1. INTRODUCTION

There is an increasing variety of measuring equipment, devices, and gadgets in the world today. Most of them are becoming accessible to absolutely everyone. I am referring to devices that fully measure medical parameters and make them understandable to any person, to the extent that they can analyze their own biological parameters to some degree.

Moreover, it is not difficult to guess that the biofeedback provided by these devices is useful to people practicing various self-development techniques, helping them understand how effective they are.

Yes, there are still people who analyze their condition the old-fashioned way: “I must have eaten something wrong...,” “Most likely, I didn’t get enough sleep...,” “It looks like I got too nervous...” — this kind of analysis, as they say, is just a shot in the dark and leads nowhere.

I am talking about the fact that everything can be measured. Moreover, when you take measurements every day, you can observe trends in the changes. This also gives you new information about the direction in which the indicators are moving and how they respond to what you eat, how much, whether you engage in physical activity, how much and when you sleep, whether you meditate, etc.

Understand? You can measure your indicators before and after a particular practice, and thus learn about its effectiveness. And not only your own! By purchasing just ONE measuring device, you can measure ALL your relatives. Moreover, you can start a private practice once you learn how to perform diagnostics and help people... But more on that later.

But let’s take things in order. The goal is for this to be a clear and understandable course, after which you will know whether you need self-diagnostics or not. And if you do, how to start helping yourself with modern measuring devices that are already accessible to practically everyone, since they are becoming increasingly portable while also becoming more functional.

In this topic (this free course), I will speak in simple, understandable language so that everything will be clear to everyone.

I will cover the topics gradually—not by writing everything right now in the first post of the topic and leaving it at that. We will work through it together. Some people will have questions. Others will share their experience. Some may not know how to install the program, others may not understand what a particular parameter means, and some may have trouble deciding which device is best for them, etc. All of this is planned to be covered in this course—in this topic. Moreover, after some timeOnce some time has passed after I create this course, people who have already started using all of this themselves will appear in this thread, which means they may be able to answer questions here.

2. Fitness smartwatches

And I will start with the simplest and most accessible option. These are so-called fitness trackers, or smartwatches. They are also called smart watches and gadgets for monitoring your pulse. They also measure blood oxygen levels and stress levels. They monitor the phases of your sleep. You can literally view a graph of your sleep and see when you were in deep sleep, REM sleep, and so on. You can see when you woke up and how many times. You can even set the alarm so that it does not sound during deep sleep, since this is a very valuable phase and it is highly undesirable to wake someone during it. Therefore, the watch waits until this phase ends and wakes you during other sleep phases, when waking up is more favorable. As a result, you feel better after waking up.
Pulse analysis is extremely important. It is important for everyone—for athletes and for sick people alike. This indicator simply cannot be ignored. I say this as an Ayurveda specialist, since pulse diagnosis occupies a very important place in Ayurveda and can reveal a great deal about a patient.

There are also many additional convenient. For example, I turn off the sound on my phone, and when it rings, I know because of a gentle vibration on my watch, which I have set up to notify me specifically about new calls. You understand that this also eliminates the mild stress that every unexpected call “gives” you. In a world where every other call is SPAM or advertising, this is extremely valuable. You simply stop getting unnecessarily nervous that yet another advertisement has taken up your time. The watch just vibrates gently, and you can press a button to stop the vibration when it is another advertising call. You can see who is calling you right on the watch.
You can literally read SMS, WhatsApp, and other messages on the watch. You can see who liked your post on Instagram, who transferred money to you and how much, who called you, what the weather is like, what lunar day it is, and so on.
Moreover, I no longer reach for my phone to find the payment code. It appears on the watch. I have not even mentioned that you can see how many kilometers you have walked today, how many calories you have burned, how much time you have spent sitting and being inactive... And much more.

Moreover, a watch is something many people already wear on their wrist. In other words, it is always with you. It provides constant monitoring. Why not?

Sleep analysis, pulse analysis, stress analysis, blood oxygen analysis... All of this is displayed on your phone in the form of graphs. You can see and analyze everything on your phone. It is veryvaluable.

The price of such watches is quite low—from 2,000 to 6,000 rubles. As you have already realized, they pair with a phone.

I will talk more about smartwatches, because they are now very affordable. Life is clearly becoming easier; moreover, I am sure that such monitoring could even save someone's life. For example, you can set a heart-rate threshold at which the watch will sound an alarm. This is especially valuable because, for instance, from 3 to 6 a.m. is the main time when people die. The watch can wake someone up so they can carry out useful procedures—for example, if their pulse becomes very weak, or наоборот.
But, as I said, I will continue talking about watches, as well as pulse analysis.

I will move on to more valuable devices.

3. ECG-based measuring devices

ECG stands for electrocardiogram or electrocardiography—see Wikipedia for more details: here.

These are the most important and valuable measurements that can be taken at home. These are absolutely medical measurements. The electrical signals of our heart can tell us practically everything that is happening in our body, psyche, and even consciousness.

