Am I correct in understanding that strengthening one’s energy through your courses can improve breathing abilities—its depth, intensity, and the pauses between inhalation and exhalation—and that, subsequently, having stronger energy makes it possible to absorb more Energy through breathing?
Is the following statement correct—
That DP is, in a sense, advanced technology in Yoga: if good results in pranayama require being in places where there is more prana, and modern cities clearly are not such places, then DP, by providing an energy field, will have a positive effect naturally through breathing, even without working with it through the practices and techniques from the course, and breathing techniques will be more effective?
I would put it this way:
At present, modern people have 1–10%% of their Power.
By going into the mountains, forests, Nature... one can obtain up to 60%.
But to have more, one needs the Cosmos.
A true martial arts master could kill a tiger with his bare hands.
This is a bad example, as it involves killing.
But in the past, it was a matter of life and death.
Even in our modern age, approximately 300 people die in India every year from tiger attacks!
Just think about that number.
And without the Cosmos, one cannot defeat a tiger.
For some, 10% is enough, and they resign themselves to the fact that a tiger may eat them; for others, 50% is enough, and they can defend themselves; while some need all 100% so they are not afraid not only of tigers, but of anyone at all.
I once told you a story. It is true.
A diver said that he had gone diving.
In a beautiful place.
But sharks arrived.
And he was forced to hide among the rocks on the bottom.
But the sharks did not swim away; they kept circling and circling.
And the air in his tank was running out.
Although he had only two options—and both led to death: stay and die without air, or swim out and die in the sharks’ teeth...
He panicked.
I think the waves of his despair were heard!
Some kind of creature swam over and emitted a sound unknown to him.
The sound blew all the sharks away as if by the wind.
That is, they scattered in fear.
He did not see the creature.
He only realized that it was nearby and heard the sound itself.
It was not a dolphin.
He immediately swam upward.
And survived.
This is a very remarkable story to me; I have already told it to you before.
A human being is capable of connecting Nature and the Cosmos.
Nothing can be excluded. Everything is important.
Fresh air, walks, exercise, clean water, clean food...
And cosmic energies.
