Namaste. I have an addiction. It can be summed up in one phrase—being convenient for everyone, but behind these words lies an entire layer of limitations, fears, anxieties, and blocks. From being unable to express my opinion to being unable to choose a profession I love. It has taken deep root in my consciousness, but with the help of many practices, meditations, and participation in marathons, I am gradually removing it from every area of my life. I really want to say goodbye to it once and for all. Sometimes it overwhelms me with all its force, and afterward I start reproaching myself for giving in and yielding again. And when I stand up for my opinion, I am overwhelmed by guilt. Now I have clearly realized that this is a separate entity that punishes me with guilt for deciding to get rid of it. I understand perfectly why it appeared. It is very convenient not to take responsibility into your own hands and to remain in a child’s position. But everyone must live their own life, make their own decisions, have their own opinion, and walk their own Path.

Hello, convenience for everyone! You were very convenient for me, giving me a false sense of security and peace, but life with you is a dead end. I choose my life, awareness, and freedom.

Hello 🙏 My past life seems to me to have been entirely made up of addictions. Cigarettes, alcohol, dependence on other people’s opinions, on a person, and many, many layers of everything else. And you know, my gaze still turns in that direction... I knew many people closely who passed away without ever freeing themselves... And I ask myself, “Do you really want to as well..?” After all, you have already tried everything there, many times. You explored everything you needed to explore... Let me tell you a short story... It happened approximately twenty-five years ago... I worked in a warehouse. We had a break and went out for a smoke. I got into a conversation with a man about the harm of smoking and the difficulty of quitting; he was about thirty years older than me. I’ll keep it short.. I will remember this story forever. He said that when he quit smoking, he still carried a pack of cigarettes in his pocket for another ten years! Can you imagine!? And apparently, you could say the same about any addiction... carrying “the addiction in your pocket” for ten, twenty years... Back then, it sounded bizarre to me... ) But, as they say, everything comes with experience... ) What was said here, during the intensive, helped me expand my knowledge about addiction. And much of what had flickered in my consciousness and seemed like missing pieces of a picture has now fallen into place. This is not an easy path. I chose it. But you know, guys... I am here. In this place. And I feel the great strength of this moment. Thank you 🙏

My main addictions are laziness and eating sweets.
I decided to take this intensive course because I want to free myself from these destructive patterns. They really make life worse, even though they seem quite harmless.
Laziness manifests itself as an unwillingness to do anything useful, passivity, and constantly putting things off until later.
Sweets have been my weakness since childhood. During the day, I often feel the urge to eat something tasty.
Many years ago, I had an experience of giving up sweets when I decided to cleanse my body, and it was very difficult for me at the time. But after a while, everything went back to the way it was, and sweets returned to my life.
My struggle with laziness is constant. Sometimes I manage to change my ways and get things done, but then another period of relaxation and doing nothing begins.
I would like to start living a different lifestyle—more active, healthier, and more productive.

I never thought that even ten years after I first tasted my addiction, it would initially take my resources unnoticed and then start taking them outright. And yet I would keep trying again and again to become free. During this time, I have tried many different methods. Sometimes they worked, and the months I spent free from the addiction were wonderful—I still remember them in a special way. But everything kept repeating itself, and even knowing that this was better for me did not help. Perhaps I still do not understand this freedom deeply enough. Or maybe I simply have not completed the lesson or drawn the important conclusions.

By the way, during this time I seem to have experienced the entire spectrum of emotions toward my addiction—resignation, acceptance, fear, guilt, shame, resentment, shifting responsibility, struggle, hatred, anger, and then something new all over again.

Every day I practice gratitude in its various forms, simply saying things out loud or using certain techniques. And sometimes it even became frightening, and a thought crept in when I had been expressing gratitude for my freedom after many days without the addiction: What if I start again? Maybe I shouldn't. It is a very strange feeling.

But one thing has always helped me, and still does: the belief that I will become free and independent of this, as well as my unwavering optimism about life. That is probably why I am here, writing this and completing the steps of this intensive course. I really hope that this time I will achieve an absolute victory over this addiction and the other, currently less significant but no less important to me, addictions that I still have to overcome. I wish everyone an absolute victory ☀ :)

You have two days left to join the Intensive in time!
All attempts to ask me to open it for them or even sell it to them will be pointless.