And every heart, like a fingerprint, has its own unique beat in each person. But unlike a fingerprint, our heart constantly changes its rhythm and readings. You only have to think about something good—and there it is, already reacting. You talk to someone—and the rhythm has already changed.

The heart is the greatest indicator. And how wonderful it is that everyone can now measure these readings.

Essentially, any medical device that measures an ECG can obtain one. As a rule, this consists of the device itself and ECG electrodes. There is no difficulty with this. Some people buy a standard ECG recorder and, for example, send these parameters by email to their attending physician, who reviews and explains them. In this case, the ECG recorder itself may cost, say, from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles. The doctor's explanations, however, may cost more.

However, it is possible to buy an ECG device and software for it that interprets the ECG. In this case, a person can monitor their own parameters, their statistics, trends, and so on.

And I should say that there is currently a certain group of such devices on the market. When you purchasea device, connect electrodes to yourself, record an ECG, and receive its analysis.

I have studied many such devices.

Some are simply toys. And they already cost much more than smartwatches.

So what is the essence of all these devices?

It lies in their ECG (electrocardiogram) analysis. That is, in the program itself. And this is where I immediately saw who had, to put it mildly, borrowed ideas from whom. Because all these companies selling these devices use practically the same solution. And, of course, I decided to find out who actually stood at the origins of this solution. After all, someone was the first to start studying and using all this.

And, of course, it was the military and space research. That is where it all began: remotely monitoring the health of astronauts, submariners, pilots... I think you understand how important this is.

All this led me to "Dynamic Technologies." This company grew directly out of military and space research into the remote monitoring of ECG parameters and moved into the field of measuring equipment for ordinary people. In other words, you can imagine that scientists have accumulated enormous experience working with different people, and that all these ECG analysis algorithms were developed through interaction with thousands of people. This represents an enormous amount of work carried out over many years. So, for this device to provide you with an analysis of your ECG, extensive studies have been conducted on a wide variety of people. Moreover, the studies continue, and therefore the programs are being written in increasingly newer versions, analyzing a person’s ECG even better. All of this continues to develop.

But I did not arrive at this immediately. As an Ayurveda specialist, I was initially interested in solutions for Ayurvedic practitioners. Yes, there are now devices marketed as being able, to some extent, to replace an Ayurvedic doctor.

But I abandoned that idea.

Why?

Because most of their measurements can be performed by the progenitor of all these devices from "Dynamic Technologies," where these algorithms have been studied for many years on thousands of real patients. These are enormous, long-term studies originating from the most meticulous field—military and space research. That is one point.

Second.
The other indicators are simply unnecessary for me personally. And they are often merely questionable.

Third.
It is the price. There are companies that seem to sell the device cheaply, but all the programs for it are paid. Moreover, you also have to pay for a license every year to use it. Just do the math. For example: the device itself costs 18,000, the basic module costs 20,000, the Ayurveda module costs 20,000 rubles, and on top of that you pay 5,000 every year for the license. Moreover, there are several more modules costing 20,000 each.
And in the end, I understand, for example, that all of this will cost somewhere between 80,000 and 100,000 rubles to have a fully functional program. And, of course, pay for the license5,000 every year does not compare with the option where you pay once and receive the product forever.
Moreover, I’ll repeat once again: the research is very weak. This is not based on thousands of people who were studied over many years.
The programs are still very, very “raw.” Perhaps something will improve in the future. You can buy one just to play around with it—if you can afford toys costing 80,000 rubles.
Besides, as I said, most of the algorithms there are still from “Dynamic Technologies,” which I preferred.

That was a brief introduction to ECG measuring devices.

You can find whatever you consider necessary yourself. I can only share my personal experience with you.

Therefore, to save you time, I’ll tell you right away how to make it possible for you to start measuring your health parameters soon, and generally analyzing, for example, the condition of your aura, chakras, energy meridians, heart health, tracking your biological age, emotional state, and so on (all these parameters will be covered in the continuation of the course).

Step-by-step instructions:
  1. Go to the catalog—HERE.
  2. I recommend choosing only between two devices: Lotus or Onyx. If your finances allow it, choose Lotus; otherwise, choose the cheaper one—Onyx.
  3. You receive a 10% discount if you enter the promo code "Angel." For example, in this case Onyx will cost not 39000, but 35100. That is 4000 less than for other customers. Accordingly, Lotus will cost you 44100 instead of 49000. In the "promo code" field, enter the word "Angel" and click the "Apply" button—the price will immediately be reduced by 10%.
If it turns out that you cannot buy either Lotus or Onyx, there is Life-Line. It is much cheaper, especially with the 10% discount. Still, I recommend Onyx or Lotus.

Because only Onyx and Lotus provide us, for example, with parameters for the aura, chakras, energy channels, Ayurvedic doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), and the elements (water, fire, earth, air, ether), etc. I will talk more about this later.

