It is very important to take measurements correctly. This applies especially to blood pressure. It is the most difficult indicator, as it can fluctuate depending on body position and the device.
Learn the instructions for the device word for word. Take measurements exactly as described there. Often, some kind of video for the device is available on YouTube. Watch it carefully.
Do exactly as shown in the video.
Every detail is literally important, because these medical devices are tested under these conditions and in these positions. If you do not follow them, the measurements will be inaccurate.
Do not forget what you were told: take several measurements to make sure that at least one of them is accurate if the readings are similar.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , oh, how interesting that my body temperature decreased! When I started doing the breathing practices from your course (the elixir of youth and eternal life), I noticed that my body temperature had dropped to 35.6. At first this seemed strange to me, but then I stopped paying attention to it because I felt perfectly comfortable😊. I haven't measured it in a long time; I should check it.
In general, low body temperature is considered a sign of weakness. But when you breathe correctly, it seems that this is normal.

The following information is primarily for people pursuing self-development, yoga, esotericism, practices, and so on.
In other words, people who practice something. And perhaps no longer merely vegetarians, but people who are already practicing a more advanced diet. People who work on their bodies, breathing, meditate, and work with Energies.

Why do I emphasize this?

Because standards are designed for ordinary people. But yogis and mystics are not ordinary people. Other measurements may be normal for them.

But let me tell you everything in order...

Literally, point by point according to this course of mine:

They provide us with continuous monitoring of pulse, sleep phases, and stress.

As is known, yogis can bring themselves into states where it seems that the heart is not beating at all. I mentioned this to show the possible extreme, at which doctors would be completely shocked. Yet the yogi would feel fine :)

Therefore, it is quite normal for a person who regularly practices meditation, avoids overeating, follows a healthy diet, exercises, practices pranayama and hardening, thinks kindly about all living things and themselves, thinks about God, and so on, to have lower pulse readings (and not only those).

For example, 50 beats per minute at rest. Or even 30 beats.

If you feel comfortable this way, it may be normal for your particular lifestyle. Nevertheless, it is better to reach such a conclusion after a medical examination.

The deep-sleep phase may be shorter. And this may be normal, since recovery happens faster.

Stress is clearer: it may be at an absolute minimum.

Let us move on:

There is a great deal of analytical data here. And here it is difficult to distinguish an esotericist or yogi from a non-esotericist and non-yogi.
In this case, all measurements that are normal for an ordinary person are also normal for someone following a more active path of self-development.
Heart rhythm and ECG represent a kind of cosmic reference rhythm for everyone.
That is precisely why devices that analyze ECG are more straightforward and convenient to use.

The readings may be lower here. And this may be normal. After all, a practitioner pays attention to their diet, health, breathing, and emotional state, and meditates... Their heart is calmer. Their blood vessels are cleaner and more elastic...

Here we definitely differ even from meat eaters and those who eat fast food.
Our readings are lower. And that is normal.

Most often, weight is below the standard established by a civilization that conditions people from birth to eat three or four substantial meals a day. Moreover, these meals include sugar, meat, and excessive amounts of starch.
So esotericists are usually slimmer. At the same time, they are also more energetic, both physically and intellectually.

As a matter of fact, I already mentioned temperature briefly above. Scientists have even proven that people with lower temperatures live longer. But once again, I draw your attention to this: draw such conclusions only after undergoing an examination.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , thank you, Om Shanti. The readings below explain a lot. For me, 100/70 is the most comfortable blood pressure. It used to be 120/80.
But that's beside the point—some people have low blood pressure, and that's normal. The most interesting thing is that after I first experienced raising Kundalini, this process continued for ten days. After that, I noticed that I could no longer hear my heart. I was genuinely frightened😄—I used to hear it at least in the evening while lying in bed, but after that event I stopped hearing it. I pressed my hand firmly against my chest, but there was silence. I even asked my daughter to put her ear to my chest; with her eyes wide open, she said she couldn't hear it 🙄. I thought, well, that's it: either I'm dead or I'm a robot.😅 I started looking for a stethoscope. I found one and heard it—it was beating very faintly.
So, now everything is clear. By the way, I still can't hear my heart with my hand. You can only see that it's beating through a device. And you can hear it through the pulse.

369 369 , the best state for the heart is when you don't feel it. Physically. At rest.
This usually happens at 50–60 beats per minute.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , then my device must be lying—it shows 60 to 70. At rest. But rest is only something I dream about. And I can't hear it (my heart) even when I'm active.

Then you should also measure your blood pressure. If it's normal, everything is fine.
If not, it would be advisable to see a general practitioner to make sure everything is okay in that regard.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , yes, Om Shanti, I'm monitoring it; it's currently within my normal range. It fluctuated up and down over the last three days, but that's definitely because of the intense emotional stress after P.D.
I generally return to normal fairly quickly, thanks to your practices.⚘⚘⚘

I decided to add the ethical side of taking measurements for others at the end of the course.

The Ethical Side of Taking Measurements

One way or another, when taking measurements for others, you become, in a sense, a conduit for important knowledge which, depending on how it is presented, can play an important role in a person’s psychological state.

Yes, this does not make you a doctor, but knowledge can give life and even take it away. There are many cases where an incorrect diagnosis led to a deterioration in a person’s life.

Therefore, you need to know how to properly tell someone about the readings from the instruments, especially if that person is your relative or child.

