OM Shanti, thank you for introducing me to Your lunar angel Masabel! The gentle transmission of bright, pure energy can be felt very vividly; it is above my head and around my third eye even now! It is felt so distinctly that I thought of comparing it to the pleasant burning sensation of a mustard plaster, like a funnel and a fresh wind in these areas. This feeling is probably called bliss.
Angel Masabel blesses, placing a hand on the head and guiding one toward new information, a new mind, and new energy! A wave-like vibration washes through the entire body. It turned out to be a very interesting and unusual energy chat. I am used to energies of cleansing, healing, and rejuvenation, but this was something new and felt completely different.
I joined the energy chat early and watched the number of participants grow. But I immediately felt the beginning of the session: I got goosebumps in my feet and in the first chakra, Muladhara. I then immersed myself in a meditative state and began reciting the invocations to Lunar Angel Masabel recommended by the Teacher. I immediately felt pain in my right knee. To be honest, I was even glad to feel this pain—in the last month, my knee has been acting up and causing discomfort. I know that it is connected with my husband (by the way, I also asked Angel Masabel for help for him), so this pain became a sign for me that I had been heard and that work had begun on the cause of the pain
After that, I felt the energy of the Lunar Angel not as flowing water, heat, or in any other way familiar to me, but as silvery goosebumps that gradually rose from my feet upward and filled my entire body. Very slowly. For almost all 20 minutes. The goosebumps reached my chest and stopped there, setting processes in motion in my body that are still unknown to me. I thought the energy chat had ended, but no—I felt that I needed to lie down. I sank even deeper into a meditative state; the goosebumps moved throughout my body as if they were alive, and because of them I could not even feel the pain in my knee. But after about 10 minutes, they suddenly began leaving my body through the upper chakra: first my legs were cleared (and the aching pain in my knee immediately returned), then my thighs, abdomen, and chest. After that, I realized that the energy chat had ended for me. I did not want to get up, so I lay there for another 20 minutes. Then my body suddenly returned to its usual state—and now I am writing this review before I forget anything

During the session, with my eyes closed, I saw a sphere in the mist. And on the sphere, a bright, fiery point. I saw a flying angel and a glow around my body in the area of Manipura. I asked for cleansing from all illnesses... I realized that my problem was connected with this chakra. In fact, that is exactly how it is. Om Shanti, I am grateful for such a generous gift—for Your Angel Masabel working with me.

At the beginning of the chat, when I was voicing my requests to the Angel, I was a little nervous and my mind became restless, but everything quickly settled into peace and tranquility.
I immersed myself in meditation, remaining aware of what was happening outside and within me. I could hear external sounds and movements, but I steadily maintained my concentration within myself. Changes in the center of my head were especially noticeable, as if the connections between the channels or vessels through which a gentle, cool flow of energy passed were being restored.
The state was very comfortable and pleasant. When I emerged from meditation, almost an hour had passed, though it seemed to me like ten minutes.
After each new chat, I feel my body filling with energy in different parts and at different levels and depths that I had read and heard about in lectures, and now I feel them in my renewed body. I suppose it can be said that I am beginning to truly come alive and become Whole.
And all this blessing comes from OM Shanti, from the Higher Sources and Higher Beings. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to ask for help.

Every time I come to the Energy Chats with joyful anticipation And they never disappoint me.
This time, the beginning was somewhat similar to the previous Energy Chat with the Lunar Angel Masabel—the soles of my feet were the first to react, developing a tingling sensation. But after that, everything happened differently. This time the energy was like an electric current. All the chakras were involved; they switched on alternately and reacted in some way, but not in order, from bottom to top or from top to bottom, rather in a sequence unfamiliar to me. First, the first and sixth chakras were active; then they rearranged themselves, and the second and fifth switched on. At that point, I had a slight cough—apparently there was some cleansing, but it quickly passed. Then the third chakra was working, and the first and sixth connected again. Unpleasant sensations appeared in the lower abdomen, specifically in the intestines. Then that passed too. When the transformation in the third chakra was complete, the seventh chakra became involved, while the first and sixth continued to work. And I had the feeling that all my energy centers were being connected into one by a very strong thread, practically a wire. It was no accident that I mentioned the electric current above—only a channel resembling a wire could conduct this energy. And this wire united all the chakras into some new structure previously unknown to me! I am extremely curious to see how my energy system will work after such an upgrade It is very interesting! I will observe.
The Energy Chat was very long for me, lasting more than an hour. All the while, I repeated the Teacher’s affirmations mentally, not in order, but intuitively, as I felt drawn to. This helped me focus on the changes a lot. Although the Update energies have subsided, changes are still taking place within me, and tingling sensations periodically arise here and there in my body.

Every time, I am amazed by this Miracle—by how unique and unfamiliar it is to me. Real miracles happen; that is the only way I can describe them.
The energies felt very powerful to me. It began with a strong downward flow from the crown of my head and an opposing upward flow. For some time, I was in this whirlpool; then faces began to drift by to the left, like a panorama or a filmstrip, resembling the heroes of sacred scriptures—some clearer, some less so. After a while, a book began to flip through inside my head, and faces of ordinary people flashed across its pages. It was also turning to the left, and some part of the book was still left. All these visions were brief, approximately 30 seconds.
Then there was work with my neck, and probably somewhere else as well, but I was not aware of it.
After the chat, my heart feels very light and good.