I repeat once again that you do not pay anything else, including any license fees. You can download the programs free of charge from the website—here. There you can also read detailed instructions on how to use the programs. If anything is unclear, post in this thread. We will answer.
For Onyx, download two programs: "Onyx Software" and "LifeLine Software." For Lotus download two programs: "Lotos software" and "Onyx software." You can also download "LifeLine software" on Lotos, but it is not necessary, since these two programs fully replace it. Accordingly, only one program can be installed on the LifeLine device: "LifeLine software." Therefore, it is better to choose Lotos, since that is where the maximum range of measurements is available. Also read the user manual for each program.
Of course, some things may be unclear to some people, so ask questions in this thread.
Moreover, I will share things that only I know, because I arrived at them through my own experience working with similar devices.

4. Blood pressure monitors (Sphygmomanometers)

Of course, this is also a very important indicator. And, naturally, it is also connected with the cardiovascular system. Here, too, it is important to understand what these indicators mean. And it is far from always the case that when your blood pressure is "high" or "low," you need to take "blood pressure" pills.
But blood pressure should be measured. Especially for those over 50.

Moreover, I have already said several times in this course that working with measuring devices is especially valuable when it involves monitoring and analyzing measurements over an extended period. You can see the trend. You can see how the parameters change in response to some of your actions.

For example, you overate at night, drank two bottles of strong beer, had a quarrel with your neighbors, or depression overwhelmed you—look at the readings.

I assure you, when you see with your own eyes how all this affects your health parameters, you will not want to overeat at night, drink heavily, and so on. You will see all of this. And you cannot fool the device.

5. Urine analyzers

This is a very good device. In essence, it is already, in a certain sense, a blood test. After all, urine is a component of blood. You can already learn a great deal about your body's chemistry.

I repeat once again that I will gradually reveal all the points of this course concerning measuring devices for health and development.

6. Weight scales

There is hardly any point in talking about measuring weight, because almost everyone weighs themselves at home. Although this is also an important indicator. When you have a whole set of various parameters, you can draw more accurate conclusions. That is why I am also covering this in the course.

7. Thermometers

Over the last two years, this has become one of the most sought-after health indicators worldwide. I think you all understand that I’m talking about viruses.
Temperature is a very important health indicator. It is so commonplace that I didn’t even include this item in my course on devices right away.

Conclusions:

And as I already mentioned above, it is important not only to take measurements. There are no longer any problems with that. But how do you analyze them? And especially, how do you analyze EVERYTHING—all the indicators together? That is also part of this course.

Yes, it costs money. Yes, you can—and should—undergo examinations at clinics. And that is not cheap either; it costs about as much as the measuring device. Everything costs money.
Measuring your indicators at home is very valuable and convenient. Moreover, you can use one device to do this for all your relatives. So distribute this amount among all your relatives, and you will realize that it pays for itself almost instantly (because if you did the same thing for all your relatives at a clinic, you would spend much more).

The days when people would say, “Oh, I’m feeling a bit unwell” are over... Now people take a device, measure their readings, and see what has deviated from the norm. AND THEY TAKE THE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. Please take care of yourselves. It has become much easier to do so nowadays.

There are certain readings that you obtain with this measuring equipment that MUST NOT be ignored. If they recur, you should обязательно see a doctor for a full examination.

I will also talk about this here.

A question may arise: “What if I undergo a full examination every year—isn’t that better?”.

First, how many people undergo a full examination every year? Most often, this happens when a serious illness has already, as they say, “become impossible to ignore.” These devices allow you to take action at an early stage—and sometimes even before any stage develops at all.
Secondly, we very often need daily readings specifically. They can fluctuate even over the course of a day, let alone an entire year. It depends on when you happen to have the examination. For example, suppose you undergo an examination after a resort holiday, and everything is within the normal range. Over the course of the year, however, the readings may fluctuate however they please, while you will be relying specifically on the time of the examination, thinking that everything is fine.

But I repeat once again: these devices will be useful not only for maintaining health (in terms of timely diagnosis and correction). They are useful for those who practice various disciplines: Yoga, Qigong, Massage, Pranayama, and so on. What changes when you practice? With these devices, you will know what changes. For example, you focus on the Third Eye, and the device shows that the 6th chakra is working more actively than it was a week or a month ago. Let’s say its activity increases by 10% over a week. You observe all of this.
Or your aura has strengthened by 20% after practicing asanas. Or your biological age has become 20 years younger.
These are all indicators. It is not simply, “I seem to be getting tired more often...” You take measurements of everything. And suppose you see that your biological age is not showing a decrease of some number of years, but, on the contrary, an increase. The body is working itself to exhaustion—that is what it means.
And what is the result of this measurement? You change your lifestyle. Then you measure again, until the indicators begin moving toward normal.
That is how it works.

