About 20 years ago, while once again looking through all kinds of photographs of ancient Egypt, I clearly began to see obvious exercises in what I was looking at.
Your Yoga. Esoteric Egypt, Mysteries of the Gods.
Some clearly showed what is known as Indian Yoga, while others showed something similar or even something NEW.
I went online.
It turned out I wasn't the only one who was so clever
Some other people had had the same thoughts, and quite a long time before me.
However, among them I saw some very strange people who, for some reason, simply called ordinary Indian Yoga Egyptian. And what do you think they especially liked? Yes, Surya Namaskar. They called it the Complex of Worship of Ra
Although I won't claim anything... What if that's actually how it is.
But some of them were close to my way of thinking, because they too saw what I saw—the ancient images clearly depicted a Practice.
For example, Isis is always sitting in a twisted pose:
And I began doing it that way too.
Having already had experience with Indian Yoga, I knew how to enter Asanas.
And here, essentially, it was all the same.
These are clearly exercises—asanas.
How to perform them is known from Indian Yoga.
