Energy equals life! Not only life on Earth, in the body, but also the life of planets, galaxies... Energy is what sets us in motion! A person who, for example, engages in self-development, introduces many new things into their life, and constantly renews themselves is a person with a lot of energy. But a person who is lazy, lives monotonously, does just one thing in life, and does not want to bring anything new into their life has little energy.
And I began thinking that earthly existence in a body seems to be limited in its movement by energy, since the body is heavier and encounters resistance. But beings of a higher order—they are not embodied, after all, and therefore are lighter; energy flows through them in a strong and turbulent stream, so they are more developed and pass through their evolutionary growth more easily. For us, who have the added weight of a body, moving is much more difficult, and we have to make considerable effort. Although it seems to me that energy is given to everyone equally, everyone has a different number of burdens in the form of earthly attachments to various achievements. A person clings to these achievements and does not want to let them go, but energy is wise: it will still tear away what is not ours in order to give us the opportunity to develop and move forward.
Namaste, everyone. At first, I wrote what I thought energy might be, then I sat and reflected and realized that I am probably mistaken as well. Because it is a certain substance that gives everything life. We also know that the Creator, the Absolute, is a colossal source of this very energy. I also recently learned that the Creator's assistants invest this energy when creating new living forms, and I can assume that they do so when creating suns, solar systems, and galaxies as well. In other words, this energy is used everywhere. I suppose that, most likely, with our limited consciousness, we simply cannot understand what energy really is.
I would like to take part in this discussion; it is a very interesting question, and the answers to it are also varied, although some are phrased differently while saying essentially the same thing.
My answer will consist of quotations from the book "Unveiling the Mystery" by Godfré Ray King, but essentially the same things are also said in the Bhagavad Gita, particularly regarding control of the mind and senses.
And since everything in this world is born of Light, Light is the Highest Perfection and the Lord of All That Exists.
Throughout the ages and under all conditions, sages who have come to know Life have affirmed the Supremacy of Light and pointed out that Light is Everywhere, that Light is the guarantee of Life for every creation.
Contemplation of Light and devotion to Light promote the enlightenment of the Mind, the health and strength of the body, peace, success, and harmony in the affairs of everyone who is steadfast in resolving not to stray from the chosen path (the Path to God).
Always remember: a person becomes what they meditate on (think about).
The Eternal Law of Being is this: "What you think about and feel takes form; where your thought is, there you are, for you are equal to your own consciousness; and what you contemplate, you embody.
When you give your consciousness free rein to cherish feelings of hatred, contempt, greed, envy, jealousy, and malice, when you allow everything negative to grow within you, you thereby throw your body, soul, and entire world into chaos; without realizing it, you call misfortunes and failures upon yourself. Your body, your brain, and your actions become like your thoughts while you remain captive to them. In essence, you force this negativity into your experience.
All negative energy enters a person through their own thoughts and feelings. A feeling often flares up before the thought controlling it appears, and this should show you how great an energy is hidden within many of your incarnations—an energy that accumulates unnoticed.
Untamed, evil, and destructive feelings are constantly stirring within people. Not fighting them is the greatest sin against the Law of Love.
In the Bhagavad Gita 18.65, Krishna says to Arjuna: "Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship and honor Me. Thus you will surely come to Me. I promise you this, for you are My dear friend." And so it is stated in almost every chapter.
In the Ashram, OM Shanti also told everyone to think of God and wrote lectures on this subject. We unite with what we think about, and we become that as well.
American scientists Bruce Lipton and Joe Dispenza proved in the course of their experiments, recorded in the laboratory using various cutting-edge instruments, how thoughts and feelings affect the functioning of the brain and DNA cells. The great scientist Pyotr Goryaev also worked in this field. Everyone knows about him.
Energy is a kind of manifestation of a field that carries this type of energy. It used to be thought that each type of interaction had a particle that carried that type of interaction. Then we looked deeper (quantum theory) and discovered that, in addition, the particle itself is nothing more than a manifestation of a field. At the most microscopic level, all matter is simply a manifestation of a field, like ripples on water.
Energy is a force beyond the reach of earthly laws. The topic of "telekinesis" clearly reveals how energy works!
It has its own laws; it passes through places where the human mind has no access!
Energy is manifested primordial matter that arose in the human heart.
A human being is a microcosm.
Their heart corresponds to the heart of the universe, the black hole.
Energy is a person's light.
And it arises when doing something and when objects interact with one another.
The more love there is, the more energy there is.
Energy is a Divine process of influencing the living or nonliving with the aim of changing it or the surrounding space. Different types of energy act differently. Energy interacts with Force, which directs the energy toward an object, outward or inward.
Now I will sing.... I asked myself a question and am waiting for an answer. The word "Love" comes to me (to each their own...). I wait and wait—nothing else comes to mind. Only these rhymes:
- What is Energy?
- It is boundless Love. For nothing exists outside It.... Creating and destroying worlds, God always uses Its Power.... Love is Everything, and God is Love—Consciousness. Energy, as Its manifestation, as the unfolding of the design, the idea, the contemplation of life and death—in a word, Being.
It is light. And the particle of the One who created us is a brilliant little sphere, like a sparkling snowball inside our body. That is essentially what we are. Soul, mind. Of course, I am only speculating.
I was reminded of the Ra fields. That they "do not move." I can suppose that energy is what moves/flows. Probably because of a difference in potential.
That's all my mind could come up with)
