This music goes straight to the heart. I only just turned it on and immediately wanted to repeat, “I love!” Such joy—I was moved to tears.
I physically felt the energy lifting me from my feet, as if I were weightless.
At the end, energy ran through my whole body in waves, raising goosebumps.

Namaste!
I continue practicing this practice every morning, listening to it on repeat, and I can’t stop—it makes me feel so good and joyful. Afterwards, I meditate on the continuing process of the energy’s wonderful work.
This music expands the space in my chest. Such a magical process is happening inside that it is difficult to describe. Tears came to my eyes again, but not because of emotions and feelings (although they were present), but because of the movement of energies and the awakening of anahata.
As it expands, muladhara opens first. I find myself immersed in vivid images, as if remembering something very important—myself. The images emerge alive and bright.
I compared the inner process to a ballerina’s dance, the way she spins; that is the image that came to me. And I remembered how, as a child, I was fascinated by ballet—this magic really does resemble cosmic processes for me.
Then the sahasrara chakra opens, and new states arise; the connection with the Cosmos is clearly felt, like an invisible channel.
I am deeply impressed by this practice, which is truly awakening me.

I feel like writing that absolutely everything in this meditation is perfect—from every note to every word, from the rhythm and dynamics to the meaning—but then I would just be repeating myself, since I wrote that about the previous tracks))) If I write that whenever you think the previous super-track couldn’t possibly be surpassed, you play this one and realize that it can!! But once again, I’m repeating myself)
It reaches the very heart from the first note. Like a long-awaited guest. I’m overwhelmed with joy at this meeting! This is it, the very thing, finally!!! It feels as though it was written especially for me))))
I liked it very, very much, especially the gorgeous beat—I’m simply loving it...!

I’ll have to make an effort; I think that’s what the post-count barrier is for—wise, like everything created by Om Shanti.
Personally, I mainly use Trans-Yoga #3 downloaded from VK, in nonstop mode—around 5–10 rounds—while also playing something else in the background from time to time: either Andrey Patrushev’s Endorphins or a preset tuned to boost alertness in the Natura Sound Therapy app. Unfortunately, I can’t always listen on the site because of constant disruptions to mobile internet service (there’s no cable connection yet), as providers in the area where I live frequently switch the 4G network to 2G because of allegedly detected UAV threats (personally, I suspect they’re the ones causing it, creating an egregore of panic).

Incredible, but this practice keeps surprising me. I come to my senses, and something inside me becomes whole; memories of what is important come back.
In “Ballerina,” the soul dances and spins even more intensely. I remembered the state I was in when my soul revealed to my consciousness its desire to dance the dance in the heart for God.
And words came to me for a poem, which I wrote down. This state is fleeting, but beautiful.