Here is the Intensive—the much-heralded one...

Today is the final one—the 10th Step—and I believe you are now ready to learn the most important thing.

This Step will be based on meeting Christ in the Astral world.

You will also hear a prayer for freedom from addictions, with an emphasis on sexual addictions (of all kinds).
And this is extremely valuable! Because if you can overcome sexual addictions, you will be a true victor, and all other addictions will be garbage beneath your feet.

To sound more convincing, I will say the following.
You can do this, or you can simply believe it—but if you enter the word "sex" into any search engine, you will see that THIS IS THE MOST POPULAR SEARCH among Humanity.

So there you have it.

Here you are also given a prayer that Christ Himself gave.

There is a lot of text; this is one person’s firsthand experience.
But its unexpectedness may shake you!

This is truly a very remarkable approach to addictions.

Здесь находится скрытый материал. Чтобы его открыть Вам надо написать полезный текст не менее 500 символов (букв). Сейчас у Вас символов: 0.

You can apply this spiritual principle to any addiction.

I also heard a story about a man who stole all his life.
It is a true story; there is even a documentary about him. I watched it with interest.

He was a burglar.
He could open any door lock in half a minute.

Any sophisticated lock.

That is how he lived his whole life.

He would go to prison, get out... That was his way of life.

But an important lock-manufacturing company became interested in him.

HIM!!!

A thief.

Why???

Because he was the one who knew perfectly which locks could not be picked.

Only he and people like him knew. And he worked for that company. He earned good money. He was a unique specialist!!!

When you read Step 10, you will understand what I mean.

Jumping on the last train. 🚂

I understand that I am dependent on parasitic thoughts and certain concepts that I would like to remove from my life. After reading the practices “Law of the Universe” and “Law of Health,” I am working on changing my way of thinking through knowledge, but besides that, there are other dependencies for which it would be good to find the key to freedom.

Being freer feels better. I ended up starting to smoke e-cigarettes, even though I had smoked tobacco before and quit it about 10 years ago—I started for some reason when I was young. I never expected to start smoking again, but through a chain of events it happened: from an innocent “I’ll try it with you here on the beach,” to buying one myself; it smelled nice, didn’t irritate my throat, and so on.

It was a huge mistake. In the end, I smoked them for almost two years, and quitting was terribly difficult, really very difficult. I built an entire system for myself and suffered, but then relief and a feeling of lightness came. I quit a year ago. It took me a whole month. This was definitely my best achievement of the past year. It was poisoning me. These nicotine companies are an incredible evil.

The story of my dependence on sweets.
Although I don’t think I have completely overcome this dependence, now my sweets are dates and combinations with them, as well as ordinary fruit. But eating chocolate and cookies before was certainly delicious, yet it did nothing to help me think clearly, while I want to keep a clear head—and there are already so many factors that interfere with that. Changing this food dependence naturally took a lot of time, and there were relapses.

Some dependencies fell away “on their own.” It seems to me that listening to mantras and my prayers and requests helped. It feels wonderful to be free from these actions. It is another level of existence, a purer one.

Some time ago, it seemed to me that I had dealt with my dependencies, but after a while some of them returned. One of them is dependence on sweets, and on food in general. I tried everything I could to get rid of it. For example, I tried incorporating mindfulness. I attempted to observe the desire as it arose and postpone acting on it. I tried observing the very moment of enjoyment. But everything produced only a temporary result. Something was missing for complete liberation. And this applies not only to food, but also to other dependencies that I do not want to talk about right now. The dependence still controlled me. It really did control me. Of course, under such circumstances, there could be no talk of freedom. And this despite the fact that through effort I could abstain for a while, even for a long time. But that is also not freedom, because it is simply the other side of the pendulum. Sooner or later, it will swing in the other direction. I wanted to achieve an even state, indifference—to outgrow it. But I could not manage it. It seems that dependence is an inseparable part of the physical body. Yet I have always looked with admiration, and even with a certain amount of envy, at people who overcame it.