Especially now, when you can catch coronavirus at the same clinic, for example. And then you have to stand in line among sick people just to see a doctor. Yes, it’s time to think more seriously about yourself, your family, and your loved ones. I have a device called “Dinamika”; it’s already about 10 years old. I downloaded the Lotus program and continue to use it. It currently costs 49,000 rubles, whereas it used to be much cheaper. So with this coronavirus, people will look into it, and demand will increase. Those who don’t have the device should give it some thought.
Thank you for the information, Om Shanti.

A very good course; I would like to highlight two points:

1) What is that interesting Omega device? Unfortunately, the description is very sparse. I didn’t notice any particular differences from Lotus, apart from the marketing gimmicks.
2) How can one avoid psychologically turning into a “set of numbers” afterward? Instead of living life to the fullest, the psyche performs an unnecessary trick, puts pressure on the mind, and the brain gives the command to start constantly looking at numbers and analyzing the body.

Lotus can run both Lotus software and Omega software.
Omega can run Omega software.
Therefore, Lotus provides more measurement parameters. It is even possible to measure the heart under physical exertion.
2) How do you avoid psychologically turning into a “set of numbers” afterward?) Instead of living life to the fullest, the psyche makes an unnecessary detour, puts pressure on the mind, and the brain gives the command to start constantly looking at the numbers and analyzing the body.
Unfortunately, many people have died simply out of foolishness—not knowing that at some point their resources were at a very low level. They might simply need to rest, for example. But instead they go play hockey, work in a mine, go to the gym... And as a result, we get increased mortality.
That is a fact.
Many lives can be saved through simple diagnostics. Especially in hazardous industries and sports. And particularly among older people or those with congenital health problems.

If you engage in moderate sports, practice hardening, meditate, have no bad habits, and examinations always show normal results, etc., you probably do not need these devices.

If that is not the case, it is still better to keep an eye on these figures.

I recommend watching a video by the founder of the system for measuring human states using ECG:

Here is an instructional video by his son:

This video is for those who are too lazy to watch:

Thank you very much for the new information, Om Shanti. As I understood from the description, the aura, biofield, and dosha diagnostic methods are available only in the Onyx device, yet for some reason it is cheaper. And the fundamental difference between Lotus and Onyx is not very clear.

It is easy to understand:
Two programs can be installed on Lotus: Lotus itself, as well as Onyx.
Only Onyx can be installed on Onyx.

Lotus has several very important measurement indicators. Therefore, it is better to choose Lotus.

That is, by using Lotus, you also have Onyx, which includes analysis of the condition of the chakras, aura, energy channels, and so on.

You simply install both programs for Lotus and get more measurement results. The programs can already be downloaded to take a look. They are free.

The course continues.

I have already covered the second point in considerable detail, although I will say more about it in the future.

We are now moving on to the third point of the course.

Here we have devices that measure an ECG and analyze it themselves. And they are not as inexpensive as, for example, fitness watches that measure your pulse, monitor sleep (sleep phases), and so on.
Yes, this is already a serious medical device. And in a sense, a doctor as an added bonus, since the programs themselves can analyze everything to some extent. And someday they will be able to do this 100%.
I wrote more about this at the beginning of the course — HERE.

In a sense, these are devices that I could call office-based. That is, a device purchased for use by many people. For example, someone may own a massage salon, and clients may be interested in learning about their condition before and after a massage.
These are also devices for several people, such as a family. But as a rule, extended relatives get involved as well.

I first became familiar with such a device a long time ago, in precisely this way. One of my relatives owned a device made by "Dynamic Technologies." It is already an outdated device, as it is about 12–15 years old. It is an analogue of the Onyx. Its old name was Altair. I was skeptical about the fact that itmeasured the level of my aura and chakras.
My readings were high, and I was surprised to see how very low other people's readings were.

So I started using this device about 12–15 years ago. I also visited various exhibitions, where companies that offered free measurements using similar devices could often be found. Perhaps you also attend such exhibitions and have seen something similar. There is usually a crowd around them, all eagerly undergoing diagnostics.

Of course, buying one for a single person is rather expensive. For a family, your own practice, or even employees, it makes a great deal of sense.

This goes far beyond ordinary curiosity or a new adult toy. These devices literally save lives. Although they do not treat anything, they can warn you in advance of a decline in vital parameters. And that is only a small part of how they can be used.
Here is a simple example. Someone works with machinery. They take measurements in the morning. The device shows poor results. Leave the machine in the garage!!!
And by no means take your children in the car.
There are countless such examples. When the readings are poor, it is better to refrain from many things: surgery, travel, certain exertion, and so on.
Nowadays, many people have listened to motivational videos on YouTube: "Come on, faster, do it, push yourself...". That is not always the right way to act. You can simply kill yourself that way. You know about such a phenomenon, What about mortality in sports? People literally die. But if they had undergone diagnostics and then not gone to training... Diagnostics with such a device takes only 3 minutes.

The first thing we will all encounter with this device is, of course, two electrodes.

2022-01-18_09-20-12.jpg

They are placed in the area where a doctor usually measures the pulse.
The contact area of the skin must be moistened or coated with conductive gel. If you use muscle stimulators (to improve muscle tone), you know what this is.

