аппараты. А сейчас,вроде много учёных мужей , а толку то?

Веретенников Сергей ,посмотрела,да действительно есть! Только каждый сифон имеет свой неповторимый размер,и балончики подобрать по размерам не просто,да и цена на балончики кусается.
Поэтому думаю лучше уж дышать правильно,дёшево и сердито! А точнее - Бесплатно!

Небольшой секрет:

После зарядки сифона нужно выждать 3-12 часов. В этом случае углекислый газ хорошо проникнет в воду.
Если сразу пить - то проникновение будет слабым.

И можно пить просто воду, без всего.
