Veretennikov’s School consists of four foundations:

Your Yoga website (completely free). Created and maintained by one person—me.
Your Yoga on social media (completely free, with no advertising in video posts, etc.). I manage all the groups on every social network myself; that in itself is a huge amount of work for one person.
Sadhana-Ashram (paid, year-long training and consultations). Created and maintained by one person—me. It is called Shantaram.
This educational platform, the forum (paid courses and an esoteric shop). Created and maintained by one person—me. It is called Mahapurna.

1. The Your Yoga website is the main part of the School. A huge number of practices, video and audio materials, programs, meditations, original systems and courses, etc., created personally by me. Everything is free. In other words, this is not a website that has collected everything from across the internet; it contains original materials created personally by me, clearly organized for ease of use. You only need to take them and start practicing. Many people have already done so and achieved excellent results. There are a few reviews here and here. But in fact, these are only a small drop in the ocean.

2. Social media – I began creating “Your Yoga” groups on social media around 2010, though in fact I started earlier by uploading videos to YouTube and Yandex. Even before 2010, people were asking me to help them through social media. So I came and began helping. I also share a great deal of information through these channels. I created groups on many different social networks, and they all have thousands of members. One of the YouTube channels already has more than 100,000 subscribers and around 40 million views. At times, people do not believe me and say that I am lying when I say I do everything alone, without a team, employees, deputies, etc., because it seems incredible. Some people find it unbelievable that one person could create anything resembling the Your Yoga website and maintain it alone. And there are so many other projects as well… But I am telling the truth. Perhaps this will be my only proof that God helps me.

3. Sadhana-Ashram – this is the most advanced level, focused on a person’s inner, spiritual and mystical power. It is not free. The cost is only 6,000 for a full year of training.

4. This forum is an educational platform. Some people want to complete everything quickly, so in addition to the free courses, practices, programs and website, I also created this paid platform. I called it “Veretennikov’s School” or “Mahapurna School”—whichever is more convenient for you.

5. Veretennikov’s Academy – a more complex organization of the educational process on advanced learning platforms.

Do not confuse Veretennikov’s School with “Mahapurna School” (where you are currently located).
School is the general name for everything I do.

In fact, for a long time I did not want to use my surname in the name of anything. That “long time” amounts to approximately 15–17 years of work for you. At first, I did not sign or protect the articles and practices on the Your Yoga website in any way. Until I saw unscrupulous people copying and selling them. They were selling you what I create for you free of charge. That is why I had to protect the content. And the only way to do that was to make it copyrighted.
The more I created, the more unscrupulous people tried to use my work to sell it and profit from it. So I protected it more and more rigorously. That is why you see certain inconveniences in using my work related to protection against copying. And increasingly often, I have to mention that the work is copyrighted.

That is why I include my surname only in order to:

Protect you from unscrupulous people who may sell what I create.
Protect my work under copyright law, so that I have the ability to prove at least something in court when defending my rights.

I have no desire for fame or anything similar in doing this, nor have I ever had one. This is the only way to continue “living” as a creative person in this wild world.

All my websites and projects are entirely a matter of your freedom of choice. My practices, meditations, and so on are infused with the spirit of wanting you to become ever freer from everything. Yes, there are things that can only be bought with money. This troubles some people. Yet they go to work and demand money for it; in a store, it would never occur to them to take everything for free... But they will teach you that you, specifically, must do everything for free. Some kind of inequality... But some have gone even further, saying that there is nothing wrong with them working for money, while there is something wrong with those who charge money for KNOWLEDGE... Okay, yesterday I gave knowledge for free: Ava Tara—the day before yesterday, about Sera: Se Ra and Man and Woman... And thousands more free practices, meditations, and articles, both here at the Veretennikov School and on social media and the Your Yoga website. Does everything make sense now? As for paid content—well, look: just to create a single course on Dreams, I worked for two months (using knowledge for which I paid for training). I created the course itself, its accompanying book, and 20 special meditations through intensive work with a voice-over artist (who was not free, by the way)... All of this required a multitude of different paid tools! Programs, for example, to create audio and pages; payment for GetCourse, where it is hosted; payment for the technical specialist who set everything up so that you could study lesson by lesson... And how is this supposed to be free? And I have not even mentioned payment for countless things such as individual entrepreneur registration, taxes, an accountant, and fees for this and that...
I am not the person who will give you everything you need. I do not adapt to people’s needs. I do not follow trends, rankings, or what can be sold at a higher price. Like anyone else, I have my own mission, and I live by it and draw inspiration from it in my creative work. I have my own style, my own way of expressing thoughts and teaching. And this does not have to appeal to everyone. I never expected it to. But I will never stoop to the level of trying to please everyone or thinking, “God forbid, what if someone does not like this...” I will definitely say exactly what I want to say—and I often do not care how it will come back to me.
