I thank OM Shanti and all the Higher Powers for the Healing Energy Chat!

From the very beginning of the Energy Chat, I could clearly feel energy flows spiraling counterclockwise around my head.
After some time, the energy began to descend lower, and in my body it changed the direction of its movement to a pendulum-like motion. I also noticed that my hands somehow grew unusually large—they became very big, yet at the same time very light.

It is also noteworthy that during the Energy Chat I was in a relaxed, meditative state. As soon as the session ended, my head felt light and clear. All the vagueness and drowsiness in my consciousness disappeared in an instant.
Now I feel calm, in a good mood, and peaceful. Apparently, the Energy Chat is aimed not only at healing the physical body, but also at restoring our subtle bodies

OM Shanti, thank you for all the Energy Chats. Since the first one, I have started writing poems, although I had never written before. During this Energy Chat, I developed a severe headache. I understood that it was because of the problem with my head. Then everything passed.

Yesterday, during the Energy Chat, energy flowed in a very strong stream upward through my legs and the crown of my head. Observing the energy, I noticed that it did not pass equally on both sides. On the right side, the energy flowed more strongly; on the left, it was somewhat gentler, and the separation between these energies was clearly noticeable (and palpable). It is amazing to feel and understand this. The uneven flow of energy may be due to the fact that not everything is yet harmonious on the left side and there are still some problems.
And as usual, after the chat, I experienced a real breakthrough in my practices. Today, during meditation, the ascending and descending energy vortices began to spin and met in the area of the Manipura chakra. The action of the energy vortices was not very strong in terms of speed, but perhaps that is how it should be for me for now.
Processes are taking place in the Manipura—I can feel them—and my breathing becomes unusual involuntarily, as if I am filling myself with dense energy.
I ended up doing an impromptu fast; today is day four, on water. I will see how long it lasts based on how I feel. I do not want to interfere with the energy carrying out its alchemy in my body.

As always, super! The energy flowed somewhat differently compared with the previous Healing Energy Chat. More time was devoted to the heart and even to problematic teeth. The energy simply enveloped my gums and teeth. That was unexpected. I thank OM Shanti and the Higher Powers for the opportunity to participate in the Healing Energy Chat!

Well, here I am, finally getting around to writing my review two days later

This time, it so happened that the energy chat caught me at work. I really wanted to participate! So I asked my invisible Angels and Guides to create the necessary conditions and not let anyone come to me.
I felt the energy chat begin even before I sat down to meditate: a vibration appeared in my sahasrara. I looked at the time—it was 11:01. I immediately dropped everything, sat down, calmed myself, and entered a meditative state. This energy chat seemed very similar to the previous healing energy chat—the same smooth, fluid, relaxing energy. My palms and feet instantly grew warm. Last time, it felt as though energy spheres had been put on them, with energy flowing from them into my limbs, but this time it simply flowed directly in as a huge stream. It was as if it pinned me to the chair. I could barely move either an arm or a leg. Complete, total relaxation and silence. I also noticed that the healing energy worked more intensely on my right side and right leg than on the left (which is understandable, since my right side really is more problematic than my left). The upper part of my body was quiet, just as during the previous healing energy chat. Considering that I have had these sensations for the second time now, I conclude that I lack energy in the lower part of my body, and that the healing energy tries to balance this each time. I kept repeating the recommended affirmations to myself and became so mentally focused that I even forgot where I was

Remarkably, there was no one in the room or even in the corridor—not a soul. Silence. But 20 minutes after the beginning, I felt it was time to come out of meditation. I had barely opened my eyes and thanked the Higher Forces for their work and help when the first person arrived! And then people came in an uninterrupted stream, so there was no time even to sit down, let alone write a review

I noticed that people reacted differently from usual all day: they smiled more, were more inclined to communicate, shared their thoughts with me, and were reluctant to leave.
Toward evening, I sat down to meditate once more for about 15 minutes to rest, and immediately felt that the healing energy was still within me and was finishing something. By the way, this is not the first time I have noticed this after energy chats—as a rule, the energy does not go anywhere when they end, but continues circulating in the body (or bodies) for about another day. And changes take place, sometimes obvious and sometimes completely imperceptible—changes that you only become aware of later.
As always, I sincerely thank the Higher Forces, our Teacher, and all the energy chat participants for an unforgettable and highly valuable experience!! I really love this section

It is very interesting to observe the work of the Energy of Rejuvenation within me during the chat and now afterward. I currently feel a sense of fullness and pleasant changes passing through my body.
From the very beginning of the chat, while trying to maintain awareness and align with it, I felt the points you described: a shift in the state of consciousness toward meditation and a sense of peace. The flow of the chat resonated most strongly in the Muladhara chakra. Then, throughout the chat, in step with the feeling of being filled, I gradually let go and relaxed the places where I began to feel tension or constriction.
I will observe the aftereffects.

Review of the Rejuvenation Energy Chat of 15 January 2023
This is the second rejuvenation Energy Chat I have taken part in (and the sixth if counting from the very beginning).
Today everything felt somehow easy and peaceful. For some reason, in the latest Energy Chats, all the work begins with the soles of the feet. This time, too, five minutes before the start, I felt an influx of energy there, and afterward the sensation grew stronger and stronger. The Energy of Rejuvenation arrived imperceptibly this time. Previously, I felt strong flows, as if water were running through pipes, but today I could not feel the energy moving. I had the feeling that I was a balloon gradually being filled with helium: you feel yourself becoming light, weightless, expanding in every direction, but you do not feel the influx of energy. The only thing keeping me from falling asleep was the tingling and "cold" fire in the "key points"—places where the Energy of Rejuvenation had accumulated and become especially concentrated and was doing something there. This time, my points were the soles of my feet, knees, and, strangely enough, my chin. Work was taking place there throughout the Energy Chat, and toward the end the tingling began to subside, so my consciousness was genuinely drifting off to sleep. But they did not let me sleep—the soles of my feet jerked strongly, as if someone had shaken me by them, and I immediately woke up

I continued repeating to myself the affirmations recommended by the Teacher. This allowed the Energy of Rejuvenation to work intensely with me for another ten minutes or so after the Energy Chat ended. Now, as always in such cases, the work continues. There is a very pleasant feeling of peace and relaxation inside. But now in one place, now in another, tingling arises in the "key points," and some kind of transformation is taking place. It is VERY INTERESTING!!!
From the bottom of my heart, I thank the Higher Powers and our dear Teacher, as well as all the participants, for the work we carried out together and such a pleasant Energy Chat!!