Namaste. :) ☀
My dependency was related to a relationship with a like-minded woman. I did not fight this dependency. But after some time, a response came in a message, in a simple manner, as though she had been busy with her own affairs. And I decided to check whether she would call—she did not. So, for reassurance, I decided to take a step to understand whether we needed each other’s communication. It was quite clear from the call that she was rushing somewhere and had limited the conversation. I felt a sense of lightness. I thanked her for the communication and thanked God for His support, as well as thanking her in absentia. I realized the value of our communication and time together.
For a month, I tried to give a little more attention and communication to my children and husband. And most importantly, I listened to Christian and useful sermons. In the mornings, I do physical exercises and intensive workouts—three sets, until I sweat. Periodically, I swim and walk.
A few days ago, I learned that another like-minded woman had come to my city for a holiday. Now, although not every day, we meet in person for walks. We communicate, swim, and walk. It was pleasant to hear that she wanted to spend time and communicate in my space. There has been a replacement, but I am still training myself not to become attached. My companion has gone through a process of growing up, in which she had to overcome many things and take matters into her own hands. I think we did not meet by chance. The people we need will come into our lives. They will come and go.
Therefore, when I felt freedom within myself, I found new activities for myself, and in this way everything is changing. It has genuinely gotten better. Other dependencies also disappeared unnoticed. So it is true what they say: problems are in our heads. I began to make the most effective use of my time. Although the heat is very exhausting and there is no coolness. A breeze has been blowing for the second day.
I even noticed changes in the family. My son also had his own dependency. Now he spends his time in ways that benefit his health. He has become more physically active and goes out for a walk every day.

The intensive course is very useful for everyone. Most importantly, I am not giving up my dependency, but a transformation is taking place.

Thank you! The tenth step offers the most unusual perspective on addiction. It turns your whole way of seeing things upside down. It broadens your horizons. The prayer touches the soul so gently, brings peace, and gives strength. I sit and think—is it possible that this feeling of anxiety, the fear of being inconvenient to someone, the fear of expressing my opinion, and the fear of taking action will subside, and that I will be able to feel free? If you carefully complete all the previous steps, you approach this step prepared, and it turns everything upside down. You can no longer look at the problem or addiction the way you did before. Even during these 10 days that I have been taking part, I have felt myself begin to relate to myself and to the events in my life differently, with greater respect and self-love. I go to bed with this extraordinary prayer 🙏.

For me, the tenth step became a confirmation of something that has been turning over in my mind for a long time. For quite some time now, I have been unable to shake the feeling that everything happening to me is not about “why,” but “what for”? A strange feeling of not understanding is going around in my head right now!
As if an obstacle has been placed in my way so that, in the end, I can finally understand everything 🤦

🙏 Thank you! Such truth—so powerful, very much so. It brings me great joy to read this. And peace. I believe people should know the truth. Thank you 🙏 I’ll share a little more of my story... Ever since I was young, I was always drawn to things that were forbidden... Well, not exactly... But it was as if I wanted to try everything. Only cheap pleasures were available to me... Let me tell you a story. The Soviet Union had just collapsed. We still had a black-and-white television. I was about 11. I started trying to pick up channels and adjust the antenna... And suddenly...! I heard something in German... I managed to tune in to a German channel, more or less. And there...! Action movies, comedies, cartoons, and... porn... In short, I’ll put it this way: I sought pleasure in altered states, through smoking, alcohol, and, of course, I pursued satisfying my sexual needs... Throughout my life, I would stop and start again—sexual activity, cigarettes, alcohol—and then I would suddenly be overcome again... At first, everything happened gradually; years passed... Then... Well, then... My situation wasn’t the same as this woman’s, but there were similar aspects. In short, I had brought myself to the point where my body refused to function... I understood that I could no longer even sleep or eat properly... Let alone drink or smoke (although I still smoked despite everything...), and I realized that something was also wrong with my sexuality... I want to say that I was always searching, in some way, for the meaning of everything, but at that point, so that you can understand, I realized that I could not have any of those pleasures, and that every day felt like the last... and I could barely sleep at all... I had practically made up my mind and had almost done what must not be done... But I woke up the next morning and decided to keep fighting for my life... I can hardly remember it now... That whole period is like a fog... And now I’m reading this and understanding—I understand everything... It is all very close and understandable to me. And now I also understand why... I want to say that my lack of restraint manifested itself in many ways. In other words, the demons attacked on all fronts... Gradually, I came to God. I am moving toward freedom 🙏 Thank you for everything 🙏

