Namaste, everyone!
My body is encased in armor. For now. All the practices or sessions have pointed to this. Until today.
At first, there was something in my shoulders. Some tingling, perhaps. Then something pressed or squeezed so tightly in the heart area that I even opened my eyes and looked at the clock: how many minutes had passed? The pain subsided. I closed my eyes again and ... fell asleep. More precisely, I lost consciousness. Because I was listening to the words of the mantra and heard them clearly, trying to repeat them first along with the male voice, then the female voice, and that continued throughout the entire session. I became aware again when the voices slowed down and it felt as though the session was coming to an end. There is still some pain in my shoulders. And it feels as if something is still present in my head. I liked the effect the mantra had on me. I will keep practicing!
Blessings, OM Shanti!
Namaste!
I don't play the mantra every day, but what is interesting is that the sensations are completely different each time.
A flow of energy appears from the very beginning of the listening. Sometimes the area around my heart contracts so strongly that I open my eyes.
From the heart area, the flow rises toward my head in such great waves.
Today, something pierced my right foot so intensely, as if something had come out.
Some time passed after the listening, but my body still hadn't calmed down.
At first I tried to repeat along with the male voice, but then I stopped and began listening to the sensations in my body.
It was cold at first and warm at the end.
It has a powerful effect! Thank you, OM Shanti!
A thunderstorm, the sound of rain, the rumble of lightning... The storm gradually subsides and moves away. We are in the forest. A stream is murmuring. And suddenly we are in the Ashram. Voices flow into the world of peace, more and more of them, surrounding us from all sides. And at that moment, something begins to interact from within, from the chest area, with the collective prayer and with the voices reciting the mantra. It feels as though the voices awaken something within us. Even the heart begins to beat faster. And at some point everything begins to grow quiet. First the voices. They are replaced once again by birdsong. Quieter and quieter. All that can be heard is the beating of one's own heart.
A very new and wonderful feeling. Contact with something—I don't yet know how to describe it.
Thank you for such a gift to us all!
The uniqueness of the meditation lies in the unity of nature and divine names, working wonders! The beauty of the sound is enchanting!
The effect is amazing!
Grateful to you, OM SHANTI, for your work and the creativity you have brought forth for the benefit of all!