The Rejuvenation Energy Chat took place in complete relaxation. I felt tingling in my feet, palms, and lips. While the tingling in my feet and palms has already become usual for me, my lips surprised me this time. From time to time, I repeated to myself the affirmations Om Shanti gave for the Rejuvenation Energy Chat. At one point, I wanted to move my awareness through all my glands. I started from the bottom with the ovaries, then the adrenal glands, pancreas, thymus, thyroid, and pineal gland. After that, I was literally overwhelmed by energy, pressed down so strongly that I could not move; the relaxation was complete, especially in my face.
I thank the Higher Powers, Om Shanti, and all the Energy Chat participants! Wishing everyone goodness and light!

Feedback on the Rejuvenation Energy Chat held on January 15, 2023. It began with a brief sparkling sensation in my fingertips, as if I had connected to some powerful source, and immediately a strong energy began flowing from above onto my palms and around them, somewhat weaker around the edges. The energy also responded through the soles of my feet, and this continued throughout the chat. At times, I had an image of myself at the age of 20, but the most interesting thing happened afterward: the area inside the body where the eyes connect felt so clean and fresh, like that of a newborn. The sensations were so distinct and pleasant that I enjoyed them. I thank the Higher Powers, OM Shanti, and all the chat participants!

I use consciousness in other practices, but in the chat I surrender to the Divine, because when Angels work with me, you experience such things that sometimes you cry out or endure them, and it all happens unpredictably, in different places and with varying degrees of intensity. Our doctors “take a break,” because it is logically and practically impossible for a person to do this alone. But by observing them, you understand that people look at many things too narrowly; this is also our problem. In general, consciousness, eyes, and hands are our tools. I understood this through my practices. And the fact that you used consciousness in the chat is wonderful. I am happy for your experience, and thank you for the detailed report—it is important to me, as it is to others. It is also important to remember that our experiences are always recorded and applied on all planes of the universe. I always remember this and rejoice that through our practices we contribute to all Divine levels. Thoth the Atlantean also used this knowledge; he refined it and created his own programs for traveling through worlds and planets and observing what was happening.

Dear Lord, I bow before You in deep reverence! My body is a precious gift given to me by God. Through it, I come to know the new, pure, and wondrous energy that Teacher OM Shanti shares with us! From the bottom of my heart, I thank You, Teacher, for the Rejuvenation energy chat! The energy came through the crown of my head, and there was strong pressure on my brain. It felt as though something gentle and warm were flowing throughout my body. My body became light and airy; the feeling was wonderful. After the energy chat, my inner dialogue stopped completely. This was a truly miraculous state. I did asanas without feeling any discomfort in my body. This is a truly living body; this is life, this is happiness. The effects of the energies were felt physically: there was warmth, tingling, and occasionally slight painful jolts. I was in a good mood. During the energy chat, an image arose in my mind of a place somewhere, like heaven or another dimension, where my double lives—always beautiful and young. I am at one point, while he is at another, and there is a trajectory along which I need to move toward him. And I slowly move energetically. Then I began asking my double to take me away more quickly, expressing a strong desire to be with my eternally young and beautiful double. But I felt that there was some kind of heavy, invisible barrier, and that it was not so easy to reach out through it and get to that pure, bright place. When you return to your ordinary everyday life, all the visions I receive from Om Shanti's practices seem unreal and amazing to me. But I remember clearly that they happened...

I am very happy that I was present at the energy chat at the appointed time, and I thank Sergey Vasilyevich and the Higher Powers for such an opportunity.
The work was done with my head—not simply with my head, but with the programs in my mind. For the first time ever, I experienced head pain during the sessions. It appeared suddenly, intensified, and then simply dissolved into Nothing and went off into Nowhere. And my destructive programs disappeared like soap bubbles, Forever. The energy reached my body as well, but more work was done with my head.

OM Shanti, I sincerely thank you for this wonderful opportunity to participate in the new Energy Chat dedicated to rejuvenation!
Throughout the Energy Chat, I felt inner peace and tranquility. I tried to pronounce all the recommended phrases carefully and thoughtfully, as I understood that these phrases largely help us become aware of what is happening. They also help us accept and concentrate within ourselves the cosmic energy of rejuvenation.
As the chat drew to a close, an amazing, wonderful feeling appeared, and it is still with me now. It is a feeling of a bright inner radiance.
I realized that my inner light had become much more pronounced, clear, radiant, and warm. This radiance has a very pleasant, beautiful color—a light, delicate golden, sunny, and very soft hue. Along with the strengthening of my inner light came a feeling of extraordinary lightness, joy, and a general energetic uplift, which accompanies every Energy Chat I have been fortunate enough to participate in. Two days after the Energy Chat, these energies are still present in my field and continue their amazing, miraculous work.

With all my heart, I thank OM Shanti and the Higher Powers for this extraordinary, wonderful, beautiful experience!