The electrical signals coming from the heart are then transmitted by the device to a computer with a program installed for processing these signals. On the computer, you can visually see what many people know as the curve of the heart’s electrical signals.

It is important not to confuse the heart rate with an ECG.
An ECG contains a great deal of information, allowing us to learn a lot about our body.
This is precisely what the program that analyzes the ECG does.

If we look at the Lotus program, it provides both official medical measurements and measurements that are adjacent to medicine. The latter are things that are not yet considered at the official level—for example, the existence of chakras, the aura, the biofield, and so on. But people have actively used these concepts throughout the ages.
There are things that definitely exist and explain many things that modern medicine cannot explain.

I like Lotus and Onyx specifically because they offer both a purely medical, official approach and a complementary one. Official medical indicators alone are far from satisfactory for everyone.
We all want to know more, because a human being cannot be confined to certain limits, especially the limits of bare modern science.

Looking at Lotus's information, even without any specialized education, we can quickly see and understand our health data, since everything is presented in numbers and charts with prompts. For example, we can take measurements for ourselves, our husbands, wives, children, grandmothers, fathers-in-law, and so on. We can literally tell them where their parameters are lagging and where, on the contrary, they have improved. Everything within the normal range is displayed in green. So if you are too lazy to look at the numbers, it is enough to glance at the colors. If everything is green, then everything is fine and within the normal range. Just three minutes a day. It is very convenient.

For each family member, you create a “profile” in the program by simply entering their name and date of birth. Then you can monitor each person's diagnostics separately.

If the Lotus program and device seem too scientific to you, Onyx may suit you better, since the same parameters there are translated into the esoteric language of the aura, chakras, meridians, Ayurveda, energy levels, and so on. However, not all of them are included. Therefore, Lotus is still better, since it combines both programs.

To learn everything better, read the Help section for the program:
LOTUS: https://dyn.ru/manual/Lotus.User.Guide.RU.pdf
ONYX: https://dyn.ru/manual/Onix.User.Guide.RU.pdf

By and large, even if you do not delve deeply into what all these numbers, diagrams, and graphs mean, it will be sufficient simply to look at whether a particular indicator is within the normal range or not. That is, look at the percentages. For example, if it shows that the Anahata chakra is at 43%, you can see that it is clearly not within the normal range, since its highest value is 100%.

The programs are constantly being developed. New versions are released. And you do not need to pay for new versions; you simply download and update them.

As I said, I became acquainted with this device a long time ago. I know the programs well. So you can ask questions while I am teaching this course if anything is unclear. I also shared a video above; it explains a lot.

Fourth point: Blood pressure monitor

Measuring blood pressure. Choosing a blood pressure monitor.

I already mentioned in the second part of the course that blood pressure measurement has also become available in watches. But for now, it is still better to abandon this idea and have a high-quality blood pressure monitor. Moreover, if you have nevertheless decided to get a watch with ECG and blood pressure monitoring functions, check whether this function will be available in your country. Such a function may be built into the watch, but it is often prohibited in one country or another. Keep this in mind.

Essentially, a program is now installed on smartphones that collects all the data from all the devices. A simple way to do this is to install, for example, an Android app for the fitness watch you already have. This app already has modules for connecting other measuring devices, including blood pressure, weight, and so on. In other words, everything is in one place.

But you can look for other apps if you want. Personally, I have a fitness watch for which an app can be downloaded to a smartphone free of charge, and this app already has modules for all measurements. Therefore, the conclusion is that it is best to buy a blood pressure monitor that can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. This rule applies to all the devices I consider in this course.

This gives you the opportunity to analyze the condition of your body more conveniently.
Writing down the readings by hand every day is certainly interesting, but viewing them in graphs is more convenient.

So, what devices do we have that can be connected either to a smartphone or to a computer?

Of course, you can search on your own, for example, by watching videos on YouTube or reading various articles. Compared with home ECG devices, about which there is little information, there is more than enough information about blood pressure monitors.

Of course, it is better to get an automatic blood pressure monitor. In other words, you need to know how to use a mechanical blood pressure monitor, and this is often something only experienced doctors can do.

So, you bought a blood pressure monitor. You take measurements. And the monitor shows that your blood pressure rises or falls on certain days. Naturally, this is a reason to see a doctor. But for some reason, many people decide to solve this problem themselves by using pills.
First of all, a drop or rise in blood pressure is not always bad. When a person lifts dumbbells, their blood pressure rises sharply. But how much it rises when a person lifts dumbbells is what matters. And if this rise is within the normal range, everything is fine.
But let us discuss something from everyday life: stress. Stress is like lifting dumbbells. Blood pressure also rises. And that is normal. You should not reach for pills. Have you ever seen a weightlifter reach for blood pressure pills after lifting dumbbells? No. They understand that everything is within the normal range. After any exertion, blood pressure rises. That is normal.
But if it rises beyond the normal range, disproportionately to the exertion, that is a problem.
You need to know this.

