This story really happened. I heard it in one of my psychology courses, so I’m retelling it in my own words.

So, here is the story itself:

A very famous cardiac surgeon had an acquaintance who worked as a mechanic at an auto repair shop.

The cardiac surgeon would periodically stop by the repair shop, and his acquaintance would fix his car.

This went on for many years.

One day, the acquaintance decided to ask how much the cardiac surgeon earned. He replied that it was about $30,000 a month.

The acquaintance was puzzled because he earned only $1,000.

And he saw this as unfair.

- I work hard repairing cars, covered in oil and gasoline every day. But you work in a white coat in a clean office, and you earn dozens of times more than I do!

The cardiac surgeon asked him:

- How difficult is it for you to repair a car engine?

- Oh, it’s very difficult! You need to know a great deal about cars and have a lot of skill.

- All right. How difficult would it be for you to repair the engine of a car traveling at 100 km/h?

- That would be completely impossible! the mechanic exclaimed.

- That “impossible” is my job, the cardiac surgeon replied with a smile.

I recently learned some very important scientific information.
It’s scientific because it has been confirmed by experiment.

So, here is the scientific experiment itself:

Scientists isolated DNA.

And placed the DNA in saline solution.

And what do you think happened?

The DNA built a new cell around itself!

In other words, there was nothing but DNA and saline solution.

I don’t know about you, but to me this information is incredibly valuable.

It literally scientifically says that our DNA can build our body.

There is a semi-confirmed version of the story that James Cook arrived in Australia and saw a strange animal he had never seen in his life and did not even know could exist on the planet. It had a pouch on its belly! And a baby was sitting in that pouch!!!

Using gestures, Cook tried to find out from an Aboriginal man what the animal was called.

The Aboriginal man looked at Cook, then at the animal. Again at Cook, then again at the animal.

And finally he said, “Kangaroo!”

Delighted, Cook wrote in his notebook: I have just learned that this strange animal is called “kangaroo.”

How surprised he was to discover that the Aboriginal man had actually said “kangaroo,” which in translation means, “I don’t understand what you’re saying!”

In ancient times, when a person went out into a field, their mind searched for danger.

For example, a tiger hiding in the bushes, a snake, or simply some concealed pit...

Our brains are evolutionarily wired so that we initially try to SEE only danger, problems, and threats...

Even if they are not there, we will first scan the entire field, and if there are sticks resembling a snake or the shadow of a branch resembling a tiger’s shadow, we will also start adding them to the list of potential problems, CONTINUING to search for them!

That is, we find both existing problems and those that do not exist.

You cannot simply take this evolutionary ability of yours and discard it.
You cannot just listen to some affirmations on YouTube for five minutes and free yourself from something that was formed over millions of years of evolution!

BUT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND IT.

When you wake up tomorrow morning, for example, you can UNDERSTAND why negative thoughts and reflections on problems come first.

BY UNDERSTANDING THIS, you can free yourself from it.

It is simply a scientific fact.

Your body and your brain are simply a highly sophisticated biorobot (computer).

Despite the fact that very old programs have been loaded into you, there are others as well.

Some are even more ancient, while others are very old but seem to have been rediscovered, which is why they appear young...

Choosing happiness is like choosing death.

You can run across the field like a silly little girl with a flower in her hand, humming a song about a kitten

And be happy.

But you must understand that the price of happiness may be death. Because you have decided not to see the possible tiger in the bushes, the snake, or the pit...

And accepting the possibility of death at this moment is happiness itself.

That is how your brain works.

I have said nothing new.

I have merely highlighted this fact once again.

Shondong

Shondong is an underground world with its own ecosystem—the cave has rivers, jungles, clouds, and unique forms of life.

Shondong is believed to be connected to another gigantic cave, Hang Tuyen.
This means that this underground world is twice as large.

This is a unique place that looks more like an alien landscape than a part of our planet.

Not everyone is allowed into this place!

And those who are allowed in are only wealthy people who can afford to pay an enormous amount of money for a ticket.

This “hollow” earth is 2.5 million years old.

Entire forests have grown in the cave, with trees up to 30 meters tall.

Monkeys, birds, bats, snakes, and rare species of insects live here—precisely underground.

The lucky few who manage to enter this underground world have to walk 40 km through the jungle and swim across rivers.

As a rule, this takes several days.

It all sounds like something from the stories of science-fiction writers of the past...

You can encounter glowing insects in the cave.

In 2020, new species of bacteria unknown to science were discovered in the cave.

