It is not easy to give an unambiguous definition of Energy:
Energy is a quantity; a resource for activity; the ability to cause movement.
Energy is the Light from which everything that exists emerged: planets, stars, human beings, and the universe.
For me, Energy is God—the Source of Light, manifested in everything and everywhere, within us and around us. It is a mystery whose understanding is infinite.
After studying various definitions, I would formulate the answer for myself as follows: Energy is the primordial divine substance permeating the entire Universe and setting all processes in motion.
A journey across a land where each unit of energy is equivalent to currency opens up many interesting possibilities. Imagine how this energy could be used to fulfill your physical desires: instant transportation, changing the environment, creating unique experiences... Every new place, every new adventure can be filled with energy and amazing possibilities. And when you explore energetic worlds, your journey becomes even more exciting. In such worlds, you may discover new forms of life, incredible landscapes, and amazing phenomena that are completely unlike anything we know here on Earth. In this world, energy becomes not only a means of achieving goals, but also a key to understanding the universe and yourself within it. How exciting it is to use your energy to explore not only what lies before you, but also what lies beyond your usual boundaries!
Do not waste your energy!
Although I can see the answer before the answer in the thread, I can say for sure that the goal of the game has been achieved in my case—I realized that I do not know and started thinking.
For now, the most sensible thing I can write, in my opinion, is:
Energy is the potential for change—the potential.
But I cannot shake the thought that Energy also changes. And this breaks my habitual linear pattern of thinking—it turns out to be the possibility of changing the possibility of change.
Although I can see the answer before the answer in the thread, I can say for sure that the goal of the game has been achieved in my case—I realized that I do not know and started thinking.
I also realized that I did not know the answer when I read the Teacher’s answer. When I immersed myself in meditation on this question again, I started from the opposite angle—what is not energy—and my brain began to boil. I came to the conclusion that energy is that without which everything visible and invisible, and life itself, cannot arise or exist. It is impossible to confine it to a definition, describe it in words, describe its form, or comprehend it with my mind.
In physics, energy is обозначated as a quantity with a numerical value. Energy is defined as a measure, just like time and information. These are simply basic concepts that do not have precise definitions; we only try to measure them quantitatively in order to fit them into the scientific picture of the world.
As soon as the game came out, I tried to define it as something like a force, everything, and so on. But I wanted to find something more precise. When I checked back a couple of days later, I still could not find an answer that satisfied me.
But if we proceed from the many discussions on this subject and various laws, such as potential energy and the law of conservation of energy, and reason it through, then perhaps there is some source of information (intelligence). There is a source of energy (we might suppose the Creator Himself or His manifestation) that actualizes this information in matter.
Then it turns out that energy is the manifestation of the Creator in material form—that is, of everything that exists. But I cannot shake the thought that in BOE-do, during initiation, there is the energy of Light, and there is the World of Light—the foundation of Existence. In this case, are pure Light and energy different things?
To be honest, the game stumped me, as it did many other students. But I will try to answer intuitively. Energy is absolutely everything that consciousness can perceive. Energy is multifaceted and appears before us in all the forms that we perceive with our consciousness. Energy is also infinite. I draw this conclusion because I know that the spiritual path is infinite. Accordingly, the forms of energy tend toward infinite subtlety, if one may put it that way.
Energy is everything that exists. It includes everything material and immaterial, visible and invisible, past and future, as well as everything, everything, everything. It is God!
Energy is a good philosophical question. I see it this way: we are surrounded by all kinds of matter, including spiritual matter, which can interact with one another or be completely inert toward one another and not manifest itself in any way. I would answer as follows: when two or more kinds of matter interact with one another, a certain energy arises. This is my opinion.
In my view, it is impossible to define “what energy is.” All definitions will be empty. To designate it somehow, one could say “That which exists” or “Essence,” whichever is closer to one’s understanding.
Energy is a divine substance that fills all living things. It is said that everyone is given an equal amount of it, but for some reason, the Pythagorean square assigns different levels of it based on one's date of birth.
