One way or another, interest arose in fully restoring teeth in the Your Yoga Fan Club.
Therefore, I am creating this new practice.
I also touched on it in the topic about growing teeth: Growing new teeth

This topic is in no way connected with growing your own teeth. Although there are some similarities.

I will try to take many different situations into account, because people’s teeth are in different conditions. Therefore, different options and approaches are needed.

Let me say right away that I am not a doctor. I do not advise, recommend, or treat anything. This is information only. It may save you time and money. Moreover, if it currently seems to you that dental implants are not for you, then after reading this guide you will probably change your mind and may soon become the owner of beautiful teeth that will be practically like your natural ones. Yes, there are disadvantages, but there are also advantages—for example, they will be more beautiful, whiter, and even stronger than natural teeth.

About 20 years ago, people noticed that I could tell them something about any topic they asked about—and my answers helped them.

They themselves asked, “How do you even know all this?” To which I reply, “Why don’t you know? It’s so simple—you just learn about everything ”

The 21st century—you can know everything.

Of course, I do not know everything

But it turns out that what I do know is often enough to help others.

The guide will be divided into parts.

This guide may also be useful to those who have already been told at several clinics that implants cannot be placed because their bone is too thin or too porous.
Or that bone augmentation is necessary—but you do not want to undergo it... Or that some other, more complex form of implantation is required.

I will address this in the guide as well: how to avoid bone augmentation (a sinus lift) and how to place ordinary implants in thin, porous bone (this is the case when, for example, you have worn removable dentures for 10 years and the bone has atrophied).

In fact, this is more than just a guide. Essentially, it is a practice for obtaining new teeth.

And as I have already said, I will take all the options into account.

You may go in wanting to get your teeth fixed, but in the end they will drag things out so much that you will have to pay for additional procedures that cost several times more.
And they simply will not tell you this at the outset.
If you do not know all the details, you can realistically spend two years having your teeth done and pay an amount many times higher than you initially expected.
They will make you undergo various bone grafting procedures, lifts, and so on. Meanwhile, you may spend six months with implants that fail to integrate, after which yet more circles of hell will begin with lifting and bone grafting...
All of this is painful. And you will be completely cut off from social life, since speaking is basically impossible, and so is eating.

To give you an idea of exactly how much this requires, I will give you an approximate cost.
In the guide, I explain how to make it cheaper.
So this is already the stated (reduced) price.
It will cost somewhere around 700,000–800,000 rubles.
That is for everything—for both the upper and lower jaws.
I also explain in the guide that the implants are placed first. That is, at the beginning it is not 700,000–800,000, but around 300,000 rubles.

Now simply consider the path of an ordinary person who thinks this is expensive:

They decide to patch up their existing bad teeth.
First, of course, the teeth need to be treated, and then crowns need to be fitted. Just one tooth will cost an eye-watering amount.
What if there are many of them?
And this is not just about now—for example, you might patch up 5–10 teeth now. But you still have your whole life ahead of you...
What if the teeth have to be extracted?
You get plastic dentures. For both jaws, that is 100,000 rubles.
Their service life is 3–5 years. Then you have to replace them again.
And is that really living, with plastic in your mouth?
Poor chewing can lead to even greater—and, incidentally, expensive—complications.

Essentially, when I spent many years—16 years, to be precise (starting in 2008)—writing the practice for growing your own teeth (Your Yoga. Practice: Growing Your Own Teeth at Home), I already had implants in mind as an option.
And I studied it thoroughly.
Moreover, this practice is based on scientific principles.
That is why I also studied the latest advances in dentistry and scientific data.
So, as in the English film "Slumdog Millionaire"—when they ask, “How do you know all the answers?”...

And of course, over those 16 years, I received feedback.
People wrote all sorts of things.

Some people succeeded, while others did not.

Most often, they did not.

That is why, even then, I began thinking that an alternative option—implants—would nevertheless be more convenient for many people. So I studied this aspect as well.

And my approach to my own education is not standard. It is also very diverse.

An implant really is very similar to a natural tooth root.

Essentially, I have now explained to you in two parts how to get implants in your mouth.

As you can see, it is not very difficult.

If you do it this way, everything will integrate.

And with minimal expense and pain.

Most importantly, it is fast.

You must agree that having teeth in just 4 months is a very pleasing result

If you lead a reasonably athletic, active lifestyle, are around 40–55 years old, and have worn plastic prostheses for 3–7 years, you will most likely have the classic arrangement: 6 implants on top and 4 on the bottom.

If things are worse than that, it will be 4 on top and 4 on the bottom. This has advantages—it will even be cheaper. And, of course, it will be even less painful.
But in principle, 4 good implants on top and 4 on the bottom are quite sufficient.
And once again, my Guide is about doing all this without any bone grafting or lifting, very inexpensively, but without sacrificing quality.
Moreover, at some “prestigious” clinic they may do all sorts of procedures, charge you a heap of money, and yet nothing will integrate, starting a vicious cycle.
As far as I know, the prices there are simply insane. They will calculate a mountain of unnecessary extras.

In the end, you will have around 10 implants.
These correspond to the 10 roots of real teeth.
This most closely resembles the root of a real tooth.

If we leave out wisdom teeth, which many people simply have removed because they cause so many people nothing but pain, a person without dental problems ultimately has 28 roots.

Most people think that they can simply enter an implant-related query into Yandex or Google, read a little, and know everything.
Or they’ll go to a doctor, who will tell them everything...

I would especially like to emphasize that with implants, you can make a mistake only once.

Maybe you really will come across a doctor who isn’t concerned at all with making a profit or ensuring the prosperity of their clinic, and who will literally do your teeth as if you were their own brother

Or perhaps you’ll immediately find information on Google that is so incredibly truthful and reliable that, having used it, you won’t need my Guide at all, as they say—not even for free

Maybe...

Anything is possible.

Risk can sometimes be useful, especially for gaining experience quickly.

Still, I advise you not to rush to trust the articles you read on the subject, videos, doctors, or even friends who have already had everything done...

Most often, it will be lies.

And the lies will begin as early as the internet stage. You’ll visit a clinic’s or doctor’s website, and there will be one price. You’ll come to the clinic, and suddenly they’ll calculate an amount twice as high.
But if something goes wrong, that price will keep growing and growing.

And they won’t tell you about this “going wrong.”

Because nobody guarantees anything.

Yes, they’ll place the implants and take your money.

Suppose the implants fail to integrate.

They’ll say, “Oh, you need bone grafting here—the bone has completely disappeared...”

They’ll take your money again.

ANOTHER operation.

And then you’ll have to wait another six months.

You can completely forget about normal food, social interaction...

Bone grafting is also such a mess that it may fail to heal properly as well.

No one will tell you that this can happen, or that there are countless patients in this situation too. On clinics’ YouTube channels, you’ll see only smiling, satisfied clients with new teeth...

Your jaws are not a child’s sandbox where you can play around, making all sorts of new holes and filling them up again with some kind of animal-bone shavings (that is exactly how bone grafting, lifting, and so on are performed)...

If you’re prepared to play this way with your own money, then numerous clinics and sadistic doctors are literally waiting for you.

We have finally reached the fourth part of my Guide.​

And it is mainly about how to quickly adapt to your NEW teeth.

When you have brand-new, white, and very strong teeth in your mouth, not everyone will immediately feel that everything is OK.

Far from everyone who gets new teeth will leave the clinic without any problems, feeling that these are 100% their own teeth.
