There are two ways to get more oxygen:
People living in nature, in forests where it is warm and summer all year round, breathe more oxygen (for example, shamans in the Amazon) than we do, living in cities. Moreover, we also have winter here, as well as spring and autumn, when the leaves fall and the amount of oxygen in the air drops again.
And you all know how life RAGES in the Amazon. It is simply boiling. Even the butterflies and all sorts of bugs that we know as small here are enormous in size there!
There are immense forests there, providing a sea of oxygen. The "lungs of the planet."
Simply inhaling oxygen 5–7 times a day, at least periodically, is a good practice.
This compensates for the forest from which we were expelled long ago.
There are many different concentrators available now.
Choose for yourself.
More compact is preferable, of course.
Oxygen can also be consumed as an oxygen cocktail. It is easy to make at home.
Keep in mind that you don't need to buy a cocktail mix, because chicken eggs are added to it. You can simply take regular milk and stir in honey (or maple syrup, for example). That's all.
Just don't make too much liquid; you don't need much for a cocktail, since everything turns into foam.
ALSO:
- Buy a device that produces oxygen for you. This way, you don't have to buy it in canisters.
- Buy canisters, which over time will cost more than the price of a device that produces oxygen at home.
