Below will be something like a short course.
About how to breathe fresh air.

On the Your Yoga website, I devoted a great deal of attention to clean water—here: Your Yoga. Working with the Elements. Water. Water purification.
Back when almost no one was using reverse osmosis, and people did not even know about it, I had already posted a practice explaining how to use a membrane filter.

After some time, I simply thought: if there is such a filter for water, perhaps a similar filter for air has already been invented?

I told you on the water purification page that a reverse-osmosis filter lets only water molecules through. Well, almost.
Is there anything similar for air?
Something that would prevent even car exhaust fumes from getting through, allowing only clean air to enter the apartment.

And you know, I began searching persistently...

And I found one!

I merely assumed that such a filter might exist. And it really had been invented relatively recently.

Essentially, the filter is attached to windows like a screen, and even cigarette smoke cannot pass through it.

Here is a link to such a window filter:

Let me say right away: this is not an advertisement. If you find something similar elsewhere, that’s great. I’m all for this technology developing.

I live in a fairly clean part of the city of Oryol. Nevertheless, I decided to buy this film, i.e. filter.

I wanted to try it myself before writing anything here.

What did I do?

I did the following:

As I already said, I live in a fairly clean part of Oryol. So, for me personally, I decided it was best to remove these filters.

But I would definitely have kept them if I lived somewhere in a megacity, where the air is polluted.

So, use your own judgment.

But before making a decision, watch the videos; I provided links to them above.

I wouldn’t say that this filter film is particularly expensive. You could try installing it on one window to begin with.
You can even call a professional to install the insect screen film, but pay him a little extra so that he installs the filter film specifically for you instead of it.

In any case, decide for yourself. First, watch all the videos.

To be continued.

Perhaps some of you were surprised and delighted by the nanotechnology I described in my previous post.
I have photos showing how I made such membranes for my own windows. Entirely by myself, from start to finish. But I decided not to post them, since basically everything is available on the membranes’ official website.

But we’re moving on.

As I often say, I try to walk around the city every day. And someone might say, “But there are car exhaust fumes there...” And they would be right.

So how can I walk around the city like that while breathing clean air?

Would you like to know?

Here’s the method:

This is how all ancient people lived. Navigating by the stars, knowing the wind direction, the cycles of nature, the Moon... all of this brings you closer to Nature.
Many people now live in cities and do not even know where south is and where west is...

You will literally do this just a few times as I described above, and then it will become easier—automatic, so to speak.

But at least you will be breathing clean air. Of course, it will not be mountain air :)

But it will be relatively clean air—and always.

You can sit somewhere on a bench, go for a walk, or even go running right in the city, while breathing clean air!
All it takes is applying a little KNOWLEDGE.
Knowledge that every person possessed in ancient times.

Of course, this works very well in small towns, such as Oryol, Bryansk, Tula...
In metropolitan areas it will be more difficult if you live in the center rather than on the outskirts.

But in any case, you can breathe cleaner air using my method, even in metropolitan areas.

By the way, I also discussed spatial orientation in the course Egyptian Alchemy. Level 1

Lately, my inner need for clean air, water, and surroundings has somehow noticeably increased on its own. When it was windy or there was an abundance of fluff in the air, I cut my walks short, even though it could be hot in the apartment and going outside “under the open sky” is sometimes as necessary as air itself) Thank you, OM Shanti, for always sharing your knowledge so generously! 🌷

You can plan walks using my method or runs in advance.
In other words, you don't necessarily have to find all this out on the street using your mobile phone through the apps mentioned above.

You can do it like this:

For example, when walking around Oryol, I often see runners or cyclists. Some of them run so often (constantly) or ride bicycles so regularly that I recognize them.

And you know, they always ride or run along the same route. And that's their problem...
They could have used my simple method and breathed clean air.

So what do I do when, for example, someone smoking a cigarette is walking toward me, or a car is pulling out from somewhere in a courtyard?

It all blows straight toward me. And I don’t want to breathe it in.

And it seems there’s no way out. But there is!

At that moment, I exhale. I take a long breath out.

I inhale before the person with the cigarette—or even a group of people with cigarettes—passes by, and then take a long exhalation.

I’m sitting on a bench, and a car drives past nearby—a long exhalation.

How long?

Thirty seconds of exhaling is quite sufficient. I wrote about this in my course: The “SAD” Breathing System

This has already become a third kind of attention for me. An automatic response.

Even in my peripheral vision, when I see an “air contamination hazard” approaching, I take a long exhalation.

Plus my method, which I described above.

If it requires more than 30 seconds—for example, if I have to ride in an elevator with someone who smoked outside and then exhaled in the elevator or on a bus—then I breathe according to the Buteyko method or the Elixir method.

In fact, people now need to walk around the city wearing masks not only because of viruses, but simply because the environment is already heavily polluted.
Scientists have proven that people in cities live shorter lives because they breathe polluted air.

And of course, this topic/course is also about longevity. And not just longevity, but a long life free from the diseases caused by polluted air.

Understand that it’s not only vehicle exhaust. That’s a problem too. In addition to all this “goodness,” there are also all these chemical microparticles. And they are even more dangerous...

Of course, the course continues in this topic, and I still have more to tell you so that you can begin breathing much, much cleaner air wherever you are now.

This doesn’t work in big cities. There are cars everywhere; there isn’t a single road without cars driving along it. Large parks are certainly wonderful—if you live near one.

Namaste!
You probably tried everything discussed in this topic yourself and came to such a conclusion?
If not, your comment is not constructive.

Yes, I’ve been trying for more than 40 years now. Living in a big city means having certain advantages, but also limitations. It’s impossible not to breathe while walking along a street where dozens of cars are “vibrating.” “Sitting on a bench in a clean place” is possible ONLY in a large park, which you still have to travel to.

3098 3098 , everything has its pros and cons. Take an ordinary battery, for example: it has a positive and a negative terminal, and if, for instance, there were no negative terminal, the battery would not generate electricity and would become a useless accessory.
The same applies to the city: if you do not use its advantages, all the benefits of city life will turn into one big disadvantage.
There must be balance in everything—make use of the advantages available to you!

Personal experience is very important. I would be grateful if you could share which window filter you used that, in practice, turned out to be useless in a big city. 🙏