This gigantic cave remains a mysterious world that only a few can see. It is assumed that Shondong is not only connected to the gigantic cave Hang Tuyen, but that there are tunnels leading to even deeper parts of the underground labyrinth.

Their meetings were often extremely simple—they talked almost exclusively about bodybuilding and figured out how best to pose.

Reg Park’s wife, a ballerina from South Africa, had been watching all this for a long time.

And now you are probably asking: what does the ballerina have to do with it?

And I will answer: this very woman made an enormous contribution to what we now know as “Arnold,” and generally to what came after him—the new classic of bodybuilding.

Well, here’s the story.

Her name was Mareone Isaacse. She was the first to see that Arnold could move onstage like a ballerina!

Beautifully and smoothly transitioning from one pose to another.

Have you ever wondered why a wave is measured in degrees?

A wave is measured in degrees because it is an unfolded projection of circular motion through time.
This unites time, frequency, and rotation into one mathematically coherent concept.

A wave is an unfolded circle.

Suppose you hear a 108-hertz hum from a speaker:

The graph shows that this hum oscillates over time. In other words, you hear a hum consisting of the sound becoming louder and quieter.

The blue arrows show when the hum is weak—a small arrow—and when the hum is strong—a large arrow.
That is the HUM itself.

That is, in fact, ANY wave.

And I would remind you that everything has a wave nature.

Continuing the topic of the previous post.

If you look closely at the space around you, you will see that the main shape around us is a ball, a circle, a sphere. Precisely—the MAIN one.

Our eye is a sphere.

And it is the main sensory organ in humans.

Even more important than hearing.

Example:

You can spend 5 minutes explaining to someone in words what an elephant is.
You can show someone a photograph of an elephant, and they will need 5 seconds to understand everything.

The head is a sphere.

Everything most important in the body is in the head.

Our planet is a sphere.

It gave you life. The zygote can also be included here. I spoke to you about it in my film in 2013: Your Yoga. The film “The Birth of Man.”

Our Sun is a sphere.

I spoke about it especially pointedly in my intensive course for you: Connection with the Universe [Интенсив]

Everything in the Solar System consists of spheres (the planets). The planets’ orbits are circles, but if you look at them over time, they form that very sinusoid I told you about in the previous post. I told you about this in 2012 in my film: Your Yoga. The film: The Earth Does Not Revolve Around the Sun.

The center of the Galaxy is a sphere.

Absolutely everything MAIN is a sphere.

Therefore, it is not difficult to assume that there is something Main that everyone calls by their own name—for example, God, the Creator, the Higher Power of the Universe, and so on—which is also somehow connected with the sphere.

Is this logical?

It is logical.

There is no magic or mysticism here.

Chow Yun-fat — a multimillionaire (his wealth is estimated at several hundred million dollars), yet he consciously chooses a modest lifestyle. He literally lives on $100 a month. Everything else goes to helping those in need.
This is not just media hype, but a choice based on the idea that “true wealth is freedom of spirit and the ability to help others”—something he encourages all of us to embrace as we look to the future with an open heart and a light smile.

Chow Yun-fat was born on May 18, 1955, on the small island of Lamma in a poor family of farmers. In 1965, his family moved to Hong Kong, where his father found work at an oil refinery. At 17, Chow Yun-fat was forced to leave school to help his parents. Over the course of a year, he tried many jobs: postman, courier, and bellhop. Without any acting training, Chow answered a newspaper advertisement in 1973 for auditions held by the TVB channel, passed them successfully, and soon became quite popular through his appearances in television series.

And he earned hundreds of millions of dollars!

He achieved worldwide fame thanks to his roles in John Woo’s action films: A Better Tomorrow, The Killer, and Hard Boiled. He also appeared in dramatic films. Since the late 1990s, Chow has worked in Hollywood.

Personally, I remember him from the film Bulletproof Monk.

As is well known, Bruce Lee created a martial art system—Jeet Kune-Do.
Its main principle is delivering a strike while simultaneously defending against an attack.

In other words, in a single movement, a person both defends and delivers an attack that strikes the opponent.

That is precisely why high speed is required.

Jeet Kune Do means “The Way of the Intercepting Fist.”

You attack when your opponent thinks that the most you can do is spend time defending yourself.

They do not expect you not only to defend yourself, but for that defense to become an attack.

An interesting fact: Bruce Lee’s strikes were too fast to fit within 24 frames.

That is why his films were shot at 30 frames per second.