Never speak as though you are making a diagnosis. You are not a doctor. Therefore, simply recommend going to a clinic to confirm that there is no reason to worry.
Moreover, I have already said that the readings need to be monitored in order to draw any conclusions at all. You cannot speak about the presence of a problem based on a single measurement.
You need to express yourself gently, more as a way of drawing attention to a possible problem. Focus attention on a particular indicator. Perhaps the person already knows something about themselves, but if you also tell them about it with the help of an instrument, there is a greater chance that they will nevertheless go to a clinic, see a general practitioner, and get checked. And this may save someone’s life.
Never, under any circumstances, tell children “frightening” news. Everything there should be very gentle and calm, with a minimum of information; it is mainly for the parents.
Never scold anyone—for example, for insufficient physical activity, bad habits, and so on, saying that these are the reason for the person’s poor readings. It is their life, and it is up to them how they live it.

Therefore, be more mindful when reporting the instrument readings, because something also depends on this.

I will try to post the practical part of the course soon, where I will clearly demonstrate the readings from instruments responding to one action of mine or another.

For example, feedback on Buteyko breathing.

PRACTICAL PART OF THE COURSE

From here on, I will be posting my practical exercises.

I’ll begin with Buteyko breathing. At the very beginning of this course, I already mentioned it as something that unexpectedly produces the best results.

And it really is amazing to see with your own eyes how it works.

I’ll say right away that I did not create some exemplary demonstration of the practical part of this course. I tried to do everything like an ordinary user.
I should also note that everyone’s readings will be different, but some general features will be the same for everyone. Therefore, it is important to adjust the details using instruments suited to your body type. Such individual measuring instruments did not exist in Academician Buteyko’s time. That is why he conducted thousands of studies and provided ready-made averaged solutions. On the one hand, this is convenient—you do not need to think; you simply “mechanically” follow the prescribed pattern. On the other hand, it is not individualized. With an instrument, however, you can achieve an option tailored specifically to yourself.

I should also say that I will restrict access to this practical part so that it cannot be viewed by everyone. In a sense, this is my personal data. I am not going to publicize this part widely. It will only be available to members of the Mahapurna School Closed Club. So if you are interested in this very important part of the course, welcome to our modest, close-knit circle. If you are not, you can measure everything yourself. I have prepared everything you need for that.

There will be videos and photographs.
The video is valuable because I literally turn on the instrument, begin breathing using a specific method, and immediately see the feedback—that is, where all the readings are heading. In the video, you see all of this together with me. I repeat once again: this is confidential information. If you think you need it, welcome to our Closed Club if you are not already a member, since it already has about 500 members.

For Closed Club members:
Content of this hidden block can only be seen by members of: Закрытый Клуб

You can likewise take measurements after any other practices and observe changes in your health parameters.

As I have already said, this can be done in two ways:
  1. First, for example, practice something for 30 minutes, then take measurements. Observe the increase in the parameters.
  2. The second option is to practice literally during the measurement. For example, chant a mantra and watch your parameters rise.
I recommend taking measurements for a couple of days at first so that you can remember your usual readings—the approximate baseline. You should know what your readings are at this stage of your life.
Then you practice something and see how much it increases your readings. For example, the readings improve by 10%. Excellent. For someone else, they may improve by 20%—even better...

This is how you understand what needs to be done to make these readings stable rather than temporary.
The longer you practice practices that produce high readings for you, the more these good health readings become a part of you.

Of course, there is another measurement option: before and after. I do not usually use it. I know approximately what my measurement results are. If they have become higher, that is the effect of the practice.

Good luck with your self-research!

Thank you!
It’s very interesting to see the readings during the process itself. Especially when observing them at the same time over the course of a week, say. Great!
Today I monitored my oxygen and pulse with a simple oximeter after Wim Hof breathing and immediately afterward, the Buteyko method. To my great surprise, after the first breathing exercise the low readings rose slightly, and then began to fall again during Buteyko. I left the oximeter on.
Of course, a proper device is needed—at least a watch.

It’s interesting to observe how some practices increase one parameter while others affect another. And it’s not often that you find something like the Buteyko method, which produces a harmonious increase in all the parameters measured by the instruments.

I can say with absolute certainty that measurements taken between 3 and 6 a.m. are always the strongest. It’s as if there were some kind of autopilot inside the body, keeping all the high parameters elevated—literally holding them at their best readings by force.

It’s strange to know the relentless statistics showing that this is precisely when people pass away. At exactly the time when life surges like a life-giving spring.
I can only assume that you need to be awake for this.

Could you provide a link to the Buteyko method? I remember there was a huge article about breathing, but I couldn’t find it on the site.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , I chose a deep, slow exhalation, a hold, a shallow inhalation, a hold, and a slow, deep exhalation. I hold my breath longer after the exhalation. I breathe this way practically all the time now; I’ve already got used to it.
It’s also interesting that after my morning Anuloma Viloma and meditation, my breathing becomes barely noticeable, and I can breathe like this: a very short inhalation and exhalation with a progressively increased breathing amplitude, somewhat like holotropic breathing, but with very shallow inhalations and exhalations. It would be interesting to examine this using instruments.
It’s a shame I don’t have fifty bucks lying around 🙊😄

Too bad I didn’t have fifty kopecks lying around in my pocket 🙊😄
Continuation of the thought (it came to me at the beginning of the course): This fifty kopecks really could save someone’s life... How much is a life worth? It is priceless; fifty kopecks are nothing compared with the value of a life. For others, the device will provide motivation to take more conscious care of their health: instead of moving like a blind kitten, feeling their way around, they will have the opportunity to receive daily feedback. This isn’t about, “Oh no, so I’m like a lab mouse now, am I?” It is an opportunity to get to know your body better, to better understand yourself and your reactions and processes, why your body behaves one way or another, and to draw the right conclusion about what might be most useful at the moment. And the better you know your own body, the better you understand anyone’s body—or at least, when you see a problem in someone, it would be wonderful to suggest taking measurements and immediately looking at the result produced by the device. The financial aspect is another matter; it is simply another wake-up call showing what needs to be worked through.
