During these three days, those who took part in Sergei Veretennikov’s intensive course “Slowly and Quietly” learned to enter a special state of consciousness — one of inner unhurriedness and calm.
If you have felt this state, do not rush to let it go. You can maintain it amid your everyday activities or return to it whenever you wish. Gradually, it may become increasingly familiar.
The intensive course has already ended. But to those who took part, I want to say: do not rush to end the practice itself.
It is already woven into your life. You do not need to make time for it in your schedule or wait for the right place. You continue to live, work, and communicate — and practice.
This is how I build my practices: once you have mastered them, you gain a tool that stays with you for life. You can turn to it when you need support, when you want to return to yourself and feel more calm within.
