Your Yoga. Meditations and esoteric practices.
I told you about the VR headset at my Ashram, as well as about many other things.

A virtual reality headset definitely helps people interested in esotericism.
If you compare ordinary visualization videos on a computer with a flat monitor to using a VR headset, it is like night and day.
VR is essentially immersion in another world.
You are literally THERE.
And you can even see your own hands there.
That is, for example, you move your physical hands there and see them in the virtual world.
You walk around your apartment—and you are walking THERE.
I have a VR headset—an Oculus Quest 3.
This is not an advertisement. It is simply inexpensive and, at the same time, the coolest thing currently available.
In terms of price, it costs about as much as two or three mid-range smartphones.
If you want to buy one inexpensively, do not buy it in a store; they add a markup there.
It is better to buy from online stores, such as Ozon with an Ozon card (that way it will be cheaper).
The Oculus Quest 3 boom has already passed, so the price is coming down.
If the Oculus Quest 3 is too expensive, you can get an Oculus Quest 2.
I can say for sure that VR is something special for those who want to use their external senses for their development.
You just put on the headset, and suddenly you are already in another reality.
Yes, there is a problem.
The problem is that the market currently consists mostly of various games, such as shooters...
But I managed to find VR programs with amazing visualizations.
That is, you can literally FLY through space, as if in astral projection, fly over the Earth like a bird, play the hang (yes, really play it—and you don’t need to buy a hang; you actually play it there), play the piano...
I also boxed. I downloaded a boxing program and boxed with a virtual opponent. And that is very valuable! A virtual opponent can take any punches you throw at it
You simply put on the headset and box with all your might.
You can play golf.
Study human anatomy, literally rotating and examining all the organs in 3D.
DRAW!
You can literally choose any wall in your apartment and draw on it. The wall is real, while you draw whatever you want on it in bright colors—literally with your hands!
So, the Oculus Quest 3 combines reality with the virtual world.
You see the real world—for example, a wall—and virtual paints... It is difficult for me to explain this to you if you are not familiar with it—but yes, it sounds like science fiction
There is a cinema there.
I caught myself realizing that when I put on the headset and watched a film in cinema mode (that is, with a huge screen in front of you), I suddenly genuinely forgot that I was at home rather than in a cinema.
You can watch YouTube in cinema mode; it is a completely different experience.
Even those flat meditation videos on ordinary monitors—you can watch them in the headset on a huge curved screen...
And that is also like night and day.
There is a virtual keyboard, and you can type on it with virtual hands!
That is, you move your physical hands, and these movements are transmitted into virtual reality... It is also difficult to explain. Just take note of it.
In other words, when you put on the headset, you have a full-fledged computer with a keyboard and a huge screen.
Yes, as I said, the problem is that a great many shooters are made for headsets.
So you have to look for something worthwhile.
I have never played shooters at all. The only thing I did was install a couple of games featuring beautiful cosmic events and flights in spaceships.
I was looking for visual programs. They are very beautiful.
They simply sweep you away. Ayahuasca is just taking a break by comparison!
I am sure this is the future.
There are already people exploring VR with the aim of developing humanity. There are some worthwhile visual meditations and visual programs.
You just have to look. And also wait until developers start making more programs like these.
I should also say that setting up Oculus Quest is not as simple as, for example, using a phone or laptop. You will have to put your gray matter to work

Just follow the instructions; there are videos on YouTube showing how to do everything. So simply do as they say and write. And everything works out in the end.
In this thread, I will share some of what I have managed to find.
The following is paid content, where I will provide a list of useful programs for Oculus Quest 3 (as well as Oculus Quest 2):
-=Limited content=-
I should add that I do not provide any support for this topic.
In other words, questions in this topic such as "I bought an Oculus Quest, but nothing works for me..." may go unanswered.
Of course, you can ask them; perhaps other VR owners will answer you, but I will not, except that I may answer some general questions.
Before you start installing anything from third parties on Oculus Quest, note that Oculus Quest already includes some free programs.
In other words, do not install anything yet—try playing what is already there.
I strongly recommend playing Liminal and Tripp right away.
I strongly recommend using your hands. To do this on Oculus Quest 3, simply lightly tap the two hand controllers against each other twice. You will switch to virtual hand mode. This works because the video cameras scan your real hands and immediately create a virtual copy of them, which you can see.
In general, there is still much more I could tell you about the VR headset. There is a lot more you can do with it. You can also do much more by purchasing additional accessories... But what I have said in this topic is enough to use VR for self-development.
Over time, I will try to add morehidden text — with new useful and interesting virtual programs.
This field is moving forward. Everything is improving.
New programs are appearing. So I’m keeping up with it and will help you even here.
Moreover, I already told you at the Mahapurna School (you have already read this) that there is a possibility that I, too, will contribute to the creation of new virtual programs in the field of personal development.
After all, it’s simply an untouched field
At the moment, this is the best tool for personal development after practices such as meditation, visualization, dreamwork...
You simply put on a VR headset—and suddenly, you’re THERE.
All that remains is to create truly good programs for personal development.