Hello. I decided to take part in this intensive because I’m tired of living with low self-esteem. This issue has interfered with my life since childhood. I’m afraid to be myself, constantly compare myself with others, and consistently come out worse in my own eyes. I feel inferior and less worthy than others. I devalue my achievements. I constantly doubt my actions and my choices. I’m afraid to say something unnecessarily, express my opinion, or even simply write something. In my own eyes, I’m worse than everyone else—none of my actions are right, my appearance, my behavior, absolutely everything... is not like other people’s... but much worse. I constantly criticize and devalue myself and doubt everything. Even when people praise me, I look for a hidden catch, because that can’t be true... What would they praise me for?
I’m tired of living with this constant tension, self-criticism, and doubt. I want to free myself from this state and feel free in every aspect of my life.

Namaste, OM Shanti! The topic of addictions is very relevant in our material world. Practically everyone has some kind of addiction. Probably the only people who do not have them are enlightened and holy people. So we have something to strive for.
I also have a sweet tooth. For a long time, I have wanted to adopt a consistently healthy diet, but I break the rules and eat whatever comes along.
I am working on this and have already realized the cause; all that remains is to practice.
And the intensive on addictions came at just the right time.
Thank you for creating so many interesting intensives; we will read and practice. ❤

What a finale! What a 10th lesson, “The Spiritual Principle”!
Up to lesson 9, everything was relatively simple and clear. But lesson 10 made me think.
It turns out that overcoming any addiction not only benefits and strengthens a person spiritually, but also helps other people and pushes back the darkness.
But overcoming sexual addiction practically turns a person into a Warrior of Light, while sex addiction itself is a weapon of darkness because it is the strongest and least discussed, including among the most spiritual people on the path to God.
For an adult who has gone from learning about “this” to having children, it is clear what to do, especially after lesson 10. But how can we help a teenager? After all, “fantasies” begin to develop precisely at that age. Or is this an inevitable path of discovery? Perhaps that is a separate topic...
Thank you for the intensive! As always, before the training you think you understand something, and afterward you “see the light” and are amazed by your former darkness.

To stop overeating, I found many programs in Your Yoga. I wrote texts for overcoming overeating and worked with these programs, particularly NLP. I tried to do something, but I only manage for one month; then winter comes and I fall back into overeating again. That is the kind of torment it is—I hold on and fight myself again, year after year. Thank you for understanding. Last month, I did not have the opportunity to devote myself fully to the Mahapurna School. There are objective reasons, primarily the internet connection. Only today did the internet come back after 20 hours. Peace and kindness to everyone, and take care of yourselves. Despite everything, there has been progress. After winter, I weighed 100 kg; now I weigh 94. I have switched to eating twice a day, without snacking. I will continue working on reducing my carbohydrate intake. Sorry if this is off topic; for me, this is a serious addiction.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , quoted message

Working with addiction in Step 2 and Step 3.
It seems I have found its Root in this incarnation. It originates in childhood. For example, when a whole host of responsibilities that she was not supposed to carry were “loaded onto” my mother (according to the Vedas, for instance, this is how it is). There are areas of responsibility for men and women in a family. Each person handles their own.

Yes, we live in a difficult time, and at certain moments things can become unbalanced. But we need to track such phases and put everything back in its proper place. To recognize their temporary nature. This was absent in my family. The knowledge had been partly lost.

To everyone participating in the Intensive and genuinely working with addictions in the Flow: well done, keep it up!
You are very courageous seekers, and everything will work out as planned!
