Today is the first day of the conference.
There are many speakers and many participants online.

The Conference itself is unique. Even speakers who have been involved with dreams for many years and have attended many different seminars and conferences note that nothing like this has ever existed, either online or offline.

And despite all this, the Conference is completely free.

Half a day of the Conference has already passed, and many people note that they have learned a great deal.
And most importantly, they have been "inspired and continue to be inspired" by this topic even more strongly.

You can share your own experiences, insights, feedback, and so on here.

Namaste! 👌
I joined the Conference in the evening, as I had not had the opportunity before.
Sergey Veretennikov’s meditation at the end of the day was powerful, as always—truly outstanding!
For a certain period—a cessation of the internal dialogue.

The incredible pace of the Event also impressed me: everything is dynamic and... excellently organized! Great!
Keep it up!
👍

Has anyone already noticed that those who are SERIOUSLY studying through my practices at Shantaram Ashram, here at Mahapurna School, and on the website already know practically 95% of what is being presented at the Conference?
I have given all of this either as articles and practices or as meditations, retreats...
Therefore, it makes sense to understand just how much MORE you could know by beginning more serious training through my projects.

To consolidate some of the knowledge about sleep acquired at the Conference, it is useful to listen to the book:

The book was written by professor and neuroscientist Matthew Walker, who founded his own sleep research center.
So if you want to listen to scientific material explained in simple language, press PLAY.

Namaste!
I listened to the lecture—the first one in full, but I even had to stop the second one. It made me think about my routine. The thing is, I have been getting up at 4 a.m. every day for the past month. Not because of work. This earliest time of day seems to me the most precious. Yesterday I got up a little later—closer to 5—and even felt that I had missed something, since the sun was already up. So I really don't want to lose these magical morning hours. They are the best time for practicing and doing exercises. At the same time, I can only go to bed after 9:30 p.m. at best, and usually closer to 10. So that's about 6 hours of sleep, sometimes 6.5.
I fall asleep more often during the day. Sometimes it is just a short period, especially with an audio meditation, which usually restores my energy quickly and effectively. But a few times I completely crashed during the day and slept for about 3 hours.
After listening to the lecture, I started thinking about it seriously. Yes, sometimes by 10 or 11 I already feel like taking a short nap, and after 8 p.m. I feel very sleepy. I thought that if I went to bed early, before 10 p.m., less sleep would be enough, since the evening period from 9–10 p.m. to midnight is the most important for sleep (as I had read before).
Could it be that the recommended 8 hours of sleep, or even more, is somewhat exaggerated?
For now, the only solution I can see is going to bed even earlier. And relaxing more effectively before sleep in order to improve its quality. I will observe what my body tells me and whether it allows me to continue this early-morning schedule, especially if daytime rest is not available.
If anyone has any experience or thoughts on this, please share 🙏