Let me repeat one of the main ideas of this course: a single measurement is not important; the trend is. You need observation in order to draw the right conclusions. For example, you start running, taking one-hour walks, or doing something else, such as Yoga. And you monitor your blood pressure, pulse, and so on. You observe them frequently. And you see the trend. Which way did the readings go? Up? Down?
That is what is valuable about mobile electronic devices. That is what they provide—something that mechanical devices of the past century did not. Back then, people did not visit the doctor often. And these occasional measurements did not allow people to track trends as effectively as everyone can now, while staying at home and monitoring themselves.

If you have visited Ayurvedic or Tibetan clinics, you know what pulse diagnosis is.
A specialist takes your hand and, using a special technique, “listens” to your pulse.
Most often, this is done before and after a certain stage of treatment. The specialist can tell you how effective your treatment at the clinic was.
You cannot verify this yourself; you simply take their word for it...

puls.jpg

You do not need to take a device on faith. It displays data.

What pulse-diagnosis devices are available for ordinary users?

First and foremost, of course, the much-publicized VedaPulse. It is much-publicized because it is a heavily promoted product. A great deal of money has essentially been invested in advertising, promotion, and supporting that promotion. That is why it is also expensive:
View hidden content is available for registered users!

I have already said that the principles there are exactly the same as those used by the pioneers of such devices. Adding elements of Ayurveda, chakras, or esotericism is not difficult. But ultimately, the initial indicators remain the important factor—the person’s resources, determined by an ECG.
Therefore, it makes sense to choose a device that has undergone the most extensive testing and research.

There are devices that are somewhat similar, for example:
Diagnostics using the Nakatani method. The Peresvet Nakatani program (Ryodoraku method) nakatani.rf

An example of how these devices are used in clinics:
Comprehensive body diagnostics based on heart rhythm analysis — Lotus Health Center of Dr. Goncharenko
Or:
Pulse diagnostics — Biorhythm Clinic — ADDRESS CHANGED

The most important recommendations for using such devices:

I came up with these rules personally during practice.
  1. First of all, when placing the electrodes on your hands, the wires must not be tangled.
  2. The wires are intentionally long so that you can move farther away from the computer. Computers generate interference and emit various signals, so move farther away.
  3. All programs give you a few seconds to press the start button and move away, then assume a comfortable position. About 10 seconds is enough to get comfortable. This applies when measuring yourself. If you are measuring a relative, it is even easier.
  4. If you are measuring someone, measure them in the same position. For example, always sitting in an armchair or lying in bed.
  5. Always put the terminals on in the same position.
And most importantly!

The condition must always be the same during measurement. If you are measuring yourself, think about how you will enter this state. It can be something simple—just sit calmly. Or a light meditation with quiet breathing... It can be any state that is familiar to you. The main thing is to MEASURE in the SAME state each time.
That is the only way to obtain accurate readings.

Moreover:

Enter this state several minutes before taking the measurements.

Do not measure after eating, physical exercise, a walk, a bath, a sauna, etc.

In other words, remain in your normal state for about an hour before measuring.

Yes, when studying the effects of different practices, it makes sense to measure BEFORE and AFTER. But that is a research mode. The normal mode is to measure in your usual state, plus sit for a couple of minutes in the state in which you have decided to take the measurements.

Many people are concerned with the question, “What should I do? How do I do it correctly?”

There are also many different videos on YouTube where people say all sorts of useful things—often even contradictory ones. And many people end up with a short circuit in their heads: whom should they believe?
Some say to breathe more deeply, others more slowly, and still others say to breathe as little as possible...

But only a device will tell you which type of breathing increases your level of vital energy and your health INDICATORS (bringing them back to NORMAL).

After some time, I will explain here how to see online what has the maximum impact on your health indicators. In other words, you turn on the device, and it shows you your condition (or that of the person you are measuring) in real time. You perform certain practices and literally see online on the device how the graphs change and suddenly rise sharply. That is why these are biofeedback devices: you do something and immediately see how it affects your condition.

Some people have already purchased Lotus, Onyx, or LifeLine. These devices provide biofeedback.
Some may use an ordinary heart-rate monitor or blood-pressure monitor, which provides much more limited results.

What should you do if ECG analysis devices
still haven’t materialized in your home?

I’ll use the least expensive device as an example. It’s the LifeLine (here). With the discount, it costs 22,500 rubles.

2022-01-20_10-42-26.png

Suppose you feel that being able to measure your own health and the health of your loved ones at any time, even every day, is too expensive at that price.

So what should you do?

The most common ways:
  1. Buy it together with one other person. For example, with a friend, neighbor, distant relative, and so on.
  2. Buy it with two other people. Explain the benefits to 3–5 of your relatives and purchase it for several people to share.
  3. Buy it as a group. For example, at work. Suppose your group has 5–10 people. Each person pays just 2,500 rubles, and you purchase the device.
And, of course, the most affordable option is to buy one just for yourself and then perform diagnostics for others for a small fee. After some time, the device will start generating income for you.

