There are ancient, well-established Schools that do not publicize themselves.

Instead of trusting this Force.

Today, I will consider for you an ancient legend about Prometheus.

This is the 4th century BCE. According to Hesiod, Prometheus molded people from earth, while Athena endowed them with breath.

What, have you heard this story somewhere before?

Really?

In a more detailed version, set out by Propertius, he molded people from clay, mixing earth with water; he created them looking toward the sky like gods.

Shall we listen further?

According to the oldest version of the myth, Prometheus stole fire from Hephaestus, carried it away from Olympus, and gave it to humans. He did this by hiding a spark inside a hollow reed stem (narthex).

So, a hollow reed is exactly—SUSHUMNA!

Let us look at the whole picture.

Prometheus created man from clay.
Athena breathed life into him.
Prometheus places the divine fire in SUSHUMNA (hides it within her).

Did I miss anything? Is everything right?

And everything around this FIRE is somehow tense!
Everything is somehow forbidden, prohibited, disallowed—as if there will be punishment...

Just like it is now with Kundalini. Forbidden, you mustn't, don't meddle, or it will kill you......

As a practitioner, I can tell you for certain that Kundalini is like the Moon.

At the full moon, the possessed become even more frantic, while the holy shine even more brightly

That is, you need to purify yourself, because the Moon, or Kundalini, intensifies what is already there—what you desire.

If there is impurity, impurity is intensified.
If there is holiness, holiness is intensified.

People are afraid of becoming who they have always been.
That is precisely Kundalini's task.

“Hatha Yoga Pradipika”

3.60. Now, mula-bandha. Press the yoni firmly with the heel, contract the anus, and draw apana upward. This is how mula-bandha is performed.

What I was able to experience personally from these ancient texts is that kundalini awakens for two minutes during Brahma Muhurta.

At first, I practiced a new version of nadi shodhana (a product from the store), then I quickly understood how to switch to the version without audio.

At that time, I woke up at 4 a.m. every day and circulated the energy through the ida-pingala channels. In the morning, there is a wave of energy that can be caught and integrated into your energy system through the channels and chakras.

And indeed, in 30% of cases, there came a moment when the energy entered sushumna for several minutes. At first, I could do this only in the morning, during Brahma Muhurta. It was a starting point from which I could work throughout the day.

Then it was possible to intensify the wave in two states: balance in stillness (through meditation with energy) and balance in movement (through physical exercises).
And this balance was always experienced as bliss and ecstasy, whether in stillness or movement. In other words, it does not matter whether you are moving or sitting still—you are in ecstasy.

Returning to the ancient knowledge, knowing when the energy is active during the day can provide a valuable experience.
