Why not conduct sessions for yourself? Sessions from OM Shanti, of course, do not count here.
I have noticed that people often doubt more than they act. You need to conduct sessions for other people and for yourself. If you have doubts, conduct sessions for highly sensitive people, if there are any in your circle.
I met such a girl, an acquaintance of mine. I conducted sessions for her, and every day she gave me feedback about how she felt the energies, how a golden cocoon enveloped her, how blackness was leaving the area of the second chakra, and how a red spot in the area of the fourth chakra was burning intensely. And how can you doubt after that?

I doubted myself, whether I was pure enough to be a conduit for energies, whether everything was working as it should, and so on. And yes, of course, there was “no result” from the sessions I conducted. Although, naturally, we cannot evaluate the result. So I asked the Higher Beings, the Universe, and God directly, asking them to give me a sign in a language I could understand as to whether my channel was working and whether everything was all right, and so on. On my way back from the store, as usual, I walked past the entrance to one of the nearby buildings and saw this scene:
A little boy, about two and a half to three years old, was with his mother and father. The boy was standing about five meters from the entrance, while his mother held the door. His father told him to come in, gently nudging him toward the entrance and saying, “The door is open, let’s go!”
The boy fussed and whimpered, “No, the door is closed!”
His father said again, “How can it be closed? Can’t you see that the door is open? Mom is holding it. Come on, go in!”
To be honest, I didn’t immediately understand what I had witnessed. It was a direct answer to my request and my plea for a sign! That’s the story.

If it turns out that the client needs KEY sessions, I ask exactly what is needed, how many sessions, and at what intervals. I want to share another instance when I realized how clearly the systems OM Shanti gives us work—in this case, KAY, Ra-Fields.
My daughter fell ill; she was five at the time. I think she had a fever and an earache. We were going to bed, and when she fell asleep, I conducted a KAY, Ra-Fields session for healing, cleansing, etc.
About ten minutes after I conducted the sessions, my daughter woke up and told me about a dream she had just had. She said she had seen a large robot vacuum cleaner in the house—some kind of advanced model, judging by her description—that drove around and cleaned the rooms.
When you hear something like that, you realize how well and clearly everything works.
And on top of that, dream interpretation also came into play. Although I did not buy the course, I read all the interpretations provided by the Teacher, and it is easy to understand what this is about.

I would like to share my thoughts on the topic raised: when KAY sessions first began on a large scale at the School, I personally was interested in comparing the sensations of conducting a session myself, having another practitioner of exactly the same level conduct one for me, and when this goal was achieved (fairly quickly), an inner resistance to participating in sessions conducted by other practitioners arose—as if something had switched off. I no longer remember exactly what caused it, but I settled on sessions for myself and my close ones and acquaintances.
I am highly sensitive to KAY energies, and the better I am able to concentrate while conducting a session, the more I feel them. To the question “Do KAY energies work?” I would answer, “Yes,” based on my experience. It is important to maintain faith in the power of KAY energies and work on oneself, especially on the purity of one’s thoughts.
Namaste everyone! I would like to share my positive experience using KEY and RA fields. My mother (85 years old) was diagnosed in January 2026 with a detached retina in her right eye. She completely stopped seeing with her right eye—only a black spot. Various examinations were performed, and a CT scan of the retina showed that irreversible degenerative processes associated with age-related diseases (diabetes, hypertension, and coronary heart disease) had occurred in the eye. The doctor showed me the scans and explained that at her age, surgery would be pointless and unsafe, since nothing could be restored anymore. In other words, we had to accept it and, if possible, protect the other eye so that she would not go completely blind! Naturally, my mother, I, and our other relatives were upset, as we had hoped that modern medical technology could correct the situation. But no—not in our case. However, I began practicing the RA fields and KEY every day as a sadhana. I did not focus specifically on healing her eyes; I simply set a register for general well-being, without telling my mother about it (she is Orthodox, and I did not want to confuse her). My mother prays, and I periodically order various church services for her and, whenever possible, pujas. She also takes various dietary supplements and eye drops. We ordered corrective glasses for her to reduce the strain on her healthy eye and somehow came to terms with the situation, following the principle of “as long as it doesn’t get worse.” Today I came to visit her, and she told me that, with God’s help, she had begun to see not only objects with her right eye, but also large-print text (for example, signs, numbers on the phone, text on medicine packages, and so on). She demonstrated it to me by covering her healthy eye. What is this? A concrete result! A misdiagnosis can be ruled out, since the examination was performed using super-advanced equipment, and at more than one clinic! I cannot call it autosuggestion, because I personally verified the result. This shows that the KEY and RA fields, pujas, and prayers all work! In February 2027, we will go with her for a follow-up examination and see what the equipment shows. In the meantime, we will continue actively using all the available practices and methods that Om Shanti provides to improve the quality of life for ourselves and our loved ones!
