We have another esoteric-psychological game.
Below, you can see a stopwatch. But don't go to it right away. And don't start it yet. First, read the game rules.
In fact, this is both a game and a test. A very useful test, and you will now find out why.
It is also a developmental game, like all the esoteric games in my School that I create and provide for you in this section.
So, what are we discovering and developing now?
When you start the stopwatch by pressing the "START" button, you need either to close your eyes or turn away from the monitor.
That is, you must not see the seconds ticking by or the time in general.
But you will have to trust your inner sense of time. When you think a minute has passed, you need to look at the stopwatch again to compare your internal stopwatch with the real one.
The point is that every person has a different sense of time.
Someone might start the stopwatch, close their eyes, and think that a minute has already passed. They open their eyes, but in reality the stopwatch shows that only 30 seconds have passed.
Understand?
Someone else might open their eyes when more than a minute has already passed on the stopwatch.
But you need to predict exactly one minute.
And here is another important point. Some people will think earlier that a minute has already passed—this is one test. Others will open their eyes after a minute has already passed—this is a different test.
All of this matters. I will explain what it means below.
But first, let's begin the game
Open the stopwatch:
❯❯ ENTER ➜
So, let’s say you have just played the game and it turned out that you thought a minute had already passed, while in reality the stopwatch showed 20 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.—that is, you thought a minute had passed too soon.
This means that:
Now for the second option.
Conversely, more than a minute has already passed, but it seems to you that a minute has not yet passed.
This means that:
Ideally, it should be plus or minus five seconds.
But that’s not all!
Of course, you can sit down to meditate or ground yourself, and your sense of real time will begin to work better. Moreover, after 3–10 attempts, you will become better at understanding what a minute of time is. You will get used to a minute.
Then start setting a stopwatch to test yourself for 5 minutes, 10 minutes... 1 hour.
Just start it and go about your business.
When you feel that, for example, one hour has passed in your estimation, go to the page the stopwatch and check.
My description will work for one minute as well. That is, earlier or later. Read my description above.
You can perform the check after you have been nervous and after you have meditated. The readings will change. After stress, you meditate, and the reading changes sharply.
What conclusion can we draw? The conclusion is obvious: meditation WORKS. But now you have proven it scientifically, through experience.
Overall, the game is very useful. It really helps you develop, and in different ways.
The person who in my School develops clairvoyance— it is simply very useful.
