Read the messages more carefully. I simply explained why I watched those videos. But I never said that I had not found answers to my questions. And the emphasis here is not on fathers and mothers, but on their children, who make decisions because they are dependent on their parents.

The thing is that we cannot be independent in this world—no matter how you look at it! Mothers and fathers are not the only people who influence us by making us dependent (in any of its forms). We can simply remember that we are not just a physical body and brain; we also have subtle bodies! And if, for example, anyone has read Castaneda, they will remember that our subtle bodies are spherical in shape! So imagine that you are rolling through the world, while millions of other energetic spheres roll alongside you, and all these spheres somehow come into contact with one another, rub against each other, and consequently leave a part of themselves in everyone they interact with. Thus, we are essentially dependent on one another, and there is nowhere to hide from the influence of the people around us. It only depends on which sphere we spend more time in and how we renew our field, because direct interaction with certain communities is what makes us dependent on that community.
And now, directly addressing the title of the topic: “How to Get Rid of Dependency”?
It makes you want to say, “Ha-ha-ha”
There is no way, really; only perhaps when leaving the body can the soul become free from dependency for a while—pure, without anyone else’s beliefs, just as it truly is!
Here I am not talking about dependencies such as cigarettes, alcohol, and so on, but about the universal dependency of the human essence. In my view, the only way out is to move to a new, nonphysical level, but that is only a matter of time
And as an addition: at the Mahapurna School there is a topic called “Human Design”; in this topic, everyone can find confirmation of how we share energies and how we influence one another simply by allowing our energy fields to touch.
I would also like to say a couple of words about the topic of having children mentioned here. I agree that this is each person’s choice!
Think of the postwar years: our grandmothers had many children; it was quite normal to have 10–12 kids. And why? Because it was necessary to replenish the missing population, and the souls of those killed in the war needed somewhere to incarnate. The situation is different now, but it will soon change too, since so many people are dying in our time!
And a person who has no desire to be an element of reproduction clearly did not come into this world for that purpose; they have other tasks! But there is no point in trying to prove this to anyone, because that too is a form of dependency

I have had experience with alcohol and cigarettes. I could have a drink or smoke with friends once every six months or once a year. But I definitely didn’t become dependent on these things. And even then, I only drank or smoked the highest-quality products—natural, without chemicals. My friends were dependent on alcohol and tobacco, and of the lowest possible quality at that. They drank a lot and regularly. Although I drank and smoked once every six months, I still felt free from these things. And this raises the question: why can some people like me have a drink once without becoming dependent, while others drink once and then get drunk every week, smoke every day, and become dependent on these things?

You are independent if you are with this group and do not drink.
Because you simply do not need it.

I’ll just tell you about a recent incident from my life, so we have something to compare.
This spring, I managed to organize a fundraiser to buy soil for a flowerbed by the building where I live. It was a close thing, but I succeeded. They delivered and dumped the soil, so I grabbed a shovel and rake and went to spread it out. And who do you think helped me with this—the residents of my building?
No, they just walked by and watched as I, a lone woman, did the hard work.
Then a man who happened to be passing by came to help me. He had a large bottle of beer in one hand and a dog on a leash, and he lived in the neighboring building. He took the dog home and came back to spread the soil with me.
And he said these words to me: “I simply couldn’t walk past—how could I, when a woman was digging all by herself!” Do you understand what I mean?
A person can drink and smoke and still be a good person! And someone can be a vegetarian and a teetotaler, yet have a cold heart!
Whom will God pay attention to?

Yes, exactly. I went along with my friends. But in 99% of cases when I was with them, they drank and I didn’t.
No, alcohol disfigures and deforms people terribly. Maybe the other people had important things to do, which is why they couldn’t help. Or perhaps they were hurrying home to drink a bottle of beer. I personally know people like that. And I myself witnessed how alcohol disfigured people I had been close friends with since kindergarten. It’s a terrible thing.

@3161, while we were working together, this man told me the story of his life. He used to be a police officer, then he signed some document and was sentenced to five years in prison. Now he works as a street cleaner, despite having a university degree. So what broke him? Alcohol? Yet despite everything, he remained a good person!!!
And other people walked by, twisting a finger at their temples and muttering, “How long do you think you’ll keep this place looking nice? They’ll ruin everything and tear it all down anyway.” I’m simply doing what I can.

2. We try to run away from what we supposedly consider to be ourselves. I have already told this heartbreaking story about a man who spent his whole life chasing homosexuals around his neighborhood, but ended up in a psychiatric hospital because he became obsessed with the thought, "What if I am a homosexual too, but just don't know it yet...?"
To become free from EVERYTHING—which is what victory over addictions means—it is important to understand that you already have EVERYTHING that makes you truly happy and to give up the thought that you are all the nonsense you have made up in your mind.

I really enjoy noticing any stereotypes and reactions in myself and observing them in the moment. It is so fascinating—you discover and free so much within yourself. And as a result, everything around you changes as well. So interesting: how else could it be? Who else could I be?
The same applies to how we relate to others: as soon as we point a finger at someone, we should remember the other three fingers pointing at us. And if we do not remember, life can often put us in a similar situation so that we can understand why a spiritual or non-spiritual person behaved in an unspiritual way It puts me in such situations almost immediately

Например зависимость от денег и их роста. Человек реально думает, что он и есть бизнесмен.

Но другие люди не обязаны Вам помогать. Поэтому я не понимаю в чём плохом Вы их обвинили. А этот бывший полицейский просто захотел пообщаться с кем-то, вот и подошёл к Вам(я об этом сразу подумал после прочтения предыдущего Вашего сообщения). Он не Вам хотел помочь в первую очередь, а сам пообщаться с кем-то хотел. Ни в чём его не виню, но он ничем от других не отличается по-моему.
Помню, однажды я сам шёл по улице и у церкви женщины копали землю. Предложили мне помочь им, а я отказал, потому что на мне была новая обувь, которую я не хотел портить(и был ещё список причин). А подобные работы нужно делать в соответствующей рабочей обуви, которую не жалко.

В большинстве случаев когда зависимый челвоек приходит к психологу - он не поинмает зачем пришёл. Он реально думает что с ним всё нормально.
Да он пришёл потому что его родственники настояли на этом, жена/муж, общество...
И когда психолог тоже "почему-то" говорит - да у вас проблема...
Он начинает защищаться.
"Как проблема? Где вы её увидели? В алкоголе? Так я же всего капелюшечку пару раз в день... Все же пьют... Ну а потом курнуть, все же курят... Мой папа курил... Дед вообще всю жизнь курил с детства до 90 лет дожил, всю войну прошёл... Ну а как не выпить-то? Стресс кругом. А так легче. У меня же знаете, детство было трудное... Полоса вот сейчас тяжёлая началась... Как не курнуть то? Вот полоса закончится, брошу конечно... Ну что я не мужик что ли... Не верите что я могу бросить?..."
