Good morning! I walked for an hour today. I’m actually in a pretty good mood, even though it was quite a night)). I was awake for half the night, and today I saw a woman who was… let’s say, over 40)) And she was walking with her palms straight alongside her body. It made me happy. After all, she isn’t familiar with our intensive course… And look how correctly she walks..
Yesterday I walked for about 40 minutes, keeping an eye on my hands—turned inward and forward. There was no wind, and gnats attacked me, so I walked quickly and brushed those bloodsuckers off. After showering, in freshly washed clean clothes, without sweating, even mosquitoes don’t “spot” me, while gnats can only be kept away by repellent on the skin and clothes or by wind. On the one hand, walking like this is a challenge when they’re constantly trying to bite you; on the other hand, it’s good that I walk—and walk correctly at that. Noise-cancelling headphones remove extraneous sounds and noise, so you get the information you need and learn something while walking.
Day 7.
Walking for 30 minutes with my hands turned inward and forward. I had to stop at a shop on the way back. So for the last 10 minutes, I had a handbag in one hand and a bag in the other, but they were light. Still, I tried to keep my hands turned correctly. Since they weren’t heavy, it was easy to do so.
Namaste! Today I did two 10-minute sessions with my palms facing forward and inward. A very valuable state arises. I can’t do more; discomfort starts behind the shoulder joint. I’m observing and experimenting)
Day 10
In the second half of the day, there was heavy rain with “huge hail,” which changed the weather, and the walk was in question. But I held on to the thought that everything would work out and happen on time. I really didn’t want to interrupt the intensive course. And an opportunity to go out without rain opened up in the evening.
An hour of walking outdoors, palms inward and forward.
25 minutes of walking Sadhana, palms inward and forward.
Now almost any movement around the house draws my attention to the correct position of my hands and shoulders. It makes me happy.
I also joined the intensive course a long time ago, but I’ve never written before. When I go outside, I always try to follow it, although sometimes not immediately. At home, though, it doesn’t work as well: by the time I remind myself, I’ve already reached the kitchen.
Good morning! I walked for an hour again today. I’m a bit "scattered" this morning. I had to return to a straight back and straight palms several times. A foggy state of mind. This happens to me sometimes, and as a result, I’m absent-minded… from Basseinaya Street))). Like in Marshak’s poem.
Day 8.
About an hour and a half of walking with the correct position of my palms.
Now, even if I suddenly forget that I need to turn my hands, people with the “wrong” hand position stand out to me in the metro, and I immediately remember
Day 11
An hour-long walk, palms inward and forward. On the way back, I was tempted to buy something, but I resisted and continued walking with my hands free. A long time ago, I separated going for a walk from going grocery shopping. This rule is helping me a lot now.
20 minutes of walking Sadhana with palms inward and forward.
25 minutes of VХ breathing with palms freely raised upward
Today I went for a walk with my husband—almost 3 hours of walking. I often remembered the position of my arms and palms. I was in a wonderful mood. We connected with nature. And most importantly, along the way we came across large cacti with yellow flowers in bloom. Today is a special day, and it’s Sunday. Very symbolic.
Good afternoon! Today I walked for 50 minutes. Full of strength and energy. I constantly remembered to keep my back straight and my palms straight. After yesterday’s Alpha session, I feel as if I have wings. I thank the Teacher and the Higher Powers.
Day 12
An hour of walking with my palms facing inward and forward.
Although today, under the impression of yesterday’s Alpha Session, my attention during the walk was more focused on the heavens and, in my thoughts, on the Radiant Beings, and the growing beautiful moon, bright electric in color, contributed to this. But my palms remained in the correct position throughout the walk.
Day 9.
I walked around the city with a friend. About 1 hour and 10 minutes, with breaks at cafés and shops. But I remembered my hands the whole time while walking and kept them in the correct position. It feels as though whenever I start walking longer distances, rather than just taking five steps around a shop, I remember my palms more and more often.
Day 12
I do the Intensive every day. Over the previous four days, I wasn’t able to take my usual “full-scale” walks because I was extremely busy, but while making trips to the store and other institutions, I tried to pay attention everywhere to how I walked and held my palms, right up to the moment I entered someone’s office.
Unexpectedly, I discovered that my main focus had been concentrated on my palms, but then, while walking, I noticed that I was walking the way I had always dreamed—not only of walking, but of feeling: my shoulder blades were pulled well back, my back was straight, and it all somehow held itself without any willpower or effort on my part. I felt an inner stability, strength, and, strangely enough, warmth toward the world around me. And I became braver about looking straight ahead. Magic, without a doubt)
Good morning! I continue walking with my back straight and my palms straight alongside my body. Today I walked for an hour. And most importantly, I’m already walking toward home—not exercising at all... I’m walking, and my back is straight and my palms are along my body))). I’m absolutely thrilled about it.
I continue training with a backpack so that my hands are free. I noticed that it might simply be a psychological habit—to always have something in my hands; I hadn’t even noticed it before. My arms still look somewhat unnatural because I straighten my wrists to monitor their direction.
Day 13
An hour and a half of walking with my palms facing inward and forward.
Today I went for a walk along a different, unfamiliar route. I went “farther” and walked “longer.” I really like the Intensive; the strengthening of my inner state is obvious.
When I walk, my hands are positioned as in picture 2. Today and yesterday, I walked for about five minutes with my palms slightly forward and inward, and immediately felt my back straighten as a result! It’s difficult and unfamiliar to maintain concentration on my hands for longer, but I’ll keep trying )
I haven’t posted every day, although I kept the practice of walking with my palms facing forward in my awareness throughout each of those days. Today I decided to walk to my daughter’s place. It’s about 12 km. I set myself the task of following the rules of this intensive. At first it was easy, then my attention slipped several times, but I managed to bring it back quickly. I managed to cover the distance with a few interruptions. But now I feel some pain beneath my shoulder blades. Still, my soul rejoices that I can do this, and this unusual pain is only beneficial for my body. After all, it is gradually returning to its true posture.
Good afternoon! Today I wasn’t able to walk for the full hour. I walked for 10, 20, and 30 minutes, with breaks. But I remembered my back and palms the entire time. This makes me very happy. My back is straight, and my mood is wonderful.
