Greetings! A little about myself: we printed out a photograph of Jesus Christ and placed it on the altar, along with one taken from the "Your Yoga" website. When we had guests, one of them said, "I think he is smiling." So, who is smiling? It is us—there are mirrors all around, and in everything we see our true selves. We simply need to be aware of this and remember it. I set a wallpaper from this website featuring Baba Ji's face on my computer desktop. I have a special relationship with him, and I noticed that I feel inspired when his eyes shine. When I am doing something, he is calm, but if something is wrong, he shows his attitude toward my actions through his facial expressions. Whenever anything happens, I look at him to see whether he approves or disapproves; it is psychology. But I began to notice that I was missing my own smile: when I smile, he smiles. But because we are immersed in everyday life and have to get everything done, we simply forget to smile at ourselves. So I took a photograph of a smiling Baba Ji, lovingly edited it in Photoshop, printed it, and placed it in a beautiful frame on the table. Now we are always smiling. I also liked a line from the film "The Aviator," which was recommended at the OM Shanti Ashram, in the scene where the flight instructor said to the student as he sent him on his first solo flight: "During the flight, sometimes smile at yourself; you can do it inwardly, but smile." That is what we are missing—and when we are not asleep, we are always in flight.

I had some very powerful sensations during the energy chat today! At first, I felt deeply relaxed, similar to how the body relaxes completely just before falling asleep. But my mind was clear. Then I felt streams of energy in my body, in different places.

I have had problems with my head all my life, apparently inherited from my mother. During the session, for some reason I felt like turning my head. I did so without any pain in my neck, as if my head were separate from my neck. And most importantly, I could rotate it freely in different directions without pain. I think this was a result of the session. OM Shanti, thank you!

Hello, dear energy chat participants!
A report on the healing energy chat of September 9, 2022. (I wanted to write it in the chat itself, but because of the regular reloading every minute, I only manage to write “thank you,” and don’t have time to add my impressions before everything gets reset

, so I’m writing here.)
This energy chat was completely different—the energies that came were entirely different. If last time there was the power of fire, completely burning away everything low-frequency, this time the energies were soft, gentle, and enveloping like water

I immediately felt as though warm, dense energy balls had been placed in my palms, and my feet were placed in identical balls; afterward, it felt as though a helmet had been put on my head too

The energy was gently absorbed from these balls into my body, enveloping and surrounding every organ and concentrating in especially problematic areas. Very pleasant and relaxing.
For some reason, during the energy chat my body craved water, so I had to drink twice. Fortunately, I had water nearby.
All the time, I repeated the phrases recommended by the Teacher to myself. Interesting sensations arose in my body—different ones for each phrase—but this definitely helped the energy move onward.
There were no bright flashes; everything was soft and smooth, but the healing is still continuing in my body. The balls in my hands “dissolved”—more precisely, they were absorbed first, followed by the “helmet”; only a burning sensation at the crown remained. The balls around my feet are still finishing something there, but they are gradually becoming thinner.
An excellent session!!!

I deliberately joined the chat early and prepared myself according to the instructions. In the first few minutes, my breathing changed spontaneously somehow, in a way that was completely unlike me. I had never breathed like that before: the inhalation was short, while the exhalation was prolonged; when it already seemed that there was nothing left to exhale, my whole body seemed to help push out some more air. This puzzled me somewhat, but did not frighten me. I simply noted it and connected it with the fact that on September 3 I had been unable to participate in the cleansing energy chat (I was returning home from another region at the time). After just a few minutes, my breathing calmed down and evened out, and I felt the gentle healing energies. The rest of the session was very comfortable! Thank you, Om Shanti and the Higher Powers!

During the energy chat, I felt energy flowing through the crown of my head and throughout my body; this sensation lasted about a minute. Then I felt tingling in my palms and warmth throughout my body. I believe that my health will improve thanks to the energy chat. Thank you, Om Shanti and the Higher Powers of Light.

I also want to write a testimonial—it’s stirring. Every such mass event feels like a celebration at which I am a child. Very solemn, very important!!!
The energies were completely different, and it seemed that everything had actually started earlier (during the night). Throughout the entire session, I had the feeling that instead of air, I was breathing something completely different. As if it were ionized air, pure energy of love. And this feeling did not leave me for the entire half hour.
What was funny was that various people kept cutting off my phone with calls and messages (it was on silent), and several people came into the room where I was ~~but I didn’t care.~~ They were probably people who also needed to “recharge.” Overall, after two energy chats, there is no feeling of emptiness, moral exhaustion, or weakness. Some kind of composure and wholeness emerges. Something new appears in my personality itself; the facets that have emerged play more fully, whereas before they seemed to be covered in dust. I notice new ways of thinking in myself.

I understand that I am not aware of the full positive effect of the Energy, but what I felt was very interesting to observe.
First, I felt the work in the chakras from top to bottom, with especially clear sensations of pleasant restoration in the problem areas, and then a piercing, inner filling of the energy body. I can compare it to my body being inflated like a balloon and kept in that state until the end of the chat. I can still feel this strength within me.

Greetings, everyone! I would like to leave my feedback too.
During the “Healing” energy chat, I felt as if I had been pressed into the bed. I did not want to move, and it even seemed impossible. I felt a slight tingling in my feet and palms. I lay there, immersed in my thoughts, but each time vivid sensations in a new part of my body brought me back to the present moment—first there was a sensation in my knees, then in my hip joints, then in my tailbone, and then upward along my spine at three more points. Then the sensation moved to my ear—specifically the left one, which can barely hear—then to the bridge of my nose and my eyes, and somehow later spread evenly throughout my entire body, as if my blood were being worked on at that moment. I lay there until the work on me was completely finished. An hour had passed since the chat began, and all that time I had been lying there with a feeling of pleasure; I did not even want to move.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank Om Shanti and all the Higher Powers who took part in the healing!

