Today I decided to leave my review here about listening to the audio meditation by Teacher PEREKRYOST.
I listened to it before, when it first appeared here, and then promptly forgot about it. During the thematic months at the Ashram, I became convinced that I needed to work systematically with my brain and put things in order there.
So I started listening to PEREKRYOST every day at different times of day. I became interested in the internal processes taking place during this time and began observing them.
First, the right side of the brain seems to fill with energy, then the left, and at the seventh minute it concentrates in the center of the head, just as OM Shanti explained in the meditation description. Then the energy concentrates in the center of the head and begins descending through the channel into the nasal septum, expanding it; sometimes a cracking sound can be heard. It continues descending into the submandibular glands, and then into all the glands that are part of the endocrine system.
It is amazing to observe how the energy works in the mammary glands, as if massaging the heart from both sides. Observing the sensations and movement of energy during the listening, it is as though an inner map of the body is being drawn, creating a unified image of all the systems, their interaction and their role.
As it moves farther, the ovaries begin to fill with energy. Then the energy moves to the back of the body, into the kidneys and adrenal glands. The occipital lobes of the brain become involved, and at the very end it concentrates in the sahasrara chakra, spinning it up.
I liked it so much that I repeated the listening without stopping the audio, after which I sat in meditation and continued observing what was happening after listening.
The concentrated energy in the sahasrara begins to spiral inward and slowly passes down to the lower chakra, accelerating the entire system. The body simply hums, while in the sahasrara chakra there is a sensation like a cool breeze and the movement of invisible lotus petals.
At this point, I have realized how important this PEREKRYOST audio meditation is for me, and I practice it every day. It is healing me, that is certain—I can track this through the changes in my body and the way the energy works.
OM Shanti, your meditations are wonderful—there is one for every situation.

The scale is beyond words, and if you listen with high-quality headphones and have a 4K display, you can watch it all day. With a large screen and some other melodic music or a song added, the effect is astonishing—it feels as though you’re falling into space, being drawn into it. Immense gratitude, OM Shanti!

That is because it contains a binaural rhythm.
But most importantly, this audio was not created by a human.
These sounds were initiated by Space.
However, I supplemented the audio slightly with an electronic choir in the background, to make it more pleasant.
The relaxing, slow flow of the music provides additional calming effects through channels beyond the binaural ones.

Namaste! Om Shanti, thank you for such an interesting meditation. It was a very interesting experience. In the middle of the meditation, I felt pain in my heart chakra—a sharp, piercing pain, both in my back and chest at the same level. I called upon KEI for cleansing, and by the end of the meditation, the pain had dissolved. I feel wonderful.

At the very beginning, I get the impression that I am listening to a real and very familiar story. There is an inexplicable feeling in my chest, as though something wants to break free, along with such longing and emotional pain that I start to cry. I cannot explain it; it simply happens on its own. I may listen to it again.

A new audio program today!
As you know, I have created many original binaural programs. This is another one of them.
It should only be listened to with headphones.
Because a frequency of 108 hertz is delivered to one ear, and 100 hertz to the other.
This produces 8 hertz in the brain.
And 8 hertz is the alpha state. This is essential for those who want to quickly enter a state in which a person is not yet asleep, but their ability to have visions is already active.
This is especially useful for those who want, for example, to receive answers from higher dimensions, from their own deeper Higher Self, and so on.
So, listen only with headphones.

This time, I personally searched YouTube for scuba divers who had recorded whale sounds underwater themselves.
And I personally selected exactly those fragments of whale song that I liked best.
All of this was set to a melody appropriate for this singing.
And, of course, my binaural beats—for the brain’s alpha state.
To be honest, while searching specifically for beautiful whale song (because I assure you, there are whale sounds that are completely unsuitable for meditation), I was surprised myself that it was whales singing. It really sounds like opera singing. Very beautiful.

After listening to the “Meditation Corridor to the Higher State,” I was so captivated by the sounds of whale song that I searched the entire internet for something similar; it was simply so pleasant to listen to them. I could have listened and listened. There was something indescribable in their sound, something that cannot be understood on the level of words but is felt emotionally—something deeply calming.
And I was surprised to learn that there are very few good recordings of whales. Even the sounds available online are not always pleasant to listen to. And there are even fewer high-quality recordings. The whale sounds from the Om Shanti meditation were the most beautiful of everything I heard.
I will look forward to it impatiently.