As you can see, all you need is the desire to help yourself. There will be ways to do it.

Today we will move on to the fifth item, which is: Urine indicators.

These are already literally physical measurements. This is the chemistry of our body.

When choosing a device, the key factors are, of course, affordability and the ability to measure as many parameters as possible accurately.

In other words, something very similar to what they use in a clinic. And such home devices do exist.

Here I want to say that I will not discuss home blood-analysis devices. It is still better to do this at a clinic. Moreover, this is already a more invasive area, where body tissue must be damaged to obtain blood. Therefore, I will not discuss it in this course. Much more knowledge is required here, so this is something to leave to a doctor. This is my opinion at the moment. Perhaps devices will appear in the future that can read blood parameters without any injections or incisions. The only exception is that, in the section on smartwatches, I mentioned that they measure blood oxygen. So there is already something available.
But urine is a substance that was once blood. In other words, blood passed through the kidneys and was filtered by them; so to speak, everything unnecessary passed into the urine. Therefore, to some extent, by obtaining urine data, we can also analyze the blood (partially).

For now, the leading device is: Etta AMP-01

It costs around 35,000 rubles.

It measures 11 parameters:
  • Glucose (GLU)
  • Bilirubin (BIL)
  • Specific gravity (SG)
  • pH (PH)
  • Ketone bodies (KET)
  • Occult blood (BLD)
  • Protein (PRO)
  • Urobilinogen (URO)
  • Nitrites (NIT)
  • Leukocytes (LEU)
  • Ascorbic acid (VC)
And it can be connected to your smartphone.

All the others are either more expensive or worse.

Thank you, OM Shanti, for the course, and thanks to your discount I was able to purchase Lotus! Thank you for the recommendations; I will take them into account in future assessments.
I received the device yesterday and have already managed to perform three assessments on myself (there are some problem areas that need attention, and it also turned out that my stress level is high even in the morning after waking up, although I was sure I was fine). An intensive Wim Hof breathing course will begin at the Ashram tomorrow, providing an excellent opportunity to see the positive result clearly.

1 108108 , very good.
Soon I will also post my data here on the best-known types of breathing, including the Buteyko method.
Let me say in advance that Buteyko breathing produces very powerful results across all parameters. Deep yogic breathing is not far behind either, although it falls short of Buteyko breathing in some respects.
The poorest results come from shallow, arbitrary breathing—breathing however one feels like. As soon as you begin controlling your breathing, the readings immediately start to shoot upward.
Controlling carbon dioxide is especially important. I wrote about it in Elixir.
And it is not only the carbon dioxide in the blood that matters, but also that in the cells. This is precisely how oxygen levels in the body's cells increase, producing high readings.

Another important piece of information when measuring an ECG:

Once you have attached the electrodes to yourself or to the person being measured, no one should move in the immediate vicinity of the wires.
For example, someone might walk past, step over the wires, and so on. Even a cat or dog...
Even if you are measuring several relatives at home, it is better to go into a separate room and have everyone enter it one at a time. Literally, as in a doctor's office.
There is no need to adjust the wires once the device has signaled that measurements have begun.

If there are many relatives and everyone wants to be measured, it is better to buy a small computer, connect the device to it, and place it somewhere accessible to everyone. In other words, this is preferable to carrying the device from one computer to another.
There are inexpensive computers available.

If everyone is being measured on your computer, you do not need to unplug the device from the USB port. Just like with a mouse: plug it in and leave it there.

If the wire is too long for you, you can fold part of it in an accordion or loop it and secure it. This does not violate the rule about “tangled wires” that I mentioned earlier. However, you should move at least 1 meter away from the computer during the measurement.

The contacts must обязательно be moistened. The easiest way is simply to wet your wrists with water and not wipe them dry. But if you use creams, you must first wash the cream off your hands.

If you if you use Lotus, you can install only the Lotus program and that's it. Of course, it is impressive to show someone what their aura and chakras might look like, as in the Onyx program. But ultimately, everything is included in a single Lotus program. Its readings make it much easier to "see" whether the biofield is strong or not.

Even if you choose the least expensive device—the LifeLine—even these readings are enough to understand whether there are problems in the body and how serious they are, so that you know whether it is essential to see a doctor.

Here is a screenshot of my measurement in LifeLine yesterday:

2022-01-21_05-12-59.png

The time was approximately 4 a.m.

The program shows that my age is 32.
Functional state—9.3.
Heart rate—60 beats per minute.
And four more indicators: adaptation, psycho-emotional state, and so on.
As you can see, all the indicators are very high. Like an astronaut :)

But without this device, you cannot know this. As I said at the very beginning of the course, many people in the 21st century still rely on "I don't feel very well," "I must have eaten something bad"...