Thank you for the wonderful gift—the “Healing” energy chat. During the chat, I felt myself filling with energy. I would say this process is incredibly relaxing and brings a kind of fantastic pleasure, when you want to freeze in the silence and simply observe, dissolving into the incoming energy. I definitely did not want to be distracted by anything else—not by my responsibilities, plans, or tasks; even the whole world could wait, because what was happening then was so beautiful, and what could be better than that? The energy gently spread throughout my body and filled it to the brim, increasing its charge so much that the fine new hairs on my head stood on end. I smooth them down with my hand, but they keep rising, although this was not happening in the morning. I read and recited the necessary text from memory to myself, considered how applicable it was to me, and reflected on it. Toward the end of the chat, I noticed that one fear that had been tormenting me lately had disappeared. I began to smile at how absurd it had been to be afraid of this and suffer so much because of it. The energy continues to support me even now. And I am still amazed that such a thing is possible at all. Deep respect, love, and gratitude to God and Om Shanti for caring for us and our development.

Thank you, Om Shanti, for the magical Healing energy chat! My body relaxed on its own; it seemed to disappear, while everything in my head spun and burst like soap bubbles. It was as if the energy had been switched on. It activated the chakras in my palms and soles and along my spine. It was a wonderful state, and I did not want to leave it. The day was excellent. I worked in the garden for a long time without getting tired; my body felt firm, strong, and collected, as it did in my youth. Dear Lord, I bow before You in deep reverence for the miracles You work in me through the Teacher at the Mahapurna School. I thank all the participants of the energy chat and sincerely wish everyone healing and enlightenment of consciousness!

How my “Healing” Energy Chat went:
I decided to lie down so I could relax better. As soon as the Chat began, it started raining outside at that exact moment. Even though the weather outside was very cold and sunny, it suddenly began to rain. I immediately thought that today was the 23rd Solar Day, a day for honoring the Elemental Spirits (the first thing mentioned in the Calendar for this day). This made me very happy. I thanked the Spirits of the Elements and began mentally repeating the affirmations given by Om Shanti. After three deep breaths, my body began to relax, and “healing streams” immediately started running through it—all sorts of things were gurgling and pleasantly flowing somewhere. Interestingly, each phrase was accompanied by its own distinct sensation. For example, during the phrase about past false beliefs, I felt strong pressure in my head and a sensation of a Double Pyramid. After some time, I felt that I was in an alpha-theta state. Moments of relaxation alternated with sensations of tension in my face: sometimes my teeth clenched, sometimes my eyes and forehead muscles tightened. When I became aware of it, I relaxed again. The relaxation was accompanied by twitching abdominal muscles (approximately like during Shaktipat). Then there were visions, which I did not remember particularly well. I only remember the thought, “Am I in the past?”
Overall, I felt light, and I did not want to leave this state. Near the end, I saw a thick Rainbow covering me from head to the tips of my toes—not in the pastel shades seen in the sky, but in very bright colors. The Rainbow lay across me in an even line. I came to. I thanked all the Higher Forces of Light. I got up. Exactly one hour had passed. At that exact moment, the rain stopped.

A feeling of extraordinary lightness stayed with me throughout the entire day.
I thank You, Om Shanti, all the Higher Forces of Light, and the God of the Universe for my complete, Absolute Healing and for all the work with me and with every participant in the Chat! A miracle happening right now!

My review of the Second Healing Energy Chat. I observed what was happening for 24 hours.

As with the First one, I managed to do it sitting up—this time, even to heal. Before the Energy Chats, during almost all meditations here in Mahapurna, my body would force me to lie down. Now, in fact, I have become stronger in terms of my physical condition, energy, and protection.
I said everything from the list given by the Teacher in the description of this chat, twice.

The brightest impressions
Two streams of light pierced through my body (one entered from above through the crown of my head, and the second from below through the coccyx); they were cleansing it. I saw these streams with my inner vision and felt them in my body. My body seemed to be clothed in them and sat upright. It continued this way for some time, then rays of light began to stream from a point of light in the area of the anahata, radiating in all directions and cleansing both the physical body and the field around it in this way.
It is one thing when you visualize something yourself in a practice, but here it was different—the process activated on its own.
This was the brightest experience of this Energy Chat.
Afterward, there was a great surge of energy; I felt like an Energizer until about evening, and then my pace slowed down.

I would like to add that the Chats at the School help us touch an exemplary state, remember it, see and feel its essence, and set a certain level to strive toward.

Two days after the Energy Chat, I suddenly realized that my long-injured shoulder was hardly hurting at all. It had always hurt, but now it didn’t. I was even able to use my arm in a way I hadn’t been able to for a year, without excruciating pain. This is truly miraculous.
I am grateful to the Higher Powers and to Om Shanti!!!!!

I had a similar situation. My right knee had been hurting lately. Sometimes the pain intensified, and sometimes it disappeared. But at times it caused discomfort while walking. During the 《Cleansing》 energy chat, the pain there was being burned away especially intensely and for a long time compared with other areas. That same day, my knee almost completely recovered. I thought the 《Healing》 energy chat would restore it to normal completely. However, no improvement was noticeable immediately after the energy chat. Then, gradually, from the next day onward, the knee kept getting better and better. The process is not yet complete, but it is continuing.
Energy chats have an amazing effect!! Once again, from the bottom of my heart, I thank the Teacher for creating and organizing them—it is a tremendous amount of work!
