I thank Teacher Om Shanti and the Higher Powers, the Creator, for this opportunity!!! I could feel the energies very strongly! Somehow it became easier to breathe, as if a burden had been lifted from my shoulders.

That day I was not at home, but outside the city; I had gone to congratulate an elderly close relative on her birthday. The evening before, I called upon Ra-Poles so that the Energy Chat would go well. The morning of this sunny day began unusually: many white turkeys came into the yard of our little house and right onto the veranda by the door. They were all completely white, walking around and quietly, monotonously cooing, as if they were praying. I brought them some cooked rice, fed them, and thanked them for coming—it felt so joyful, as though relatives had come to visit. The Energy Chat meditation began with a small young fly appearing beside me. I had the thought, “It won’t disturb me.” The fly flew exactly around me several times with a loud buzzing, like a circular mantra, then settled on the curtain directly in front of me and sat there calmly throughout the entire Energy Chat
.
During the meditation, I could not relax at all; I constantly felt tense. When I began repeating each affirmation to myself very slowly and consciously, I clearly realized that I was consciously relaxing, while subconsciously tensing up. At that moment, the main work began: raising and revealing negative ancestral programs through the subconscious and cleansing them through the conscious mind. Throughout this time, I felt a pillar of Light passing from above through my head and entire body.
I sincerely thank Master Om Shanti, all the Higher Forces of Light, and God Almighty for this vital work for me, my lineage, and the lineages of all the Energy Chat participants!

I’m at work today. I managed to finish my work before the chat began and find a secluded place. I felt the Energies very clearly. It was warm, pleasant, and peaceful. Thank God for everything!

On the eve of it (several days before this Energy Chat), I dreamed that my childhood-and-youth apartment had transformed into another, renovated one, much larger in size (approximately more than 10 times larger) than it had been. It was new, newly renovated, beautiful, modern, with very high ceilings; I also saw part of the underground floor of this loft. White, gray, and red were the predominant colors. Lots of light.
And overall, I had very good feelings from this dream. I took it as a good sign and omen.
During the Chat, I felt very quiet and calm; the conditions were right for it: I was at home, a candle was burning, and nothing in the material world distracted me.
Various distracting thought-forms appeared periodically for a while, but I tried to return my attention to the specific task (the text) given by the Teacher. And I succeeded.
Toward the end of the session, there was some discomfort in my back, shoulders, and neck. Then intense heat manifested in my body, and parts of my body even became wet.
Thanks also to all the School’s students who participated in this Energy Chat.

Hello everyone!
During the chat on rejuvenation, I saw an interesting image—what if it wasn’t just a hallucination?
A thin, straight tube about the thickness of a finger descended from above into the area of the second chakra, svadhisthana.
The tube consisted of two glowing spirals slowly rotating around their axis.
Like yin-yang, or two twisted Christmas garlands.
The glowing spirals had star-like specks of different colors, and it was incredibly beautiful, simply stunning. To convey at least a little of the cosmic color palette, I searched for a photo of a galaxy.
Only there is little green here; I remember the presence of bright green as well.
The spirals disappeared into a whitish cloud in the area below the navel, from which energy spread through the pelvis.
An analogy occurred to me (probably an incorrect one): as if the Higher Beings were using a very long, thin screwdriver to roll back the mileage on a car’s odometer ()
After that, everything was simply steady, very good, and peaceful.
Thanks to everyone, especially the Higher Beings, the Ra-pols (I asked them to intensify it), and of course Master Om Shanti Sergey Vasilyevich!

Energy Chat: Purification, 21 November 2022
My entire Energy Chat session went peacefully; at the end, during the 20th minute, I felt intense heat throughout my body, as if something had been released. I can sit so easily now. Remembering my first meditations at the Mahapurna School (when I would literally collapse and have to lie down), this is an added joy. I have grown stronger.
I was at home, and everything was peaceful; there were no obstacles.
During the session, I said the assignment for the Chat aloud three times. This is already the second time something like this has happened in our Chats at the School: I recited both the masculine and the feminine parts of the text. My subconscious is undergoing a great deal of purification right now; I have begun to see many cause-and-effect relationships with my inner vision and become aware of them. So the fact that I recited both the masculine and feminine texts may possibly indicate that sufficiently deep layers are being cleansed, perhaps including those from different incarnations (in a male body and in a female body).
I also noticed that the Energy Chats initiate processes related to particular topics, and afterward the work continues in different directions. I can write about this, since I have taken part in all the Energy Chats.
In general, it is very good that the Chats take place in Mahapurna: gradual, sufficiently gentle purification occurs. And some things in my life have finally begun moving forward.
Many thanks to the Supreme, to Sergey Veretennikov, and to all the students and participants of the Mahapurna School. Perhaps we can say that the Lunar Angels helped us, since it was Monday—Chandra, the Moon!
