Om Shatni, thank you for the wonderful session with rejuvenation energies. I began the session sitting, but soon felt the desire to lie down; a very deep relaxation came over me, and I soon fell asleep. Half an hour later, I woke up easily, feeling joyful and peaceful.

, how interesting—and this time I clearly felt as though I were being rocked on waves, whereas I had never experienced anything like that in the previous chats.And my head was burning intensely—or rather, not my head, but specifically my brain, as though blood circulation had suddenly increased many times over.
The sensations are indescribable. Thank you for this wonderful gift, Om Shanti, Higher Powers, and of course all the chat participants.

I want to share my sensations and observations of the energy in my body after the “Rejuvenation” chat. It is impossible to get used to miracles, especially when these miracles come from the Master.
Every morning after waking up, I enter meditation for a little while and come to myself. Today, as soon as I assumed a comfortable position, I immediately felt changes within me. The energy inside my body felt so gentle and calm, rising smoothly upward along the center and spreading in all directions on every level. It was as though I could see how it was all happening, and, amazingly, I was not seeing pictures but images, as if I already knew this. Many things came to me as understanding, as a vision of myself as an image of the universe. Suddenly, “The Golden City” came to mind, and I felt energy in the Manipura chakra, followed again by images for my personal understanding and partly philosophical understanding.
And during Sadhana today, I felt gentle warmth in the Manipura chakra. These wonderful transformations certainly bring me joy and inspire me in my spiritual journey.

, thank you very much for the Rejuvenation chat!During the chat, I felt deeply immersed, and toward the end I experienced the state that usually comes over me when my body returns to normal at the end of an illness. Usually, this state occurs while I am asleep.
Om Shanti, thank you an infinite number of times! This cleansing session moved me to the point of goosebumps!
At first, I felt a dense energy filling my hands, but about ten minutes later the sensation changed and became lighter.
The final phrase, “I want to be who God created me to be,” evoked a tremendous inner response and a feeling of upliftment.

OM Shanti, thank you for the cleansing session! The whole time, I alternated between drifting into a light sleep and waking up. I had a vision that someone bent over me and wiped my face with a soft white towel, then gave me a gentle facial massage. At the end of the session, I was quietly called by name and finally woke up. I lay there for another 10 minutes, feeling a stretching sensation throughout my body. My arms, legs, and entire body felt long and thin; then everything contracted, and the familiar sensation returned.
Greetings!
During the chat, I felt as if I were being covered with a blanket. Nothing particularly specific.
At the end of the Cleansing chat, I saw an image of a Doll. Some hands, possibly mine (they appeared from a first-person perspective), unfastened the doll’s clothing and began removing some cute little objects resembling pebbles, beads, and bows from the doll and its clothes. Some of the pebbles were left behind. The rest were thrown away and poured downward.
At first I thought it might have been some kind of witchcraft. But apparently not. It seems that visually, I was that doll, which was cleansed by the "Big Hands"
After the chat, I feel lighter and more cheerful.

Feedback on the cleansing energy chat from 21.11.22
This was the second cleansing energy chat I have attended, and it differed significantly from the first. In the first one, I felt as though I was about to burn up, and fiery energy was burning away everything unnecessary inside me. This time, there was only a gentle, enveloping—almost lulling—presence. A slight tingling in my feet. A feeling of complete peace, trust, acceptance, and dissolving into the currents of the incoming energy. A slight burning and tingling in the problem areas began only now, after the energy chat had already ended. It feels as though the cleansing energy went into deeper layers of my essence than during the first energy chat, and needed time to reach them.
I think the fact that I had not yet properly emerged from Ekadashi, which I had also dedicated to cleansing, had a considerable effect on how the energy chat unfolded. All my body’s reactions are slowed down, and the water balance in my body has not yet been fully restored.
I THANK the Teacher for these magical sessions!! I thank all Higher Beings, all Forces of Light, and all the participants of today’s energy chat!!!

This is a guardian angel responsible for radical changes in life, freeing one from old bad habits and their negative effects. Therefore, I decided to ask him to help me in the process of my cleansing and in my desire to become the person God created me to be. It was an amazingly beautiful and warm interaction. There were no powerful, expected energy currents of the kind I usually feel, but I had absolute certainty that what needed to happen was happening. Today I once again managed to find a secluded place at work to participate in the Energy Chat.
I felt the energies very strongly. It was hot; there was heaviness in my palms and a throbbing sensation in my forehead. This often happens to me. Then a feeling of peace and warmth came. I thank God, the Esteemed Teacher, and all the participants for this wonderful and much-needed Energy Chat!

I have already attended four or five Energy Chats.
I would like to share not my impressions, but a vision I saw.
I did not attach any importance to it during the first two chats. An image appears during every chat.
Below I will include a picture that I drew myself.
I could not draw it accurately (I left out many details that I cannot reproduce beautifully).
It is something like an ellipse with many petals (resembling a lotus). In the center is a red eye (or camera).
No matter how many times I observed it in front of me, I still could not understand what it was.
It resembles a flying (or floating) robot or even a UFO. It feels as though it is designed to swim or fly through an ocean of energy.
It cannot be described as some kind of mechanism. It gives the impression of being alive. It is not merely a machine. An alignment with the Energy Chat’s energy comes to me from the red eye.
It appears 5–10 minutes before the chat begins, as soon as I go online.
Even now, it appears from time to time. I somehow become calm and peaceful.
The essence of what I saw is that I cannot even understand whether it is a robot or a living creature.
The last time, it appeared for a moment with a human torso. Again, I cannot say whether the body was human or mechanical.
I would very much like to know Om Shanti’s opinion.
I will include an incomplete picture—only a small part of what I managed to sketch quickly in a graphics editor.
I decided to omit the various transparent blue lotus petals, as well as the different lines and patterns. Only a small essence of the image.

Thank you. I felt the energy very well; afterward, red spots appeared on my skin, meaning that my body also began to cleanse itself. Another day flew by unnoticed after the Energy Chat.

Today’s Energy Chat, in my experience, was somewhat different from the other sessions I have taken part in.
As soon as I opened the page, dense energy flows immediately began, concentrating in the solar plexus and in my head.
I also felt intense heat and pressure in the solar plexus and in my palms. It was as if a powerful bonfire were blazing, burning away all the obstructive connections with its flames. After the Energy Chat ended, the heat subsided somewhat, but it continued to burn for practically the entire day, and only by evening did the effect of the energies almost completely end. And now I feel a warming, gentle heat in the center of manipura. A feeling of peace and tranquility came over me. The haziness and indistinctness in my head dispersed, and my thoughts became imbued with a kind of transparent clarity, lightness, and weightlessness.
I would like to thank OM Shanti once again for this wonderful Energy Chat!