So that the camera could capture them.

Otherwise, no one would have seen his movements in the films.

Bruce Lee said that the winner is not the one who is stronger, but the one who is effective and adapted to the specific situation. In other words, versatility is victory.

Therefore, the rigid structures that make up most martial art systems are inferior to Bruce Lee’s style.

Bruce Lee essentially created two actors.
They are Chuck Norris and Jackie Chan.
And indirectly Jet Li as well (film directors wanted to make him the second Bruce Lee, so although indirectly, he created him too).

Without Bruce Lee, they would not have become the actors everyone knows today.

But that is not all.

At the time of writing this post, Chuck Norris is 85 years old and in excellent shape; he continues to train in martial arts.

Jackie Chan is 71, and he is not only in good shape—he continues to appear in films.

Jet Li is 62. He acts and continues to train.

I have said more than once that people who practice sports such as martial arts are always in better shape than everyone else.

They always look younger and are biologically younger.

Provided they do not somehow interfere with this process, for example through smoking or drugs.

There are scientific studies whose findings reveal that people who are drawn to sad and gloomy things are actually happier in life than those who are drawn to bright things that provide an immediate feeling of joy, and so on.

This is easily explained from a scientific point of view.

People who are depressed, fearful, or dealing with psychological problems avoid sad films, stories, and poems, hoping to find at least some relief in fleeting, bright, supposedly happy aspects of life.

But this is merely a deceptive and self-deceptive state.

People who are capable of being happy in any situation are truly happy.

Not those who try to surround themselves with artificial happiness: talking only about good things, seeking out only optimistic news, watching only comedies, and so on.

Such people are even easy to identify by this strange behavior.

Lookism

Lookism not only demonstrates this obviously, but also proves that people are almost always mistaken.

For example, if you poured wine worth 500,000 rubles into a cheap bottle and sold it to this person for 200 rubles at Pyaterochka, he would NEVER appreciate this very expensive wine. He might even find it sour or completely tasteless...

And many such experiments have been conducted.

It has been scientifically proven: this is how the human psyche works.

Even our taste receptors begin to work DIFFERENTLY.

Even our brains begin to perceive visual information differently.

Everything starts adapting to the external effect.

"A person in rags won't say anything intelligent.

A woman on the panel is a fool.

Food in a cheap restaurant is garbage.

A person talking about God is a cultist.

A child stealing fruit is a thief.

A bad-looking man near a child poses a danger to them..."

But there are literally A HANDFUL of people who are immune to this.

But they are few and far between.

They will give the child who stole an orange two more—for himself and his sister—because they will see something ELSE behind it.

It can travel!

When unfavorable times arrive, it curls up and travels, covering thousands of kilometers and spinning like a car wheel until it finds favorable conditions.

I highly recommend playing around with it.

You can probably buy one in online marketplaces.

It isn't afraid of shipping at all. It can live for hundreds of years without any soil or water!

But then you hold this little ball in your hands, pour in some water, place the little ball in the water... and......

You see the rose unfold...

A miracle!

It is half based on a real ancient ritual.

The man would place a ring inside this rose.

He would wait for the rose to close around the ring.

And give it to the woman he liked.

Sometimes the woman didn't know what to do with IT

But if she was surrounded by knowledgeable women—not those who say, "Oh, it's not meant for me...." and vanish into oblivion, but strong, wise women—they would advise her, "Put it in some water, dear, and watch..."

And she would put it in.

And the rose would unfold.

And the woman would unfold too....

This plant needs absolutely nothing. It is eternal.

No.

This lily waits for a forest fire.

It needs FIRE.

It is ready to wait for it for many years.

To wait, wait, and wait again...

It needs fire.

And then that fire happens. Everything living is burned to the ground!

All the trees, all the plants...

And the fire lily emerges from the ground many, many years later to bloom on that burned-out site.

It is ALONE.

All by itself.

And there is no one else. Not a single competitor. Absolutely no one.

Surprised?

Yes, other plants will recover from the fire within a few months.

But those few months are their time.

And when everything blooms again around them, they retreat once more to wait for the next forest fire...

In the year I was born (exactly one month later—I was born on July 2), on August 2, 1971, standing directly on the surface of the Moon, American astronaut David Scott during the Apollo 15 mission held in his hands:

a hammer and a falcon feather (the symbol of the Apollo 15 mission).

And he dropped them simultaneously.

And they fell simultaneously.

Perfectly synchronized—as one whole.