I repeat once again that the Lotus, Onyx, and LifeLine programs contain the same measurements; they are simply called different things in these three programs. For example, in LifeLine: Functional state. And in Onyx, it is represented as the intensity of the aura’s glow. In Lotus, it is Comprehensive health indicator.

That is, you can see that the same indicator is simply called different things. So, the least expensive device (LifeLine) contains the same features as Lotus. Namely:
  1. Functional state (also known as the intensity of the aura’s glow and the main health indicator).
  2. Autonomic regulation.
  3. Psycho-emotional state.
  4. Neurohumoral regulation.
  5. Adaptation.
This is enough to test your health. If any of these indicators drops sharply and stays that way for a long time, you need to see a doctor.

But Lotus has more parameters, which is why it is more expensive. It is like clairvoyance. One clairvoyant might say that there is something in the black box and that it is not empty. A more advanced clairvoyant will tell you exactly what is inside. The difference here is similar.

And of course, you can take measurements of your children, regardless of their age. For example, a child is crying, and you have no idea why... Take a measurement. The device is like a third eye—it sees everything. It will tell you everything. Well, not everything, but who in our world tells you everything? :)
If it tells you even something important, that is already good.
If you need to, for someone to tell you—THAT'S IT, welcome to the fairy tale. Read fairy tales, dream. That's not forbidden :)

I recommended watching the video: HERE

Based on my many years of experience teaching and interacting with people, I know that only a few watch anything educational, so I assume that people have missed this point as well.
Therefore, in short: Dynamic Technologies plans to create an option where you will not need to buy the device itself. It will be enough to purchase any device that can read an ECG—even a watch. I also mentioned them a little earlier.
When will this be available? It is not known.
For now, I am talking about what is currently available. Are you ready to wait? That is your choice.

Below are signs of a person’s strong or normal biofield (energy). Of course, these are approximate indicators.
However, they can be used to assess a person’s level of strong or normal energy.
If you have very few of the items listed below, it is worth giving it some thought.
Some people use these signs to judge whether a person—or even their consciousness—has high vibrations. But believe me, if a person is full of vitality, all of these signs will definitely be present. Or they will be absent if their energy is weak and their vitality is at a low level.

Signs of strong personal energy:

They hardly ever get sick, have no weight problems, and are physically well developed. Everything they start ends in success; failures pass them by. People are simply drawn to them. Therefore, a person with strong energy is surrounded by a large number of friends. When problems or failures arise, they do not experience severe distress. On the contrary, they draw conclusions from everything and avoid similar mistakes in the future. Such people have no negativity or depression. They always see only the positive sides and look to the future with optimism. People willingly follow someone with strong energy, so it is easy for them to be a leader. They develop and do not remain in one place for long. They have a constant thirst for something new. Even an ordinary handshake reveals a strong biofield. They can easily develop extrasensory abilities. They may relieve people of pain (headaches, unexplained joint pain, and so on). They are easy to communicate with. Such people know how to listen and will always give the right and necessary advice. A person with strong energy draws it from everywhere, but does not keep it unused; instead, they share it with those around them and channel it in the right direction for their own development.

Signs of a high level of energy and biofield:

1. You are emotionally balanced, and it is easy for you to control your emotions.

2. You take care of yourself and strive to develop.

3. Your life begins to feature a lot of synchronicity and inexplicable coincidences.

4. You feel connected to something greater than yourself.

5. You are interested in the truths of Being and the foundations of the Universe.

6. You are grateful to the people, experiences, and events in your life.

7. You are fully aware of your responsibility for your life.

8. You live a meaningful and conscious life.

9. You take life more easily and with a sense of humor.

10. You are energetic and open to new opportunities. Human vibrations Emerald Way

11. Every day, you feel the value of life.

12. You find your path to self-realization.

13. You leave destructive relationships.

14. You easily and naturally get rid of bad habits.

15. You have a strong sense of empathy.

16. New opportunities suddenly appear before you, and new doors open.

17. You are in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

18. You attract positive people.

19. People often turn to you for advice, help, or consultation.

20. You often feel inexplicable joy and elation.

21. You feel energetic and full of vitality.

22. You are motivated to achieve your goals.

23. You are not attached to material things.

24. You are often in a state of inspired flow and creativity.

25. Fear and self-doubt completely disappear.

26. You come to fully accept everything that happens.

27. You are optimistic and have a positive outlook on life. Human vibrations Emerald Way

28. You easily cope with negative emotions.

29. Your intuition is highly developed.

30. You do not cling to the past.

31. You live in the present and value every moment of life.

32. You are highly sensitive to the energies around you.

33. You have good health and a high level of vitality.

34. Your bodily intuition is well developed; you easily recognize the needs of your physical body.

35. You need less time to sleep and physically recover.

36. You choose harmonizing music, films, and multimedia.

37. At high vibrations, you free yourself from attachment to unhealthy food.

38. You intuitively move toward high-vibration nutrition.

39. You feel your body as a conduit for light energies—alive and agile.
